Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of atomizers, in particular to an electronic atomization device and an atomizer.
Background
The electronic atomization device mainly comprises an atomizer and a power supply device. The power supply device is used for supplying power to the atomizing assembly in the atomizer, and the atomizer can heat and atomize liquid substrates such as tobacco juice, liquid medicine and the like stored in the atomizer after being electrified to generate atomizing gas for a user to suck. However, the existing atomizer has a complex internal structure, is inconvenient to assemble and has poor reliability of a finished product.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the technology, the invention provides an improved electronic atomization device and an atomizer thereof.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an atomizer which comprises an atomizing assembly, a liquid storage cavity connected with the atomizing assembly in a liquid guiding manner, and an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel connected with the atomizing assembly in an air guiding manner; the atomizer still includes the outer tube and is used for bearing atomization component's atomizing seat, the outer tube include first pipeline section, connect in the second pipeline section on first pipeline section upper portion and connect in the third pipeline section on second pipeline section upper portion, the internal diameter and the external diameter of first pipeline section, second pipeline section, third pipeline section all decrease progressively, atomization component atomization seat all set up in the first pipeline section.
In some embodiments, the atomizing assembly includes a liquid absorption body, the liquid absorption body includes two opposite clamping arms respectively arranged at the upper end of the liquid absorption body, and the distance between the end surfaces of the two opposite clamping arms is matched with the inner diameter of the first pipe section.
In some embodiments, the atomizing base comprises a body portion, and the outer diameter of the body portion is matched with the inner diameter of the first pipe section, so that the first pipe section is tightly sleeved on the periphery of the body portion;

The invention also provides an electronic atomization device which comprises the atomizer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the outer tube is the syllogic structure, and this structural configuration can be convenient for the installation and the fixed of inside each subassembly of atomizer, improves packaging efficiency and structural stability.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly describe the present invention, the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the terms "front", "back", "left", "right", "up", "down", "first", "second", etc. are used for convenience of describing the technical solutions of the present invention, and do not indicate that the devices or elements referred to must have special differences, and thus, the present invention cannot be construed as being limited. It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "coupled" to another element, it can be directly coupled to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Fig. 1 and 2 show an electronic atomization device 1 according to some embodiments of the present invention, where the electronic atomization device 1 is applicable to heat atomization of liquid media such as tobacco smoke, liquid medicine, and the like, and may have a substantially cylindrical shape, and includes a cylindrical atomizer 10 and a cylindrical main body 20 axially detachably connected to the atomizer 10. The atomizer 10 is used for accommodating a liquid medium, heating and atomizing the liquid medium, and delivering mist, and the main machine 20 is used for supplying power to the atomizer 10 and controlling the whole electronic atomization device 1 to be turned on or off. It is to be understood that the electronic atomization device 1 is not limited to be cylindrical, and may be other shapes such as an elliptic cylinder.
As shown in fig. 3-7, the atomizer 10 may comprise in some embodiments: a base 11 for detachably connecting with a host 20; a housing 12 disposed at a lower end thereof in a longitudinal direction on a top of the base 11; a fixing member 13 having a lower end protruding from the inside of the housing 12 out of the housing 12 and longitudinally embedded in the base 11 to hold the housing 12; an atomizing base 14 which is located in the housing 12 and is embedded in the fixing member 13 with a lower end in a longitudinal direction; an atomizing assembly 15 located within the housing 12 and mounted on the atomizing base 14; a mounting seat 16 located in the housing 12 and mounted on the atomizing assembly 15 in the longitudinal direction; an inner tube 17 located inside the housing 12 and longitudinally embedded in the mount 16 at a lower end thereof; an outer tube 18 which is positioned in the shell 12, is sleeved on the fixing piece 13, the atomizing base 14, the atomizing assembly 15 and the mounting base 16 from the lower part and surrounds the periphery of the inner tube 17 from the upper part; and a suction nozzle 19 installed at the upper ends of the housing 12, the inner tube 17, and the outer tube 18 in the longitudinal direction. Preferably, the base 11, the housing 12, the fixing member 13, the atomizing base 14, the atomizing assembly 15, the mounting base 16, the inner tube 17, the outer tube 18, and the suction nozzle 19 are coaxially combined together.
A reservoir chamber 120 is defined between the inner wall surface of the housing 12 and the outer wall surface of the outer tube 18 for storing a liquid medium. The atomizing base 14 defines an atomizing chamber 140 therein for mixing the mist generated by the atomizing assembly 15 with air. An air inlet pipeline 180 is defined between the inner wall surface of the outer pipe 18 and the outer wall surface of the inner pipe 17, and the air inlet pipeline 180 is communicated with the atomizing cavity air inlet of the atomizing cavity 140 so as to enable outside air to enter the atomizing cavity 140. The inner wall surface of the inner tube 17 defines an air outlet pipe 170, and the air outlet pipe 170 is communicated with the atomizing chamber air outlet of the atomizing chamber 140 to guide the mixture of the mist and the air in the atomizing chamber 140 out. In some embodiments, the mouthpiece 19 is removably sealed to the upper end of the reservoir 120 to allow the addition of liquid media.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the base 11 may include a conductive cylindrical body 111, a cylindrical conductive coupling portion 112 integrally coupled to a lower portion of the cylindrical body 111 along a longitudinal direction, a cylindrical first electrode column 113 disposed in the coupling portion 112 along the longitudinal direction in an insulated manner, and an induction pipe 114 disposed through an upper end of the first electrode column 113 along the longitudinal direction. The coupling portion 112 may have an outer diameter smaller than that of the body portion 111, and an outer wall surface thereof may be formed with an external thread for screwing with the main body 20. The central through hole of the first electrode column 113 is communicated with the central through hole of the induction pipeline 114, and the air flow can enter from the lower end of the first electrode column and then exit from the upper end of the induction pipeline 114 to form a first induction air passage. The induction conduit 114 may be a cylindrical tube in some embodiments, and its upper gas outlet end extends into the inner tube 17 and is suspended in the inner tube 17 along the longitudinal direction (i.e. the gas outlet end does not contact the inner wall surface of the inner tube 17). In some embodiments, the upper outlet end of the induction pipe 114 is preferably higher than the plane of the top surface of the mounting base 16 to prevent condensation from entering the induction pipe 114. The upper air outlet end of the sensing tube 114 is preferably lower than the 2/3 height of the inner tube 17 from bottom to top, which prevents the sensing tube 114 from being too long and easily inclined, thereby reducing the sensing sensitivity. The atomizer 10 according to some embodiments of the present invention, by providing the sensing duct 114 in the base 11, makes the best use of the space inherent in the structure to realize the first sensing air passage. The design difficulty of the induction air passage is reduced, the space is saved, and the cost is reduced.
The housing 12 may be cylindrical in some embodiments and may be made of a transparent or translucent material. The lower end of the housing 12 is provided with a neck 121 having a smaller bore. The case 12 is provided on the top surface of the body 111 of the base 11 with the neck portion 121. The neck portion 121 has an inner diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the body portion 111 of the base 11.
The fixing member 13 may have a cylindrical shape in some embodiments, and may include a cylindrical lower insertion portion 131 at a lower portion, a cylindrical upper insertion portion 132 at an upper portion, and a flange 133 at a middle portion extending radially outward. The outer diameter of the lower insertion portion 131 is adapted to the inner diameter of the main body 111 of the base 11 so as to penetrate through the neck portion 121 of the housing 12 and then to be tightly inserted into the main body 111. Upper insert portion 132 has an outer diameter greater than the outer diameter of lower insert portion 131 and is adapted to the inner diameter of outer tube 18 to fit snugly within outer tube 18. The flange 133 is adapted to press against the upper side of the neck 121 of the housing 12 to clamp the neck 121 together with the base 11, thereby fixing the housing 12 to the base 11.
The atomizing base 14 may be made of soft material such as soft glue in some embodiments, and may include a body 141, an insertion portion 142 connected to a lower portion of the body 141, and a pair of blocking walls 143 connected to an upper portion of the body 141, wherein the pair of blocking walls 143 are disposed on an edge of a top portion of the body 141 in a spaced-apart and opposite manner. The top surface of the body portion 141 is recessed to form an aerosolizing chamber 140. Two air guide grooves 144 are formed on the inner wall surfaces of the two blocking walls 143 and the atomizing chamber 140, and each air guide groove 144 extends downwards from the upper end surface of the corresponding blocking wall 143 to the bottom surface of the atomizing chamber 140. The insertion part 142 includes a first slot 1420 at a middle portion and two second slots 1422 at opposite sides of the first slot 1420, and both the first slot 1420 and the second slots 1422 extend from a lower end surface of the insertion part 142 toward the body part 141. A communication hole 1424 is disposed between the bottom surface of the first slot 1420 and the bottom surface of the atomizing chamber 140, and the aperture of the communication hole 1424 is adapted to the outer diameter of the sensing pipe 114 (e.g., slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the sensing pipe 114) so that the sensing pipe 114 can tightly penetrate through the communication hole to prevent liquid leakage. The bottom surface of the atomizing chamber 140 is recessed to form two third slots 1401, and the two third slots 1401 extend from the bottom surface of the atomizing chamber 140 toward the two second slots 1422, respectively, so that a thin wall is formed between the bottom surface of the third slot 1401 and the bottom surface of the corresponding second slot 1422, so that when the atomizing assembly 15 is installed, the electrode lead 153 thereof can pierce through the thin wall and tightly penetrate through the second slot 1422 and the third slot 1401, thereby preventing liquid leakage.
The atomizing assembly 15 may include a liquid absorbing body 151, a heating body 152 disposed on the liquid absorbing body 151, and two electrode leads 153 connected to the heating body 152 in some embodiments. The absorption body 151 includes a central through hole 1510 and two catching arms 1511 respectively disposed at two opposite sides of an upper end of the absorption body 151. The lower part of the liquid absorbing body 151 is embedded in the atomizing chamber 140, and a space is formed between the liquid absorbing body 15 and the heating body 152 and the bottom surface of the atomizing chamber 140, and the central through hole 1510 communicates the space with the upper part of the liquid absorbing body 151. The two locking arms 1511 are respectively locked in the two locking slots between the two blocking walls 143 of the atomizing base 14. The two electrode leads 153 are electrically connected to the bonding portion 112 of the base 11 and the first electrode column 113, respectively.
The mount 16 may, in some embodiments, include a base 161, a mounting portion 162 disposed at a top of the base 161, and a mounting hole 160 extending longitudinally through the base 161 and the mounting portion 162, the base 161 including two opposing ends 1611, 1612. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the two end portions 1611 and 1612 are respectively provided with two air holes 1613 and 1614 penetrating up and down, and the two air holes 1613 and 1614 are respectively arranged corresponding to the two air guide grooves 144 on the atomizing base 14. Two air guide grooves 1621, 1622 are respectively provided on two opposite sides of the outer wall surface of the mounting portion 162, and the two air guide grooves 1621, 1622 extend from the upper end surface of the mounting portion 162 to the base portion 161. The top surfaces of the end portions 1611 and 1612 are respectively provided with air guide grooves 1615 and 1616, and the air guide grooves 1621 and 1622 are respectively communicated with the air guide holes 1613 and 1614 by the air guide grooves 1615 and 1616. The outer diameter of the inner pipe 17 is adapted to the bore diameter of the mounting hole 160 so that the lower end thereof is closely inserted into the mounting hole 160.
The third pipe section 183 has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the inner pipe 17, so that an annular air inlet duct 180 is defined between the inner wall surface of the third pipe section 183 and the outer wall surface of the inner pipe 17, and the air inlet duct 180 is communicated with the air inlet of the atomizing chamber 140 through the air guide grooves 1621, 1622 of the mounting seat 16, the air guide grooves 1615, 1616 of the mounting seat 16, the air guide holes 1613, 1614 of the mounting seat 16, and the air guide groove 144 of the atomizing seat 14 in sequence. The outer wall surfaces of the second and third tube sections 182, 183 define the reservoir 120 with the housing 12. An opening 1810 is respectively formed on two sides of the top wall of the first pipe section 181, and the two openings 1810 are respectively arranged corresponding to the two clamping arms 1511 of the liquid absorbing body 151 of the atomizing assembly 15, so as to connect the liquid absorbing body 151 with the liquid storage cavity 120 in a liquid guiding manner.
The mouthpiece 19 may in some embodiments include a main body 191, an insert 192 attached to a lower portion of the main body 191, a mouthpiece portion 193 attached to an upper portion of the main body 191, and a longitudinally extending air outlet 190. Two opposite sides of the main body 191 are respectively provided with an air inlet hole 1910, and the air inlet holes 1910 are communicated with the air inlet pipeline 180. The insert 192 is removably sealed within the upper annular opening of the reservoir 120. The air outlet 190 communicates with the inner tube 17.
Here, the air inlet hole 1910, the air inlet duct 180, the air guide grooves 1621, 1622, the air guide grooves 1615, 1616, the air guide holes 1613, 1614, the air guide groove 144, the atomizing chamber 140, the mounting hole 160, the air outlet duct 170, and the air outlet hole 190 are connected in series in sequence to form a complete mist conveying channel. The air inlet holes 1910, the air inlet duct 180, the air guide grooves 1621 and 1622, the air guide grooves 1615 and 1616, the air guide holes 1613 and 1614 and the air guide groove 144 form an air inlet channel of a mist conveying channel for introducing outside air, and the mounting holes 160, the air outlet duct 170 and the air outlet holes 190 form an air outlet channel of the mist conveying channel for conveying a mixture of mist and air.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the main body 20 may include a cylindrical housing 21 with a receiving cavity 210, a connector 22 disposed at the top of the housing 21, and a battery device 23 and an air switch 24 disposed in the receiving cavity 210. The connector 22, which is used to be screwed with the base 11 of the atomizer 10, may include a cylindrical conductive connector body 221 and a cylindrical second electrode column 223 insulatively disposed in the connector body 221. An inner wall surface of the connector main body 221 is formed with an internal thread to be screwed with the coupling portion 112 of the base 11. The second electrode column 223 is electrically connected to the first electrode column 113 and has a central through hole. The connector main body 221 and the second electrode column 223 are electrically connected to the negative electrode and the positive electrode of the battery device 23, respectively, to electrically connect the combining portion 112 and the first electrode column 113 of the base 11 to the negative electrode and the positive electrode of the battery device 23, respectively. The joint of the housing 21 and the connection head 22 may be provided with an air inlet hole 212 to allow external air to enter the receiving cavity 210. The air inlet hole 212, the receiving cavity 210 and the central through hole of the second electrode column 223 together form a second sensing air passage. The second sensing air passage and the first sensing air passage together form an air switch sensing air passage of the electronic atomization device 1 for controlling the operation of the air switch 24. Specifically, when the air is sucked from the outside, in the process that the air flow sequentially passes through the air inlet hole 212, the accommodating cavity 210, the second electrode column 223 and enters the first electrode column 113 and the sensing pipeline 114, a negative pressure is formed in the accommodating cavity 210, and the air switch 24 is activated under the negative pressure.
When the electronic atomization device 1 works, a user inhales air from the suction nozzle portion 193 of the suction nozzle 19, negative pressure generated by the inhaled air is transmitted to the air switch induction air passage through the air outlet passage of the mist conveying passage, the air switch 24 is turned on, and the power supply device 23 supplies power to the atomization assembly 15 to start atomizing the liquid medium. At the same time, ambient air enters the atomizing chamber 140 through the air inlet passage of the mist delivery passage to mix with the mist. The mixture of mist and air then enters the user's mouth through the outlet passage of the mist delivery passage.

An atomizer comprises an atomizing assembly, a liquid storage cavity connected with the atomizing assembly in a liquid guiding manner, and an air inlet channel and an air outlet channel which are respectively connected with the atomizing assembly in an air guiding manner; the atomizer is characterized by further comprising an outer pipe and an atomizing seat used for bearing the atomizing assembly, wherein the outer pipe comprises a first pipe section, a second pipe section connected to the upper portion of the first pipe section and a third pipe section connected to the upper portion of the second pipe section, the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the first pipe section, the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the second pipe section and the outer diameter of the third pipe section are decreased gradually, and the atomizing assembly and the atomizing seat are arranged in the first pipe section.
2. The nebulizer of claim 1, wherein the atomizing assembly comprises a liquid absorbing body, the liquid absorbing body comprises two opposite clamping arms respectively disposed at an upper end of the liquid absorbing body, and a distance between end surfaces of the two opposite clamping arms is adapted to an inner diameter of the first tube section.
3. The atomizer of claim 2, wherein said atomizing base includes a body portion having an outer diameter that is adapted to an inner diameter of said first tube segment such that said first tube segment fits closely around an outer periphery of said body portion;
the top surface of the body part is recessed to form an atomization cavity, and the lower part of the liquid absorbing body is embedded in the atomization cavity.
4. A nebulizer as claimed in claim 3, wherein the nebulizing mount further comprises a pair of opposing spaced apart retaining walls disposed on a top edge of the body portion, the liquid absorbing body being captured between the retaining walls.
5. The nebulizer of claim 4, further comprising a mount disposed above the atomizing assembly, the mount comprising a base and a mount disposed at a top of the base;
the outer diameter of the mounting part is matched with the inner diameter of the second pipe section, so that the second pipe section is tightly sleeved outside the mounting part; the base comprises two opposite end parts, and the distance between the end surfaces of the two opposite end parts is matched with the inner diameter of the first pipe section.
6. The nebulizer of claim 5, wherein the mount further comprises a mounting hole extending longitudinally through the base and the mounting portion;
the atomizer also comprises an inner tube, the outer diameter of the inner tube is matched with the aperture of the mounting hole, and the lower end of the inner tube is tightly inserted into the mounting hole;
the air outlet channel comprises an air outlet pipeline, and the inner wall surface of the inner pipe defines the air outlet pipeline;
the intake passage includes an intake duct defined between an inner wall surface of the outer pipe and an outer wall surface of the inner pipe.
7. The nebulizer of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a housing, wherein the housing has an inner diameter adapted to the outer diameter of the first tube segment, and wherein the housing tightly fits around the outer periphery of the first tube segment;
the inner wall surface of the shell and the outer wall surface of the outer tube define the liquid storage cavity, and the top wall of the first tube section is provided with an opening for connecting the atomization assembly with the liquid storage cavity in a liquid guiding manner.
8. The nebulizer of claim 7, further comprising a base, the housing being longitudinally disposed at a lower end on a top of the base.
9. The nebulizer of claim 8, wherein the base comprises a sensing tube extending from bottom to top through the atomizing assembly and into the outlet channel.
10. The nebulizer of claim 8, further comprising a fixture comprising a lower cylindrical insert portion at a lower portion and an upper cylindrical insert portion at an upper portion;
the outer diameter of the upper embedded part is matched with the inner diameter of the first pipe section, and the upper embedded part is tightly embedded into the first pipe section; the outer diameter of the lower embedding part is matched with the inner diameter of the base, and the lower embedding part is tightly embedded into the base.
11. The atomizer of claim 10, wherein the lower inner ring of the housing extends radially inwardly to form a neck, and the fixing member further comprises a flange extending radially outwardly at a middle portion thereof, the flange being pressed against an upper side of the neck;
the inner diameter of the neck is matched with the outer diameter of the lower embedding part, and the lower embedding part penetrates through the neck and then is tightly embedded into the base.
12. The atomizer of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising a suction nozzle sealed to an upper opening of said reservoir, said suction nozzle comprising an air inlet in communication with said air inlet channel and an air outlet in communication with said air outlet channel.
13. A nebulizer as claimed in claim 12, wherein the air outlet aperture extends longitudinally through the mouthpiece; the suction nozzle comprises a main body part, an embedded part connected to the lower part of the main body part and a suction nozzle part connected to the upper part of the main body part, the air inlet is formed in the main body part, and the embedded part is detachably sealed and plugged in an upper end opening of the liquid storage cavity.
14. An electronic atomisation device comprising a atomiser according to any of claims 1 to 13.
