Detailed Description
The invention provides a compound high-permeability moisturizing essence which comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the moisturizing essence adopts tetrahydropiperine, water-soluble azone, water-soluble borneol, acetyl glucosamine and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil as raw materials, and is used as a main effect component of the moisturizing essence, so that the permeation function of the product is remarkably improved, and the main effects of the components are introduced respectively.
Mono-and tetrahydro piperine
Tetrahydropiperine is the only safe, efficient and natural penetration-promoting component extracted from plants at present. The permeation promoting mechanism of the tetrahydropiperine is as follows: increasing the affinity of the drug molecules/nutrients to the cell membrane.
Experiments prove that the tetrahydropiperine can promote percutaneous absorption of drug molecules and can promote absorption of vitamins, polyphenols, alkaloids, flavonoids and the like in a cosmetic external formula. The tetrahydropiperine is not only suitable for facial products, but also can be used as a penetration enhancer in body products, especially weight-losing and breast-enlarging products, and also can be used as a penetration enhancer in hair-care functional products.
Di, water soluble azone
The oil-soluble azone is modified into a high-efficiency water-soluble product, has obvious transdermal permeation-aiding effect on oleophylic and hydrophilic medicines and active ingredients, enables the skin cuticle to interact with lipid, reduces the phase transfer temperature of the lipid in the gaps of the cuticle from effective substances, increases the fluidity, reduces the diffusion resistance of the medicines or active additives in the cuticle, and plays a strong role in permeation promotion. The product is turbid liquid at room temperature, and is heated and shaken before use. The product is skin penetration enhancer with excellent penetration effect in pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry; the synergist is a high-permeability synergist with remarkable synergistic effect in the pesticide industry; and can also be applied to printing, printing and dyeing and petroleum exploration industries. Safety: the product is proved to be non-toxic, free of side effect and non-irritant by tests of sub-acute toxicity, irritation, sensitization and teratogenesis of skin and damaged skin.
Tetra, water soluble borneol
Borneol is a traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in clinic, the traditional Chinese medicine mostly takes the effects of refreshing brain, inducing resuscitation, clearing heat, relieving pain, preventing corrosion and promoting tissue regeneration, and modern pharmacological research shows that the borneol has various medicinal effects, is easy to permeate a blood brain barrier, and the borneol is easy to permeate the blood brain barrier.
The water-soluble borneol has the effects of resisting bacteria, inflammation and pain, can obviously inhibit the increase of the permeability of the capillary vessels in the abdominal cavity of a mouse caused by acetic acid, and has the anti-inflammatory effect; can obviously prolong the pain response time and the pain response of the mouse caused by thermal stimulation, and has the function of analgesia; the in vitro direct antiviral test shows that the compound has the function of inhibiting influenza virus. And (3) promoting wound healing: borneol can increase granulation tissue structure and epidermal cell regeneration, repair skin accessory organs and has stronger wound healing effect.
Pentasaccharide acetyl glucosamine
Glucosamine is an important component of proteoglycan with extremely strong hydrophilicity, and can synthesize collagen in human body and repair damaged cartilage; can strongly stimulate synovial cells to regenerate, promote the growth and supplement joint synovial fluid, continuously lubricate the layer of the articular cartilage, reduce the friction effect and ensure that the joint part is flexible and free; glucosamine controls not only the health of the human bone joints, but also the metabolic balance of the articular cartilage and the synovial membrane.
① has three basic functions after glucosamine enters human body, wherein glucosamine strongly stimulates articular chondrocytes to synthesize collagen fibers and proteoglycan in human body, and continuously repairs abraded or eroded articular cartilage and surrounding soft tissues, and glucosamine can generate new articular cartilage and synovial membrane, thereby recovering normal functions of joints and surrounding soft tissues.
Sixthly, Aidi benzene
The idebenone is used for treating Alzheimer's disease, is a popular antioxidant drug, can effectively phagocytose free radicals causing skin organism aging, prevents damage of external factors to skin, delays skin collagen loss, provides energy required by skin metabolism, and enables skin to be compact and smooth. The composition is more stable than levorotatory C and milder than vitamin A, and all the advantages enable the idebene to become a popular composition for anti-aging and maintenance immediately after coming out.
Idebenone is the main effective component of PREVAGE' anti-aging formula, belonging to the class of neuroprotective benzoquinone-analogue, which is synthesized and transformed from coenzyme Q10 derivative capable of inhibiting free radicals in human body. Idebene is synthesized and converted from a coenzyme Q10 derivative, but has 66% less molecules than Q10, contains oil-based antioxidant components, is in an orange powder, is originally used for treating brain diseases, is similar to coenzyme Q10(CoQ10) in partial cosmetic applications due to similar antioxidant properties, but has an important difference with Q10 in that Q10 is converted from antioxidant to autooxidation under anoxic conditions to produce free radicals, but the idebene does not have the risk; and the penetration force to the skin is better, and experiments prove that the antioxidant effect is also better.
The antioxidant energy of idebene is stronger than that of coenzyme Q10, and a clinical experiment of externally applying 0.5% -1.0% Idebenone by McDaniel doctors published in 2005 in the literature proves that the formula helps to improve the aging phenomenon of the face. The small scale use test of the anti-aging center in the 2006 Taiwan university hospital also finds that the product containing the component can possibly improve the wrinkle symptoms of the face of women of the aged and older. It is noted in this clinical experience that the user may initially experience mild to moderate irritation and itching, and may even develop desquamation and red rash. It is therefore recommended that the user should preferably try for one to two weeks before purchasing the relevant product, and not use other exfoliating and acidic ingredients together and it has been found in the literature that use of Idebenone causes allergic contact dermatitis.
