Background
The electric initiating explosive device is an electric initiating explosive device widely applied in the field of aerospace, outputs high-temperature and high-pressure gunpowder gas after receiving a specified electric signal, can be used for actuating an electric explosion valve and can also be used for igniting or detonating an initiating explosive device. The electric detonator has certain safety performance to ensure the service safety while ensuring the reliable work, and the insensitive initiating explosive device generally meets the requirement of 'no ignition for 1A1W5 min' in the current relevant professional standards, however, the high insensitive requirement of 'no ignition for 1.5A 2.25W5min' is generally provided in the current development of partial models, so that the current electric detonator products can not meet the requirement. Meanwhile, with the wide application of the electric detonator, higher requirements are provided for the sealing performance, the environmental adaptability and the like of the internal structure of the electric detonator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem that the electric detonator in the prior art cannot meet the high-insensitivity requirement of '1.5 A2.25W5min no-ignition', and provides a high-insensitivity miniaturized electric detonator.

1. the invention is provided with a sealing component, an electrostatic channel, a glass tube, a ceramic chip, an insulating ring and a baffle sheet in turn from left to right in a shell; a first cavity is formed among the insulating ring, the ceramic plate and the baffle plate, and initial charge comprising 35-50% of zirconium powder and 65-50% of potassium perchlorate is filled in the first cavity; the initiating charge is a medicament with lower sensitivity, belongs to high-temperature-resistant ignition powder, has lower sensitivity compared with the conventional initiating charge, has the exothermic reaction temperature of 452.19 ℃, and is insensitive to static electricity, radio frequency, thunder and lightning and the like; then the contact area of the bridge and the ceramic material is increased in adaptability, so that the heat generated on the bridge is transmitted to the surrounding structure and space through the ceramic sheet in time under the action of specified current and reaches steady state balance, and the specified high insensitive requirement of no ignition for 1.5A2.25W5min is realized.
2. The electric bridge material of the invention selects Cr20Ni80 material with larger specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity coefficient, so that part of heat generated when current passes through the electric bridge is heated to the initial charge, and part of heat is radiated by the electric bridge, thereby ensuring that the electric initiator can reliably work while meeting the requirement of high insensitivity.
3. The shell is made of the high-temperature alloy GH4169, the glass tube is made of the iron-sealed glass TF-5, and the high-temperature alloy GH4169 and the iron-sealed glass TF-5 have different high-temperature expansion degrees, so that the glass tube and the shell are tightly connected through compression sealing, the structural strength and the sealing performance under the high-temperature condition are improved, the environment adaptability of damp and heat resistance, mould resistance and salt mist resistance is realized, and the purpose of miniaturization is achieved.
4. The left end of the shell is provided with the electric jack, the electric jack and the two pole pins form the electric connection plug together, the integrated design of the electric connection socket and the electric detonator is realized, the number of parts and the switching link of the firing circuit are reduced, and the shell is compact in structure, small in size and light in weight.

The left end of the shell 1 is provided with an electric jack 14, and the right end is provided with a medicament outlet 15; the medicine outlet 15 is blocked by a U-shaped cover 16, the opening of the U-shaped cover 16 is towards the left, and the bottom of the U-shaped cover 16 blocks the medicine outlet 15.

a first cavity 6 is formed among the insulating ring 5, the ceramic plate 8 and the baffle plate 9, and the initial charge is filled in the first cavity 6; the initial charge comprises 35 to 50 mass percent of zirconium powder and 65 to 50 mass percent of potassium perchlorate; the initiating charge is a medicament with lower sensitivity, belongs to high-temperature-resistant ignition powder, has lower sensitivity compared with the conventional initiating charge, has the exothermic reaction temperature of 452.19 ℃, and is insensitive to static electricity, radio frequency, thunder and lightning and the like; both thermal stimulation and laser stimulation can be reliably ignited; the output energy is high; the combustion speed is fast, and the action time is short.
A second cavity 7 is arranged on the right side of the baffle plate 9 in the shell 1, and the output charge is filled in the second cavity 7. The left end of the second cavity 7 is provided with an annular bulge 17 protruding towards the middle shaft of the shell 1; the left side surface of the annular bulge 17 is tightly attached to the baffle plate 9.
Preferably, the sealing assembly comprises a rubber ring 11, a rubber pad 12 and a distributing plate 13 which are sequentially arranged in the shell 1 from left to right; the branching plate 13 blocks the electrostatic channel 10. The rubber pad 12 and the distributing board 13 are adhered by a sealant 18.
