the bed board assembly is movably connected with the bed frame so as to adjust the posture of a patient on the supporting part; the guardrail is rotatably connected with the bed frame and has a first position and a second position, and when the guardrail is located at the first position, the guardrail protrudes out of the supporting part in the height direction of the bed frame so as to prevent a patient from falling off from the side part of the bed board assembly in the width direction of the bed board assembly; when the guardrail is in the second position, the guardrail does not protrude out of the support part.
2. The care bed of claim 1, wherein:
the bed board assembly comprises a plurality of supporting pieces, the supporting pieces are arranged along the length direction of the bed frame, and at least one of the supporting pieces is movably connected with the bed frame so as to adjust the posture of a patient on the supporting portion.
3. The care bed of claim 2, wherein:
the plurality of supporting pieces comprise a first supporting piece and a second supporting piece, the first supporting piece is rotatably connected with the second supporting piece, and the second supporting piece is rotatably connected with the bedstead; the second support piece can drive the first support piece to rotate so as to change the angle between the first support piece and the second support piece.
4. A care bed as recited in claim 3, wherein:
the nursing bed further comprises a first driving assembly, wherein the first driving assembly is connected with the bed frame and is used for driving the first supporting piece to rotate relative to the bed frame.
5. The care bed of claim 2, wherein:
the plurality of supports further includes a third support pivotally coupled to the bed frame.
6. The care bed of claim 5, wherein:
the nursing bed further comprises a support frame, the support frame is connected with the bed frame in a rotating mode around a first axis, the third support piece is connected with the support frame in a rotating mode around a second axis, and an included angle is formed between the first axis and the second axis.
7. The care bed of claim 6, wherein:
the nursing bed further comprises a second driving assembly, and the second driving assembly is connected with the supporting frame and used for driving the third supporting piece to rotate relative to the supporting frame.

the nursing bed further comprises a limiting assembly which is connected to the third supporting member and the supporting frame at the same time and used for locking the third supporting member after the third supporting member is driven by the second driving assembly to rotate to a set position along a first direction, so that the third supporting member is prevented from rotating along a second direction opposite to the first direction.

the limiting assembly comprises a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece and a limiting piece, and the second driving assembly is connected with the supporting frame and used for driving the third supporting piece to rotate relative to the supporting frame; the first clamping piece is rotationally connected with the third supporting piece, a first clamping opening and a second clamping opening which are communicated are formed in the first clamping piece, and an included angle is formed between the first clamping opening and the second clamping opening; the second clamping piece comprises a plug-in part and a connecting part which are connected, the plug-in part and the connecting part are rotatably connected with the support frame at the connecting position, and the plug-in part is in sliding fit with the first clamping piece and can slide between the first clamping opening and the second clamping opening in a reciprocating manner; the limiting piece is rotatably connected with the supporting frame, the supporting frame is provided with an abutting part which is abutted against the limiting piece to limit the limiting piece to be close to the supporting frame to rotate, and the connecting part is rotatably matched with the limiting piece;
when the second driving assembly drives the third supporting piece to rotate along a first direction, the first clamping piece is driven to rotate along the first direction, so that the inserting part slides into the second bayonet from the first bayonet, and when the third supporting piece has a trend of rotating along a second direction opposite to the first direction, the first clamping piece drives the connecting part to have a trend of rotating along the first direction, so that the limiting piece has a trend of rotating along a second direction opposite to the first direction, so that the limiting piece is abutted against the abutting part, the third supporting piece is limited to rotate along the second direction, and the third supporting piece is locked; when the third support piece needs to be unlocked, the third support piece is driven by the second driving assembly to continue to rotate along the first direction so as to drive the first clamping piece to rotate along the first direction and drive the second clamping piece to rotate along the second direction, so that the insertion part is unlocked from the second bayonet and slides into the first bayonet, and therefore the limitation on the rotation of the first clamping piece along the second direction is removed, and the third support piece can rotate along the second direction.
