Description

Colored gypsum plastering mortar and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of gypsum plastering mortar, in particular to colored gypsum plastering mortar and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the newly increased building area is nearly 20 hundred million square meters every year in China, which approximately needs 5 hundred million tons of inner wall plastering mortar, and approximately consumes 1.5 hundred million tons of cement; if the desulfurized gypsum high-strength cementing material is used for replacing cement, the emission of billions of tons of CO2 can be reduced, nearly ten million tons of standard coal can be saved, and 0.8 million tons of desulfurized gypsum is changed into valuable.
In modern building engineering, plastering gypsum is mainly used for replacing plastering materials such as cement, lime mortar, clay mortar and the like, and is suitable for various walls. Compared with other plastering mortars, the plastering gypsum has good workability, fluidity and water retention property, good heat preservation, heat insulation and sound insulation properties, proper fireproof performance, compact and flat wall surface, can be bonded with any base material, can adjust the indoor humidity, is not limited by thickness, is a wall plastering leveling material with good material performance, construction performance and use function, and is widely applied to industrial and civil buildings.
For example, the prior patent document CN108947371A discloses a polymer thin layer crack-resistant plastering mortar, which comprises 150-200 parts of cement; 30-50 parts of heavy calcium powder; 600 portions and 750 portions of fine sand; 8-15 parts of redispersible latex powder; 1-3 parts of cellulose ether; 1-3 parts of retarder; 1-2 parts of fiber; 10-30 parts of polyacrylate emulsion.
However, the existing gypsum plastering mortar on the market has single color and can only be used as a base leveling layer generally.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the colored gypsum plastering mortar and the preparation method thereof, which solve the decorative effect of the plaster plastering mortar veneer and replace the use of paint.
The color gypsum plastering mortar has high strength and good bonding property, can greatly shorten the final setting time and the maintenance time by early strengthening, can lead the next procedure to enter the field in advance, and can obviously shorten the interval period of the construction of the leveling layer and the decorative layer. Therefore, considerable time and cost are saved for an owner and a total package, particularly for a project with a shorter construction period, the finished plaster surface has good appearance, the hollowing and cracking phenomenon can be effectively controlled, the resource waste is reduced, the vertical leveling of the finished surface is easy to control, the finished surface can be repaired and created, the maintenance is convenient, the material is green and environment-friendly, the material can be recycled, the material can be used along with stirring, the construction environment is good, and the waste is less.
The product is suitable for leveling and plastering various indoor wall surfaces, such as red brick walls, aerated concrete block walls, gypsum block wall surfaces and the like.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention provides color gypsum plastering mortar which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 35-45 parts of white sand, 5-10 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 1-2 parts of latex powder, 0.1-0.5 part of retarder, 0.1-0.3 part of water-retaining agent, 0.3-0.5 part of colorant and 2-5 parts of inorganic pigment.
Preferably, the desulfurized gypsum is semi-hydrated gypsum which is calcined from waste residue generated after the flue gas of the power plant is desulfurized; the average grain diameter of the desulfurized gypsum is 0.025-0.055 mm.
Preferably, the fineness of the white sand is 50-100 meshes.
Preferably, the fineness of the coarse whiting is 150-200 meshes.
Preferably, the latex powder is saponification-resistant redispersible vinyl acetate/ethylene copolymer rubber powder selected from Taiwan Dalian chemical, and the model is DA 1220.
Preferably, the retarder is a polymer protein retarder and is selected from QS-H2011 which is produced by Shanghai Shuicho industries, Ltd.
Preferably, the water-retaining agent is low-viscosity hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose with the molecular weight of 2-4 ten thousand, so that the adhesive property can be improved, the water retention property of the material can be enhanced, and the tensile strength of the material can be improved.
Preferably, the colorant is rutile titanium dioxide, and the average particle size is 0.20-0.26 microns.
Preferably, the inorganic pigment is at least one of iron oxide red, iron oxide black or iron oxide yellow, and the iron oxide pigment has the characteristics of no toxicity, no bleeding, low cost and capability of forming various different color tones.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the colored gypsum plastering mortar, which comprises the following steps:
and dry-mixing and stirring the desulfurized gypsum, the white sand, the coarse whiting, the latex powder, the retarder, the water-retaining agent, the colorant and the inorganic pigment, and uniformly mixing to obtain the colored gypsum plastering mortar.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the coating surface structural layer of the general gypsum plastering mortar comprises a concrete wall or a masonry wall foundation wall, the gypsum plastering mortar, a putty leveling layer, a bottom coating and a finishing coat; the colored gypsum plastering mortar structure comprises a concrete wall or a masonry wall foundation wall and a colored gypsum plastering mortar layer. Therefore, the color gypsum plastering mortar is used for replacing the traditional gypsum plastering mortar, so that a putty leveling layer, a bottom coating and a finishing coat can be omitted, and the labor and the materials are saved.
(2) The effective amount of each inorganic pigment and colorant increases the individual selection of users and enhances the decorative effect of buildings.
