Abstract
本发明公开了一种斗米虫素配方,涉及斗米虫素相关技术领域,包括以下步骤:A:配料,B:混合,C:袋封,D:装盒,E:装箱,其中所述步骤B中混料装置,包括混料箱,所述混料箱的顶部左端固定连接有入料斗,所述混料箱的内底壁固定连接有导料板,所述混料箱的左端固定连接有安装架板,所述安装架板的内表面固定连接有固定架。本发明通过导料板方便了原料在混料箱的内部移动,通过入料斗方便将原料放入混料箱的内部,通过安装架板和固定架可以保证驱动电机的固定,通过密封垫可以防止原料从主轴处进入安装架板的内部,通过安装套体方便了搅拌叶的安装,通过排料管道和节流阀方便控制原料的排出。

技术领域
本发明涉及斗米虫素相关技术领域,特别涉及一种斗米虫素配方。
背景技术
斗米虫为锈色粒肩天牛的幼虫,锈色粒肩天牛主要危害槐树,有“国槐杀手”“国槐的毁灭性害虫”之称,也是豆科云实的主要蛀干害虫,对云实的生长发育有着极大的威胁。但是,现有的斗米虫素配制使混合装置不太稳定,不易观察。
因此,提出一种斗米虫素配方来解决上述问题很有必要。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种斗米虫素配方,解决了斗米虫素配制使混合装置不太稳定,不易观察的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种斗米虫素配方,包括以下步骤:
A:配料:斗米虫15%、乳矿物盐14%、牛初乳12%、水解蛋黄粉8%、乳清蛋白6%、骨胶原蛋白肽6%、木糖醇5%、山梨糖醇7%、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.1%、山楂粉2%、鸡内金粉2%、茯苓粉2%、亚麻籽粉2%、海藻糖1.6%、菊粉3%、水苏糖1%、复合氨基酸3%、叶黄素酯0.4%、冻干绿唇贻贝粉0.4%、糊精6%、富锌酵母0.5%、L-抗坏血酸钠0.12%、牛磺酸0.13585%、β-胡萝卜素0.004%、烟酰胺0.2%、D-泛酸钙0.04%、维生素D3 0.00015%、嗜酸乳杆菌0.5%、乳双歧杆菌0.5%、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.5%、鼠李糖乳杆菌0.5%、二氧化硅0.5%;
B:混合:将配比好的原料依次放入混料装置内部,通过混料装置对配比好的原料进行搅拌混合;
C:袋封,将混合好后的原料放入预备好的袋体的内部,然后进行高温封口处理;
D:装盒,将高温封口后的袋装通过一定数量放置在预备好的盒体的内部,并在盒体的内部放入干燥防腐剂;
E:装箱,将装配好的盒体进行封孔,人以后安装一定数量放置在箱体的内部,然后将箱体进行封口;
其中所述步骤B中混料装置,包括混料箱,所述混料箱的顶部左端固定连接有入料斗,所述混料箱的内底壁固定连接有导料板,所述混料箱的左端固定连接有安装架板,所述安装架板的内表面固定连接有固定架,所述固定架的内表面固定连接有驱动电机,所述驱动电机的头部活动连接有主轴,所述主轴的外表面左端活动连接有密封垫,所述主轴的外表面固定连接有安装套体,所述安装套体的外表面固定连接有多个搅拌叶,所述主轴的右端活动连接有承接板,所述混料箱的右端下部固定连接有排料管道。
可选的,所述步骤B中原料在混料装置内部进行搅拌30-50min,搅拌的转速2000r/min-2200r/min。
可选的,所述步骤C中袋体为PE聚乙烯PP聚丙烯制作成,封口时的温度为450-500℃。
可选的,所述步骤D中将封装好后的袋体放置在通风口处进行封口处降温,放置时间为1-2h。
可选的,所述步骤E中将装配好的盒体通过预备好的方阵放置在箱体的内部,同时四周通过泡沫进行填充,防止盒体相互碰撞。
可选的,所述密封垫的外表面与混料箱固定连接;
所述主轴的左端和驱动电机均位于安装架板的内部。
可选的,所述安装套体和搅拌叶均位于混料箱的内部;
多个所述搅拌叶由左至右等距离排列。
可选的,所述承接板的右侧与混料箱的右侧内壁固定连接;
所述排料管道的外表面固定连接有节流阀。
可选的,所述混料箱的前侧面固定连接有贯穿窗;
所述混料箱的外表面固定连接有固定套体。
可选的,所述固定套体的底部固定连接有控制箱体;
所述控制箱体的底部固定连接有底座。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种斗米虫素配方,具备以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过导料板方便了原料在混料箱的内部移动,通过入料斗方便将原料放入混料箱的内部,通过安装架板和固定架可以保证驱动电机的固定,方便了驱动电机的使用,通过密封垫可以防止原料从主轴处进入安装架板的内部,通过安装套体方便了搅拌叶的安装,通过排料管道和节流阀方便控制原料的排出,通过贯穿窗方便观察,通过固定套体可以保证混合装置的稳定。
(2)、本发明该虫经本配方加工后,香味浓郁,口感好,易入口,蛋白质多为易于消化吸收的球蛋白、清蛋白、抗菌蛋白、几丁质和人体必需的8 种氨基酸以及微量元素等物质。

一种斗米虫素配方,包括以下步骤:
A:配料:斗米虫15%、乳矿物盐14%、牛初乳12%、水解蛋黄粉8%、乳清蛋白6%、骨胶原蛋白肽6%、木糖醇5%、山梨糖醇7%、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.1%、山楂粉2%、鸡内金粉2%、茯苓粉2%、亚麻籽粉2%、海藻糖1.6%、菊粉3%、水苏糖1%、复合氨基酸3%、叶黄素酯0.4%、冻干绿唇贻贝粉0.4%、糊精6%、富锌酵母0.5%、L-抗坏血酸钠0.12%、牛磺酸0.13585%、β-胡萝卜素0.004%、烟酰胺0.2%、D-泛酸钙0.04%、维生素D3 0.00015%、嗜酸乳杆菌0.5%、乳双歧杆菌0.5%、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.5%、鼠李糖乳杆菌0.5%、二氧化硅0.5%;
B:混合:将配比好的原料依次放入混料装置内部,通过混料装置对配比好的原料进行搅拌混合;
C:袋封,将混合好后的原料放入预备好的袋体的内部,然后进行高温封口处理;
D:装盒,将高温封口后的袋装通过一定数量放置在预备好的盒体的内部,并在盒体的内部放入干燥防腐剂;
E:装箱,将装配好的盒体进行封孔,人以后安装一定数量放置在箱体的内部,然后将箱体进行封口。
作为本发明的一种可选技术方案:
步骤B中原料在混料装置内部进行搅拌30-50min,搅拌的转速 2000r/min-2200r/min。
作为本发明的一种可选技术方案:
步骤C中袋体为PE聚乙烯PP聚丙烯制作成,封口时的温度为450-500℃。
作为本发明的一种可选技术方案:
步骤D中将封装好后的袋体放置在通风口处进行封口处降温,放置时间为1-2h。
作为本发明的一种可选技术方案:
步骤E中将装配好的盒体通过预备好的方阵放置在箱体的内部,同时四周通过泡沫进行填充,防止盒体相互碰撞。
根据如图1-4所示,包括混料箱1,混料箱1的顶部左端固定连接有入料斗3,通过入料斗3方便将原料放入混料箱1的内部,混料箱1的内底壁固定连接有导料板2,通过导料板2方便了原料在混料箱1的内部移动,混料箱1 的左端固定连接有安装架板4,安装架板4的内表面固定连接有固定架5,固定架5的内表面固定连接有驱动电机6,通过安装架板4和固定架5可以保证驱动电机6的固定,方便了驱动电机6的使用,驱动电机6的头部活动连接有主轴7,主轴7的外表面左端活动连接有密封垫8,通过密封垫8可以防止原料从主轴7处进入安装架板4的内部,主轴7的外表面固定连接有安装套体9,安装套体9的外表面固定连接有多个搅拌叶10,通过安装套体9方便了搅拌叶10的安装,主轴7的右端活动连接有承接板11,混料箱1的右端下部固定连接有排料管道12,排料管道12的外表面固定连接有节流阀13,通过排料管道12和节流阀13方便控制原料的排出,混料箱1的前侧面固定连接有贯穿窗14,通过贯穿窗14方便观察,混料箱1的外表面固定连接有固定套体15,通过固定套体15可以保证混合装置的稳定,固定套体15的底部固定连接有控制箱体16,控制箱体16的底部固定连接有底座17。
工作原理:在工作时,将原料通过入料斗3加入混料箱1的内部,然后通过控制箱体16开启驱动电机6,并对驱动电机6进行调整,驱动电机6就会通过主轴7带动搅拌叶10旋转,使搅拌叶10对混料箱1内部的原料进行搅拌,同时在搅拌的过程中通过导料板2移动到节流阀13,当搅拌好后,开启节流阀13,原料就会通过排料管道12进行排出。
需要说明的是,在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征“上”或“下”可以是第一和第二特征直接接触,或第一和第二特征通过中间媒介间接接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”可是第一特征在第二特征正上方或斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”可以是第一特征在第二特征正下方或斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

1.一种斗米虫素配方,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A:配料:斗米虫15%、乳矿物盐14%、牛初乳12%、水解蛋黄粉8%、乳清蛋白6%、骨胶原蛋白肽6%、木糖醇5%、山梨糖醇7%、酪蛋白磷酸肽0.1%、山楂粉2%、鸡内金粉2%、茯苓粉2%、亚麻籽粉2%、海藻糖1.6%、菊粉3%、水苏糖1%、复合氨基酸3%、叶黄素酯0.4%、冻干绿唇贻贝粉0.4%、糊精6%、富锌酵母0.5%、L-抗坏血酸钠0.12%、牛磺酸0.13585%、β-胡萝卜素0.004%、烟酰胺0.2%、D-泛酸钙0.04%、维生素D3 0.00015%、嗜酸乳杆菌0.5%、乳双歧杆菌0.5%、罗伊氏乳杆菌0.5%、鼠李糖乳杆菌0.5%、二氧化硅0.5%;
B:混合:将配比好的原料依次放入混料装置内部,通过混料装置对配比好的原料进行搅拌混合;

其中所述步骤B中混料装置,包括混料箱(1),其特征在于:所述混料箱(1)的顶部左端固定连接有入料斗(3),所述混料箱(1)的内底壁固定连接有导料板(2),所述混料箱(1)的左端固定连接有安装架板(4),所述安装架板(4)的内表面固定连接有固定架(5),所述固定架(5)的内表面固定连接有驱动电机(6),所述驱动电机(6)的头部活动连接有主轴(7),所述主轴(7)的外表面左端活动连接有密封垫(8),所述主轴(7)的外表面固定连接有安装套体(9),所述安装套体(9)的外表面固定连接有多个搅拌叶(10),所述主轴(7)的右端活动连接有承接板(11),所述混料箱(1)的右端下部固定连接有排料管道(12)。
