Abstract

The invention comprises a valve body, a ball body and a filtering device, wherein the valve body comprises a left valve body and a right valve body, the ball body is arranged between the left valve body and the right valve body, a fluid pipeline is arranged inside the ball body, the filtering device is arranged in the fluid pipeline inside the ball body, the filtering device comprises a filtering net, at least one support is arranged inside the filtering net, a rotating mechanism is arranged in the middle of the support, the left side of the rotating mechanism is connected with a water turbine blade, and the right side of the rotating mechanism is connected with a cleaning brush.

Background
The fluorine lining ball valve uses a ball body with a circular through hole as an opening and closing part, and the ball body rotates around the central line of a valve body along with a valve rod to realize the opening and closing of the valve. A special mould pressing process is adopted, so that the sealing surface is compact and good, and the valve achieves zero leakage by combining the V-shaped PTFE filler; the ball body and the valve rod are cast into a whole, so that the possibility that the valve rod is punched out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure change is avoided, and the safety in use is fundamentally ensured; the process of full plastic lining is adopted, and the high corrosion of the medium is resisted.
The fluorine-lined ball valve consists of a pneumatic piston type actuating mechanism and an O-shaped fluorine-lined ball valve. The inner cavity of the valve body and the disc plate are lined with the polyfluorinated ethylene propylene which is corrosion-resistant and ageing-resistant by adopting a high-pressure injection molding process, so that the valve body has reliable corrosion resistance and sealing property. The device is mainly used for adjusting or cutting off strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali in the production process. In the fluid medium pipeline, the ball valve is an effective and necessary cut-off device, in order to clear away impurity and filth in the fluid medium, keeps pipeline's cleanness and unblocked, sets up the filter in pipeline and then is the essential important equipment of improvement fluid quality, but the filter is easy to be blockked up in long-time work in the pipeline, causes the pipeline transportation volume to descend, and it is a huge engineering again to take out the washing with the filter in the pipeline, consuming time and wasting force.

In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention provides a fluorine-lined ball valve, which is used to solve the problems that the filtering device in the prior fluorine-lined ball valve is easy to be blocked and difficult to clean in time.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a fluorine-lined ball valve comprising: valve body, spheroid and filter equipment, the valve body include left valve body and right valve body, the spheroid setting between left valve body and right valve body, the inside fluid pipeline of having seted up of spheroid, filter equipment set up in the inside fluid pipeline of spheroid, filter equipment includes the filter screen, the inside at least a support that is provided with of filter screen, be provided with rotary mechanism in the middle of the support, the hydraulic turbine blade is connected in the rotary mechanism left side, the cleaning brush is connected on the right side.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a sealing seat is disposed at a connection portion of the ball and the left and right valve bodies.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a wrench is connected above the ball.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the surfaces of the ball and the inner cavity of the valve body are completely lined with teflon layers.
In an embodiment of the invention, the filter screen is cylindrical and has a U-shaped cross section.
As mentioned above, the fluorine-lined ball valve has the following beneficial effects:
the filtering device is arranged in the ball body of the fluorine-lined ball valve, and can filter impurities in fluid in the pipeline, so that the quality of the fluid is ensured.
