Typical case/clinical trial results:
the following clinical trials were conducted on the blood-activating, lipid-lowering and weight-losing composition:
180 obese patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as experimental subjects, wherein 90 male patients had heights of 160-175 cm, 90 female patients had heights of 150-165 cm and ages of 25-55 years, and the experimental subjects were randomly divided into 6 groups of 30 patients each. the first patient is a male, is 47 years old, has a height of 171cm, and has 88 kg weight and an obese body, and has symptoms of short breath, chest distress and high blood fat, and the solid beverage for activating blood circulation, reducing blood fat and losing weight, which is prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention, is taken three times a day, 10g for one time, is taken after breakfast, lunch and supper, is matched with a person who runs slowly in the morning for body building for 20-40 minutes each day, is taken for one month for weighing, reduces the weight to 81.4 kg, and is continuously taken for 3 months, so that the symptoms of short breath and chest distress disappear, the weight is reduced to 72.2 kg, and the blood fat is recovered to; the frequency of defecation is increased by more than 2 times in 3 days before the administration period, the normal state is recovered to one to two times per day after three days, and the rebound condition does not occur after the weight is reduced.
Patient II, female, 32 years old, 159cm high, 69.2 kg body weight, fat body; the symptoms are abdominal distension, unsmooth defecation and higher blood fat, and the solid beverage for promoting blood circulation, reducing blood fat and losing weight prepared in the embodiment 2 is taken three times a day, 10g for one time, after breakfast, lunch and supper, and on the third day, the abdominal distension and the unsmooth defecation are improved, the solid beverage is weighed after being taken for one month, the body weight is reduced to 65.8 kg, the body weight is stabilized to about 58.1 kg after being taken for half a year, the defecation is smooth, and the blood fat is restored to the normal level; after the taking is stopped, no rebound occurs.

step two: concentrating the extracting solution to obtain thick paste with the relative density of 1.20-1.25 (60 ℃);
step three: vacuum drying the soft extract to obtain dry extract;
step four: adding maltodextrin, dextrin, passion flower powder and avocado powder into the dry paste, uniformly mixing, crushing, adding 85-95% ethanol, granulating, and drying to obtain dry granules.

filtering the primary extract to respectively obtain a primary extracting solution and filter residue, adding a second weight part of pure water into the filter residue, and performing secondary extraction to obtain a secondary extract;
and filtering the secondary extract to respectively obtain a secondary extracting solution and filter residue, and combining the primary extracting solution and the secondary extracting solution to obtain the extracting solution.
7. The method for preparing the composition for promoting blood circulation, reducing blood fat and losing weight according to claim 5, wherein the second step is specifically operated as follows:
standing the extracting solution to room temperature to obtain a primary supernatant;
concentrating the primary supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain a clear paste with the relative density of 1.00-1.05 (60 ℃);
centrifuging the fluid extract to obtain secondary supernatant;
and continuously carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the secondary supernatant to obtain a thick paste with the relative density of 1.20-1.25 (60 ℃).

The method for preparing the composition of claim 7, wherein the temperature for concentrating the primary supernatant and the secondary supernatant under reduced pressure in the second step is 70 ℃ to 80 ℃, and the pressure value is-0.08 MPa to-0.09 MPa; the drying temperature of the vacuum drying in the third step is 65-75 ℃, and the pressure value is-0.07 MPa-0.08 MPa.
9. The method for preparing the composition for promoting blood circulation, reducing blood fat and losing weight according to claim 5, wherein the fourth step specifically comprises the following steps:
