The lower end of the upper fixing rod 13 is provided with a groove 14, a second spring 16 is arranged in the groove 14, the upper end of the lower fixing rod 9 is provided with a limiting rod 15, the limiting rod 15 is placed in the groove 14, the second spring 16 has upward supporting acting force on the upper fixing rod 13, when the heights of the micro motor 6 are different, the second spring 16 can adjust the heights of the upper fixing rod and the lower fixing rod, the protrusions 21 can be placed in the fixing grooves 18, and the applicability of the device is improved.
The lower end of the lower shell 1 is provided with a lower fixing plate 22, the upper end of the upper cover 2 is provided with an upper fixing plate 23, two ends of the lower fixing plate 22 and the upper fixing plate 23 are provided with bolts 24, the bolts 24 can fix the lower fixing plate 22 and the upper fixing plate 23, when the micro motor 6 is placed rightly, the bolts 24 fix the micro motor through the lower fixing plate 22, and when the micro motor is placed reversely, the bolts 24 fix the micro motor through the upper fixing plate 23.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: put micro motor 6 into inferior valve 1 between lower dead lever 9 and the last dead lever 13, micro motor 6 output shaft passes through-hole 7, through the effect of spring 12, slider 10 removes in spout 11, lower dead lever 9 and last dead lever 13 move to the centre, clip micro motor 6 and fix, telescopic link 19 extension, support micro motor 6, arch 21 is placed in corresponding fixed slot 18, fix the last dead lever 13 of the left and right sides, strengthen the fixed to micro motor 6, when micro motor 6 is just putting, bolt 24 fixes it through lower fixed plate 22, when micro motor is put the messenger upside down, bolt 24 fixes it through upper fixed plate 23.
Example 2
In order to prevent the air in the lower case 1 and the upper cover 2 from being moist, the present embodiment is further improved on the basis of embodiment 1, and the improvement is that: the top end in the upper cover 2 is provided with a drying agent 25, and the drying agent 25 can dry the air in the lower shell 1 and the upper cover 2, so that the micro motor 6 is prevented from being damaged by the damp air.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: in order to prevent the air in the lower casing 1 and the upper cover 2 from being moist, a drying agent 25 is arranged at the top end inside the upper cover 2, and the drying agent 25 can dry the air in the lower casing 1 and the upper cover 2 and prevent the moist air from damaging the micro motor 6.
In summary, the micro motor 6 can be wrapped in the lower shell 1 and the upper cover 2; by arranging the sealing gasket 5 and the sealing ring 8, the micro motor 6 can be sealed, and moisture and dust are prevented from entering the lower shell 1 and the upper cover 2; the micro motor 6 can be fixed and can adapt to micro motors 6 with different widths by arranging the lower fixing rod 9 and the upper fixing rod 13; by arranging the supporting plate 20, the micro motor 6 can be further fixed, and the supporting plate 20 can play a supporting role when the device is placed upside down; the second spring 16 is arranged, so that the fixing device can adapt to the micro motors 6 with different heights; by providing the drying agent 25, the drying agent 25 can dry the air in the lower case 1 and the upper case 2, and prevent the micro motor 6 from being damaged by the humid air.
