The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
This embodiment provides a process lubrication apparatus, which is described with reference to fig. 1 to 3 of the drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, the process lubrication apparatus includes a first sub-tank 10, a second sub-tank 20, a first seal mechanism 40, and a second seal mechanism 50. When the first sealing mechanism 40 is installed on the planetary rolling mill, the first sealing mechanism 40 is located between the main reduction gearbox 60 and the rolling head 90. When the second sealing mechanism 50 is installed on the planetary rolling mill, the second sealing mechanism 50 is located at the front support of the rolling head 90. The first sealing mechanism 40 is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet. When the first sealing mechanism 40 is installed on the planetary rolling mill, the oil inlet of the first sealing mechanism 40 is communicated with the main reduction gearbox 60, and the lubricating oil of the reduction gearbox can flow into the first sealing mechanism 40. An oil inlet of the first auxiliary oil tank 10 is communicated with an oil outlet of the first sealing mechanism 40 through a pipeline, and an oil outlet of the first auxiliary oil tank 10 is communicated with the main oil tank 30 through a pipeline; the oil-water mixture is allowed to stand still in the first auxiliary oil tank 10 for stratification, and the upper layer of lubricating oil flows to the main oil tank 30. The second sealing mechanism 50 is provided with an oil inlet and an oil outlet, the oil inlet and the oil outlet of the second sealing mechanism 50 are both communicated with the second auxiliary oil tank 20 through pipelines, and the second auxiliary oil tank 20 and the second sealing mechanism 50 form a circulating oil path of lubricating oil, so that the second sealing mechanism 50 is isolated from the main oil tank 30.
When the process lubrication device works, lubricating oil in the main reduction gearbox 60 flows into the first sealing mechanism 40, water vapor in a rolling area also enters the first sealing mechanism 40, so that oil-water mixed liquid is formed in the first sealing mechanism 40, the oil-water mixed liquid in the first sealing mechanism 40 flows into the first auxiliary oil tank 10, the oil-water mixed liquid is statically layered in the first auxiliary oil tank 10, the upper layer is lubricating oil, the lower layer is water, the first auxiliary oil tank 10 conveys the upper layer of lubricating oil to the main oil tank 30, and the lower layer of water is discharged irregularly. Because the second sealing mechanism 50 is closer to the rolling head 90, more water vapor enters the second sealing mechanism 50, and the second sealing mechanism 50 in the process lubricating device is not communicated with the main oil tank 30 any more, but forms a lubricating oil circulation loop with the second auxiliary oil tank 20. According to the process lubricating device, oil-water mixed liquid in the first sealing mechanism 40 is separated through the first auxiliary oil tank 10, lubricating oil enters the main oil tank 30, water is discharged from the first auxiliary oil tank 10, the second sealing mechanism 50 is not communicated with the main oil tank 30 any more, but forms a circulating loop with the second auxiliary oil tank 20, so that water inflow of the main oil tank 30 is greatly reduced, the lubricating effect of the planetary rolling mill is improved, and the service life of the planetary rolling mill is prolonged.
Of course, after the oil-water mixture in the second sealing mechanism 50 flows into the second auxiliary oil tank 20, the oil-water mixture also stands and stratifies in the second auxiliary oil tank 20, the upper layer is lubricating oil, the lower layer is water, the upper layer lubricating oil flows out from the oil outlet of the second auxiliary oil tank 20 and flows into the second sealing mechanism 50 again, the lower layer water is discharged irregularly, water in the second sealing mechanism 50 is further reduced, good lubrication in the second sealing mechanism 50 is guaranteed, and the service life of the second sealing mechanism 50 is prolonged.
As a specific structure of the first sub-tank 10 shown in fig. 3, the first sub-tank 10 includes a first tank 11, a first oil pump 12, and at least one partition 13. Baffle 13 is connected with the diapire and the lateral wall of first box 11, and has the interval between the roof of baffle 13 and first box 11, and baffle 13 is a plurality of chambeies of stewing with the inner space partition of first box 11, and the intracavity oil water mixture that stews can overflow from the interval between baffle 13 and the first box 11 roof to enter another intracavity of stewing. The first oil pump 12 is installed in the first tank 11, an oil inlet of the first auxiliary oil tank 10 and an oil inlet of the first oil pump 12 are respectively communicated with the two rest chambers on the outermost side, and an oil outlet of the first oil pump 12 is communicated with the main oil tank 30. Taking the example shown in fig. 3 that the first box 11 has two partitions 13 therein, the two partitions 13 divide the inner cavity of the first box 11 into three rest cavities. An oil inlet of the first auxiliary oil tank 10 and an oil inlet of the first oil pump 12 are respectively communicated with the two rest cavities at the outermost sides, that is, the oil inlet of the first auxiliary oil tank 10 in fig. 3 is communicated with the rightmost rest cavity, and the oil inlet of the first oil pump 12 is communicated with the leftmost rest cavity; of course, it is also possible that the oil inlet of the first secondary oil tank 10 is communicated with the leftmost standing cavity, and the oil inlet of the first oil pump 12 is communicated with the rightmost standing cavity. Of course, in addition to the case that a plurality of partition plates 13 are provided in the first tank 11 shown in fig. 3, only one partition plate 13 may be provided in the first tank 11 on the premise of ensuring the oil-water separation effect.
The process of standing and separating the oil-water mixture is described below by taking fig. 3 as an example, fig. 3 also shows that an oil inlet pipe 17 is arranged at an oil inlet of the first auxiliary oil tank 10, one end of the oil inlet pipe 17 extends into the rightmost standing cavity, and the other end is located outside the first tank 11; the end of the oil inlet pipe 17 located outside the first tank 11 communicates with the oil outlet of the first sealing mechanism 40 through a pipe. The oil-water mixture flowing out from the oil outlet of the first sealing mechanism 40 enters the rightmost standing cavity through the oil inlet pipe 17 on the first box body 11, and the flow path of the oil-water mixture in the first box body 11 is shown in fig. 3. Because the density of lubricating oil is less than the density of water, lubricating oil upward movement in the oil-water mixture of rightmost side, water downward movement, the layering appears in lubricating oil and water, and most lubricating oil is located the top, and most water is located the below, advances oil pipe 17 and continues to pour into oil-water mixture into the chamber of stewing to rightmost side, and when the liquid level height of the oil-water mixture of the intracavity of stewing to rightmost side was greater than the height of baffle 13, the oil-water mixture that is located the upper portion of the intracavity of stewing to rightmost side spills over and flows to the. Most of the oil-water mixed liquid flowing to the middle standing cavity is lubricating oil, a small amount of the oil-water mixed liquid is water, the middle standing cavity is subjected to the same process as the rightmost standing cavity, and the oil-water mixed liquid on the upper portion in the middle standing cavity overflows and flows to the leftmost standing cavity. The proportion of water in the oil-water mixed liquid in the leftmost standing cavity is further greatly reduced, the oil-water mixed liquid also stands and stratifies in the leftmost standing cavity, the first oil pump 12 pumps the lubricating oil above to the main oil tank 30, and at the moment, the lubricating oil pumped to the main oil tank 30 by the first oil pump 12 only contains little water.
Referring to fig. 3, the first auxiliary fuel tank 10 includes a plurality of partition plates 13, and the plurality of partition plates 13 are disposed in the first tank 11 at intervals; the height of the partition plate 13 is gradually reduced along the direction that the oil inlet of the first secondary oil tank 10 points to the oil pump. The flow direction of the oil-water mixed liquid is from the oil inlet of the first auxiliary oil tank 10 to the direction of the oil pump, so that the oil-water mixed liquid in the adjacent standing cavities is prevented from reversely flowing.
Taking fig. 3 as an example, two partition plates 13 arranged at intervals are arranged in the first box body 11, the height of the left partition plate 13 is lower than that of the right partition plate 13, when the liquid level of the oil-water mixed liquid in the rightmost standing cavity exceeds the right partition plate 13, the oil-water mixed liquid overflows to flow into the middle standing cavity, the liquid level in the middle standing cavity exceeds the left partition plate 13, the oil-water mixed liquid in the middle standing cavity overflows to flow into the leftmost standing cavity, the liquid level in the middle standing cavity cannot exceed the height of the right partition plate 13 all the time, and then the oil-water mixed liquid in the middle standing cavity cannot reversely flow into the right.
Referring to fig. 3, the first secondary fuel tank 10 further includes a liquid level alarm 14, and the liquid level alarm 14 is installed in a standing cavity communicated with an oil inlet of the first fuel pump 12. The staff can set up the alarm threshold value of liquid level alarm 14 in advance, and when the liquid level of the intracavity that stews that liquid level alarm 14 was located reached alarm threshold value, liquid level alarm 14 sent out the police dispatch newspaper or outwards sent the warning signal of telecommunication for other alarm devices, and the staff should increase first oil pump 12's power this moment, makes first oil pump 12 accelerate outwards to aspirate lubricating oil.
Referring to fig. 3, the first auxiliary oil tank 10 further includes a first liquid level indicator 15, and the first liquid level indicator 15 is installed on the outer side of the first tank 11 and corresponds to the standing cavity communicated with the oil inlet of the first oil pump 12. A worker can observe the liquid level in the standing cavity communicated with the oil inlet of the first oil pump 12 in real time through the first liquid level display 15, and judge whether the devices such as the first oil pump 12 need to be adjusted according to the liquid level.
Referring to fig. 3, the first auxiliary fuel tank 10 further includes a plurality of first valves 16, and the plurality of first valves 16 are installed at a lower portion of the first tank 11 and are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of standing cavities. Since most of the water in the standing chamber is located below the standing chamber, the worker opens the first valve 16 to discharge the water in the corresponding standing chamber.
The second sub-tank 20 includes a second tank and a second oil pump; the second oil pump is installed in the second box body, an oil inlet of the second oil pump extends into the second box body, and an oil outlet of the second oil pump is communicated with an oil inlet of the second sealing mechanism 50 through a pipeline. After the oil-water mixture is still layered in the second tank, the upper layer of lubricating oil is pumped to the second sealing mechanism 50 by the second oil pump.
The second secondary tank 20 also comprises a second valve; the second valve is arranged at the lower part of the second box body and is communicated with the inner cavity of the second box body. The oil-water mixture is stratified in the second sub-tank 20, and the water in the second sub-tank 20 is mostly located below the stratified mixture, and the operator can open the second valve to discharge the water in the second sub-tank 20.
The second housing includes a second liquid level display 15, and the second liquid level display 15 is disposed outside the second housing. The staff can know the liquid level height in the second box through observing second liquid level display 15, judge whether need adjust devices such as second oil pump through liquid level height.
The embodiment provides a planetary rolling mill, and referring to fig. 2, the planetary rolling mill comprises a main oil tank 30, a main reduction gearbox 60, an oil way distribution frame 80 and a protective cover 70, and further comprises the process lubricating device.
