Abstract
本发明涉及一种外敷药，特别是一种用于促进伤口愈合的伤口药物保湿敷料。它采用内外四层结构，并通过内层渗透的保湿促愈药液达到促进伤口愈合的目的。本发明伤口药物保湿敷料能柔肤保湿、抑制细菌生长、促进伤口快速愈合，并且使粘附在伤口上的敷料易去除，可不致疼痛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外敷药，特别是一种用于促进伤口愈合的伤口药物保湿敷料。
背景技术
目前，针对愈合伤口的药物和手段很多，但都存在以下一些缺陷：1.换药率高，每隔一段时间就需换药，增加了病者的痛苦及医护人员的麻烦；2.愈合时间长，通常需要7-12天；3.伤口愈合后会留下难看的疤痕。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无需换药、伤口愈合快、愈后无明显疤痕的伤口药物保湿敷料。
本发明的目的是通过如下途径实现的：伤口药物保湿敷料分为内外四层，第一层即内层为棉片，棉片上浸透有由3％双氧水、石蜡油及硫酸庆大霉素按等容积比例混合而成的保湿促愈药液，第二层为浸泡过凡士林的纱布，其周边贴压有2-3cm宽的棉片，第三层为2-4块无菌纱布，外层是由2-4层纱布缝合在一起的纱布垫。
本发明伤口药物保湿敷料为创面营造一个抗菌、湿润、微酸的环境，消除细胞本身和环境不利于再生的因素，从而促进伤口的自然愈合。应用伤口药物保湿敷料处理手术后伤口，具有抗炎、减痛。促愈、防疤的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，它分为内外四层，第一层即内层为2cm厚的棉片1，棉片1的宽度(或长度)可由伤口大小决定，使其能覆盖到伤口周边2厘米的地方，棉片1上浸透有由3％双氧水、石蜡油及硫酸庆大霉素按等容积比例配制而成的保湿促愈药液，该棉片1直接与伤口接触，通过其上渗透的保湿促愈药液作用于患处，从而达到治疗的效果；第二层为浸泡过凡士林的纱布4，纱布4的周边贴压有2cm宽的棉片2，浸泡凡士林是为了达到保湿的效果，防止创面水份蒸发，给创面营造一个湿润的环境，而周边粘压的棉片2是用来吸收过量的伤口分泌物；第三层为3块叠加的无菌纱布3，它可以避免外界细菌对伤口的侵蚀；外层是由三层纱布用棉线缝合在一起的纱布垫5，用来固定敷料，避免伤口裂开。该敷料在使用时只需用胶带固定于患处即可。
本发明对伤口愈合起重要作用的保湿促愈药液是由3％双氧水、石蜡油及硫酸庆大霉素三者按等容积比例混合而成。其中用到的3％双氧水，微酸，为强氧化剂，具有消毒、防腐、除臭及清洁作用；石蜡油，烃类油状液，中性，有润滑作用，能阻止创面水份的蒸发与吸收；硫酸庆大霉素，PH3.5-6.0，为氨基糖甙广谱抗生素，主要用于葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌、克雷白肺炎杆菌，变形杆菌等感染。

1.一种伤口药物保湿敷料，其特征是它分为内外四层，第一层即内层为棉片[1]，棉片[1]上浸透有由3％双氧水、石蜡油及硫酸庆大霉素按等容积比例混合而成的保湿促愈药液，第二层为浸泡过凡士林的纱布[4]，其周边贴压有2-3cm宽的棉片[2]，第三层为2-4块叠加的无菌纱布[3]，外层是由2-4层纱布缝合在一起的纱布垫[5]。
