Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of washing machines and discloses a bearing assembly which comprises a front bearing and a rear bearing, wherein an inner cylinder shaft is arranged on the front bearing and the rear bearing in a penetrating mode, a shaft sleeve is arranged between the front bearing and the rear bearing, when the inner cylinder shaft is fastened to an inner ring of the rear bearing, the inner ring of the rear bearing presses the shaft sleeve on the inner ring of the front bearing. According to the invention, the shaft sleeve is arranged, and when the inner cylinder shaft is fastened on the inner ring of the rear bearing to rotate along with the inner ring, the inner ring of the rear bearing can press the shaft sleeve on the inner ring of the front bearing, and the inner ring of the front bearing can synchronously rotate along with the inner cylinder shaft and the inner ring of the rear bearing, so that relative motion between the inner cylinder shaft and the inner ring of the front bearing can be avoided, further abrasion between the inner cylinder shaft and the inner ring of the front bearing is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.

Technical Field

Background
The drum washing machine includes inner drum, outer drum, casing, observation window pad, motor and other structure. In order to keep the inner drum of the drum washing machine rotating, a front bearing and a rear bearing are usually installed at the rear part of the outer drum, an inner drum shaft is arranged through the two bearings, the inner drum shaft is fastened to an inner ring of the rear bearing through a bolt, and the inner ring of the front bearing is in clearance fit with the inner drum shaft.

Preferably, the outer diameter of the constricted section is not greater than the outer diameter of the flat washer.

The present invention provides a bearing assembly, which is installed on a washing machine (as shown in fig. 1 and 2), and by which an inner tub shaft 10 of the washing machine can be prevented from being worn. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the bearing assembly includes a front bearing 1, a rear bearing 2, a shaft sleeve 3, and a wave washer 4, wherein:
the inner tub shaft 10 of the above washing machine is inserted into the inner rings of the front bearing 1 and the rear bearing 2, and the inner tub shaft 10 is fastened to the inner ring of the rear bearing 2 by the bolt 6, which can then rotate together with the inner ring of the bearing 2.
A shaft sleeve 3 is arranged between the front bearing 1 and the rear bearing 2, the shaft sleeve 3 is sleeved on the inner cylinder shaft 10, when the inner cylinder shaft 10 is fastened on the inner ring of the rear bearing 2, the inner ring of the rear bearing 2 can apply force to one end of the shaft sleeve 3, the other end of the shaft sleeve 3 is pressed on the end face of the inner ring of the front bearing 1 under the force, so that the inner ring of the rear bearing 2, the shaft sleeve 3 and the inner ring of the front bearing 1 are pressed together, and further when the inner cylinder shaft 10 rotates, the inner ring of the rear bearing 2, the shaft sleeve 3 and the inner ring of the front bearing 1 synchronously rotate along with the inner cylinder shaft 10.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the sleeve 3 includes a reduced section 31 and a flared section 32, wherein an outer diameter of the reduced section 31 is smaller than an outer diameter of the flared section 32, an end surface of the reduced section 31 may abut against an inner ring of the rear bearing 2, and an end surface of the flared section 32 may abut against an end surface of the front bearing 1.
In this embodiment, by providing the shaft sleeve 3, and abutting the two ends of the shaft sleeve 3 against the inner ring of the front bearing 1 and the inner ring of the rear bearing 2, when the inner shaft 10 is fastened to the inner ring of the rear bearing 2 and rotates therewith, the inner ring of the rear bearing 2 presses the shaft sleeve 3 against the inner ring of the front bearing 1, and the inner ring of the front bearing 1 rotates synchronously with the inner shaft 10 and the inner ring of the rear bearing 2, so as to avoid the relative movement between the inner shaft 10 and the inner ring of the front bearing 1, further avoid the abrasion between the inner shaft 10 and the inner ring of the front bearing 1, and prolong the service life.
In this embodiment, the shaft sleeve 3 can enable the inner ring of the front bearing 1 to synchronously rotate along with the inner cylindrical shaft 10 and the inner ring of the rear bearing 2, but the tolerance requirement on the shaft sleeve 3 is strict, the machining precision requirement is very high, and this can also lead to the increase of the production cost of the shaft sleeve 3. Therefore, in order to reduce the processing requirement and the processing cost, in the present embodiment, the wave washer 4 is further disposed between the shaft sleeve 3 and the inner ring of the rear bearing 2 (the structure of the wave washer 4 is shown in fig. 5), the wave washer 4 is sleeved on the inner cylindrical shaft 10, and the necking section 31 of the shaft sleeve 3 can press against the wave washer 4. The end face of the necking section 31 of the shaft sleeve 3 contacts with the flat washer 5, and the effective area of interaction between the shaft sleeve 3 and the wave washer 4 can be increased through the flat washer 5, so that the shaft sleeve 3 can realize synchronous rotation between the inner ring of the front bearing 1 and the inner ring of the rear bearing 2.
In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the necking section 31 of the shaft sleeve 3 is not larger than the outer diameter of the flat washer 5, so that the end of the necking section 31 can be ensured to be in full contact with the flat washer 5.
The present invention also provides a washing machine, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, which includes an inner tub shaft 10, an inner tub 20, an outer tub 30, and the above-described bearing assembly. The necking section 31 of the shaft sleeve 3 is sleeved at the small shaft section 102 and can synchronously rotate along with the inner cylinder shaft 10.
In this embodiment, the inner cylindrical shaft 10 is fastened to the inner race of the rear bearing 2 by a bolt 6 so that the inner race of the rear bearing 2 rotates therewith.

8. Washing machine according to claim 7, characterized in that the reduced section (31) of the bushing (3) is sleeved at the small shaft section (102).
