Referring to fig. 1, an alcohol burner 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes an alcohol pot 110, a liquid outlet tube assembly 120, a spraying cap 130, a pressing assembly 140 and a valve 150.
Referring to fig. 2, the alcohol pot 110 has a hollow structure with a containing cavity 111. The accommodating cavity 111 is used for accommodating alcohol. The alcohol kettle 110 includes opposite first and second ends 112, 113. When the alcohol burner 100 is located at a horizontal plane, the first end 112 is the upper end of the alcohol pot 110, and the second end 113 is the lower end of the alcohol pot 110. The sidewall of the second end 113 is opened with a liquid outlet 1131 communicating with the receiving cavity 111. Thus, the outlet 1131 is located at the top of the alcohol pot 110.
In this embodiment, a sidewall of the first end 112 defines a filling opening 1121 communicating with the receiving cavity 111. When the alcohol burner 100 is located at the horizontal plane, the liquid filling port 1121 is located at the top of the alcohol pot 110. The filling opening 1121 is mainly used for filling alcohol into the receiving cavity 111 of the alcohol pot 110.
Referring to fig. 1 again, in the present embodiment, the alcohol burner 100 further includes a cap 160. The lid 160 can be sealed to the filling opening 1121. When alcohol needs to be added into the containing cavity 111, the kettle cover 160 is opened; when the alcohol burner 100 needs to be used for enhancing heat, the kettle lid 160 covers the liquid filling opening 1121 to prevent the alcohol from burning, so that the probability of explosion and the like caused by ignition of gasified alcohol at the liquid filling opening 1121 can be reduced, and the safety of the alcohol burner 100 is effectively improved.
The liquid outlet pipe assembly 120 includes a first pipe 121, a second pipe 122 and a third pipe 123. One end of the first pipe 121 communicates with the liquid outlet 1131, and the other end communicates with one end of the second pipe 122 and one end of the third pipe 123, respectively. The second tube 122 and the third tube 123 are both mounted to the first end 112. Therefore, the second pipe 122 and the third pipe 123 may be entirely located outside the alcohol pot 110, or may be partially located outside the alcohol pot 110. An end of the second pipe 122 remote from the first pipe 121 is opened as a nozzle 1221 for spraying alcohol. In use of the alcohol burner 100, alcohol is injected into the nozzle 1221 and ignited at the nozzle 1221 for combustion. When the alcohol burner 100 is located at the horizontal plane, the openings of the ends of the second pipe 122 and the third pipe 123 far away from the first pipe 121 are both upward, so the nozzle 1221 is also upward.
The spout cover 130 may be sealingly covered on the spout 1221. The spray cap 130 can be sealed and covered with the spray opening 1221 by clamping, screwing and the like. Thus, the spray cap 130 is mainly used to seal the spray cap 130. When ignition combustion of alcohol at the nozzle 1221 is required, the cap 130 is removed from the nozzle 1221; when the alcohol burner 100 is not in use or is in a ready state before use, the cap 130 is required to be sealed and covered on the nozzle 1221.
The pressing assembly 140 includes a piston 142 and a pressing unit 141 fixedly connected to the piston 142. The piston 142 is housed in the third pipe 123. The presser 141 is located outside the third pipe 123. Presser 141 is operable to move piston 142 in the axial direction of third pipe 123. In actual use, an operator may press the presser 141 to reciprocate the piston 142 in the third pipe 123 in the axial direction of the third pipe 123.
The valve 150 is installed on the first pipe 121. Thus, the valve 150 is opened or closed to allow communication or disconnection between the housing chamber 111 and the second pipe 122 and between the housing chamber 111 and the third pipe 123.
When the alcohol burner 100 needs to be ignited, the cap 130 is sealed and covered on the nozzle 1221, the valve 150 is opened, and then the pressing device 141 is pressed repeatedly for a plurality of times, so that the piston 142 reciprocates in the third tube 123 to increase the pressure of the gas in the accommodating chamber 111. When the pressing of the presser 141 is stopped, the piston 142 stops increasing the pressure of the gas in the housing chamber 111. At this time, the spray cap 130 is removed from the nozzle 1221, and the pressure of the gas in the receiving cavity 111 will press the alcohol in the receiving cavity 111, so that the alcohol enters the first pipe 121 and is sprayed to the nozzle 1221 through the second pipe 122; the alcohol is then ignited at the nozzle 1221 to achieve ignition operation of the alcohol burner 100. Thus, the pressing assembly 140 may spray the liquid alcohol to the nozzle 1221 for ignition.
After the alcohol burner 100 is used, the valve 150 is closed to prevent the alcohol in the containing cavity 111 from continuing to reach the nozzle 1221; then, the alcohol at the nozzle 1221 is continuously combusted until the flame is automatically extinguished; and then, after the nozzle 1221 is completely cooled, the nozzle cover 130 is covered on the nozzle 1221.
When the alcohol burner 100 needs to be used for enhancing heat, alcohol is combusted at the nozzle 1221, and due to the combustion of alcohol, the pressure inside the second tube 122 is always lower than the pressure inside the accommodating cavity 111, so that the alcohol inside the accommodating cavity 111 is continuously sprayed to the nozzle 1221.
Therefore, compared to the prior art of igniting liquefied alcohol, the direct ignition of liquid alcohol allows the alcohol in the receiving chamber 111 to be continuously injected to the nozzle 1221, thereby reducing the probability of occurrence of flameout or the like of the alcohol burner 100 and effectively improving the reliability of the alcohol burner 100.
In the present embodiment, the inner diameter of the second tube 122 is smaller than the inner diameter of the first tube 121. Therefore, after the alcohol in the first connection pipe reaches the second pipe 122, since the inner diameter of the second pipe 122 is small, the flow area of the second pipe 122 is also small, and the liquid alcohol is more easily sprayed to the nozzle 1221, so that the alcohol in the housing chamber 111 more easily reaches the nozzle 1221, thereby further reducing the probability of occurrence of a misfire or the like in the alcohol burner 100, and further improving the reliability of the alcohol burner 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2 again, in the present embodiment, a first mounting hole 1122 communicating with the accommodating cavity 111 is formed in a side wall of the first end 112. The second tube 122 and the third tube 123 are both inserted through and sealed and fixed in the first mounting hole 1122. One end of each of the second tube 122 and the third tube 123 protrudes out of the outer surface of the first end 112, and the other end thereof extends into the accommodating cavity 111. When the alcohol burner 100 is located at a horizontal plane, the first mounting hole 1122 is located at the top of the alcohol pot 110, one end of the second pipe 122 and the third pipe 123 is located outside the alcohol pot 110, and the other end is located in the receiving cavity 111.
The sidewall of the second end 113 defines a second mounting hole 1132 communicated with the receiving cavity 111. The first tube 121 is inserted into and hermetically fixed to the second mounting hole 1132. One end of the first tube 121 extends out of the alcohol pot 110 and is communicated with the liquid outlet 1131, and the other end extends into the accommodating cavity 111 and is respectively communicated with one end of the second tube 122 located in the accommodating cavity 111 and one end of the third tube 123 located in the accommodating cavity 111. Thus, the first tube 121 is a bent tube. In actual use, the portion of the first pipe 121 outside the alcohol burner 110 can be used as a handle to facilitate the use of the alcohol burner 100.
Therefore, the first tube 121, the second tube 122 and the third tube 123 are partially located in the accommodating cavity 111, and only a few ends of the first tube are located outside the alcohol can 110, so that the alcohol burner 100 is more integrated and miniaturized, and the volume of the alcohol burner 100 is effectively reduced.
Further, in this embodiment, the valve 150 is installed at the position of the first tube 121 close to the second installation hole 1132, and is attached to the outer surface of the alcohol pot 111. Therefore, the valve 150 is located outside the alcohol burner 110, so that an operator can open and close the valve 150 conveniently, and the alcohol burner 100 is convenient to use.
In addition, the valve 150 is attached to the outer surface of the alcohol burner 110, so that the installation structure of the valve 150 is more stable, and the structure of the alcohol burner 100 is more compact.
In this embodiment, the pressing assembly 140 further includes a connecting rod 143. The presser 141 is fixedly connected to the piston 142 via a connecting rod 143. The connecting rod 143 is mainly used to connect the presser 141 and the piston 142. Thereby, the connecting rod 143 is inserted into the second tube 122, and the extending direction of the connecting rod 143 coincides with the extending direction of the second tube 122. The connecting rod 143 facilitates the installation of the presser 141 and the piston 142.
In this embodiment, the pressing assembly 140 further includes an elastic member 144. The elastic member 144 is connected to the presser 141 to provide an elastic restoring force for moving the presser 141 from the second end 113 in a direction toward the first end 112. An end of the elastic member 144 remote from the presser 141 may be connected to the third pipe 123, the second pipe 122, or a sidewall of the alcohol pot 110. Specifically, both ends of the elastic member 144 are connected to the presser 141 and the third pipe 123, respectively. More specifically, an end of the elastic member 144 remote from the presser 141 is connected to a side wall of the third pipe 123 near an end of the nozzle 1221.
When the alcohol burner 100 is located at the horizontal plane, the elastic member 144 provides an upward elastic restoring force for the pressing unit 141 to drive the pressing unit 141 to automatically operate from bottom to top. Thus, the elastic member 144 is used to restore the pressing member 141, and the use of the alcohol burner 100 is facilitated by the elastic member 144.
Further, in the present embodiment, the elastic member 144 is a spring. The spring, which is a mechanical part that works by elasticity, has the characteristics of simple structure, high elastic limit, strong impact toughness, etc., so that the elastic member 144 also has the advantages of simple structure, high elastic limit, strong impact toughness, etc., thereby not only simplifying the structure of the alcohol burner 100, but also prolonging the service life of the alcohol burner 100.
In this embodiment, the sidewall of the second end 113 is provided with a handle 170. During the transportation of the alcohol burner 100, the operator can grasp the handle 170 to facilitate the movement of the alcohol burner 100, thereby making the use of the alcohol burner 100 more convenient.
Further, in the present embodiment, the handle 170 has an elbow structure. The openings at both ends of the handle 170 are communicated with the receiving cavity 111. The end of the handle 170 near the first end 112 and the end of the first tube 121 mounted to the liquid outlet 1131 are respectively located opposite to the alcohol pot 110. Specifically, the end of the handle 170 near the first end 112 is flush with the end of the first tube 121 that is mounted to the outlet 1131. Thereby, the alcohol in the receiving cavity 111 can enter the handle 170.
A portion of the sidewall of the handle 170 adjacent the first end 112 defines a transparent window (not shown). The transparent window may be formed by opening a viewing opening in a side wall of the handle 170 near the first end 112 and mounting a transparent plate on the viewing opening, or may be formed by the handle 170 made of a transparent material. Therefore, in the actual use process, the liquid level of the alcohol in the alcohol pot 110 can be observed through the transparent window, when the liquid level of the alcohol is lower than the transparent window, the alcohol needs to be added into the alcohol pot 110 to ensure that the alcohol liquid level in the accommodating cavity 111 is higher than the liquid inlet 1131, so that the alcohol spray lamp 100 can be used conveniently, and the use convenience of the alcohol spray lamp 100 is further improved.
When the alcohol burner 100 needs to be ignited, the burner cap 130 is sealed and covered on the nozzle 1221, the valve 150 is opened, and then the pressing device 141 is pressed repeatedly for a plurality of times, so that the piston 142 reciprocates in the third tube 123, thereby increasing the pressure of the gas in the accommodating chamber 111. Therefore, the pressing assembly 140 is arranged to directly inject the liquid alcohol to the nozzle 1221 for ignition. Compared with the prior art of igniting liquefied alcohol, the method of directly igniting liquid alcohol can continuously inject the alcohol in the containing cavity 111 to the nozzle 1221, thereby reducing the probability of flameout of the alcohol burner 100 and effectively improving the reliability of the alcohol burner 100.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
