Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship construction, in particular to a U-shaped block and a temporary reinforcing structure thereof.
Background
The chemical tanker U-shaped total section consists of deck sections, longitudinal compartments and transverse compartments, and the total section is reversely assembled by taking the deck sections as base planes. The main hook hanging ring for turning over the block is arranged on the deck surface, and the steel wire rope is wound out from the deck tongue and groove when the block is turned over. Because the tongue-and-groove of the deck of the stainless steel chemical ship extends out of the longitudinal bulkhead by 700mm, if the tongue-and-groove of the deck is not correspondingly protected, the steel wire rope can pull the extending part of the deck to be damaged when the block is turned over, so the tongue-and-groove of the deck needs to be protected at first. After the total assembly of the total section is completed, only transverse compartments are connected among the 2 longitudinal compartments, so that corresponding reinforcement is required to be added among the longitudinal compartments.

A temporary reinforcing structure of a U-shaped general section comprises a deck section, a groove-shaped cofferdam section and two opposite longitudinal bulkhead sections, wherein the groove-shaped cofferdam section is connected to a non-structural face of the deck section in an angle mode, the two opposite longitudinal bulkhead sections are carried by the deck section and the groove-shaped cofferdam section, a plurality of temporary cross beams parallel to the deck cross beams are mounted on the deck section, first reinforcing assemblies are arranged between every two adjacent deck cross beams and the adjacent temporary cross beams, a second reinforcing pipe and a third reinforcing pipe are mounted between the two longitudinal bulkhead sections, the second reinforcing pipe is arranged at the lower opening of the longitudinal bulkhead section, and the third reinforcing pipe is arranged on the side face of the longitudinal bulkhead section.
Preferably, the first reinforcement assembly comprises first reinforcement pipes fixed between adjacent deck beams and between adjacent temporary beams, respectively, first reinforcement rods and second reinforcement rods fixed below the first reinforcement pipes, and reinforcement braces fixed at ends of the deck beams and the temporary beams.

Preferably, the cylindrical steel tubes of the first reinforcing tube are offset at least 10mm outside the tongue and groove of the deck section.

The U-shaped general section comprises a deck section 2, a groove-shaped cofferdam section 7 connected on the non-structural surface of the deck section 2 in an angle mode, and two longitudinal cofferdam sections 8 carried with the deck section 2 and the groove-shaped cofferdam section 7, wherein the two longitudinal cofferdam sections 8 are arranged oppositely.
A plurality of temporary cross beams 15 parallel to the deck cross beams 3 are mounted on the deck sections 2. The shape of the temporary cross beam 15 is the same as that of the deck cross beam 3, and the web plate of the temporary cross beam 15 and the deck section 2 are welded by adopting double-sided intermittent welding.
The deck beam 3 and the temporary beam 15 are provided with first reinforcing components, and the first reinforcing components comprise a first reinforcing pipe 1, a first reinforcing rod 4, a second reinforcing rod 5 and a reinforcing inclined strut 6.
The first reinforcing pipe 1 is composed of a cylindrical steel pipe and first connecting plates 14 welded to both ends of the cylindrical steel pipe, the first connecting plates 14 are fixed to the cylindrical steel pipe by continuous welding, and the height of a weld leg is 0.7 times the thickness of the first connecting plates 14. The first connecting plate 14 is welded to the web of the deck beam 3 or the temporary beam 15.
In order to prevent the steel wire rope from being hung on the deck rabbet 12 when the U-shaped block is turned over and deform the deck structure, when the first reinforced pipe 1 is installed, a horizontal distance of not less than 10mm is reserved between the first reinforced pipe 1 and the edge of the deck block rabbet 12, namely, the first reinforced pipe 1 at least extends out of the deck block rabbet by 10 mm.
The first reinforcing bar 4 and the second reinforcing bar 5 are fixed below the first reinforcing pipe 1. One end of the first reinforcing rod 4 is fixed on the first reinforcing pipe 1, the other end of the first reinforcing rod is fixed on the flat bulb steel of the deck section 2, one end of the second reinforcing rod 5 is fixed on the first reinforcing pipe 1, and the other end of the second reinforcing rod is fixed on the deck section 2.
The reinforcing inclined struts are fixed at two end parts of the deck beam 3 and the temporary beam 15, and the lower ends of the reinforcing inclined struts 6 are lapped on the corresponding flat bulb steels.
In this embodiment, the first reinforcing rod 4, the second reinforcing rod 5, and the reinforcing diagonal brace 6 are all channel steel, and the lower end portions of the first reinforcing rod 4 and the second reinforcing rod 5 are all subjected to beveling.
Between the two longitudinal compartment sections 8 are mounted a second 10 and a third 11 reinforced pipe.
The second reinforcing pipe 10 is arranged at the lower opening of the longitudinal bulkhead segment 8, a second connecting plate 16 is vertically fixed at the upper part of the second reinforcing pipe 10, and a third connecting plate 17 attached to the ribbed plate 9 of the longitudinal bulkhead segment is vertically fixed on the second connecting plate 16.
The third reinforced pipe 11 is arranged on the side surface of the longitudinal bulkhead subsection 8, a fourth connecting plate 18 is vertically fixed at the lower part of the third reinforced pipe 11, and a fifth connecting plate 19 which is overlapped with the platform plate 13 of the longitudinal bulkhead subsection is fixed at the bottom of the fourth connecting plate 18.

And S3, transporting the deck section 2 to the general assembly field, and turning over for 180 degrees and reversely placing on the general assembly jig frame.
And S4, turning the trough-type cofferdam section 7 by 90 degrees and connecting the trough-type cofferdam section to the non-structural surface of the deck section 2.
And S5, turning the longitudinal bulkhead segment 8 by 90 degrees, and folding the longitudinal bulkhead segment with the deck segment 2 and the groove-shaped transverse bulkhead segment 7 to form a U-shaped total segment.
S6, installing the second 10 and third 11 reinforced pipes between two opposite longitudinal compartment sections.

A temporary reinforcing structure of a U-shaped general section comprises a deck section (2), a groove-shaped cofferdam section (7) connected on a non-structural face of the deck section (2) in an angle mode, and two opposite longitudinal bulkhead sections (8) carried by the deck section (2) and the groove-shaped cofferdam section (7), and is characterized in that a plurality of temporary cross beams (15) parallel to the deck cross beams (3) are mounted on the deck section (2), a first reinforcing assembly is arranged between every two adjacent deck cross beams (3) and every two adjacent temporary cross beams (15), a second reinforcing pipe (10) and a third reinforcing pipe (11) are mounted between every two longitudinal bulkhead sections (8), the second reinforcing pipe (10) is arranged at a lower opening of the longitudinal bulkhead section (8), and the third reinforcing pipe (11) is arranged on a side face of the longitudinal bulkhead section (8);
the first reinforcing assembly comprises first reinforcing pipes (1), first reinforcing rods (4), second reinforcing rods (5) and reinforcing inclined struts (6), the first reinforcing pipes (1) are respectively fixed between adjacent deck cross beams (3) and between adjacent temporary cross beams (15), the first reinforcing rods (4) and the second reinforcing rods (5) are fixed below the first reinforcing pipes (1), and the reinforcing inclined struts (6) are fixed at the end parts of the deck cross beams (3) and the temporary cross beams (15);
the cylindrical steel pipe of the first reinforced pipe (1) deviates at least 10mm towards the outer side of the rabbet (12) of the deck section.

A temporary reinforcing structure of U-section according to claim 1, wherein said first reinforcing pipe (1) is composed of a cylindrical steel pipe, first connecting plates (14) welded to both ends of the cylindrical steel pipe, the first connecting plates (14) being welded to the web of the deck beam (3) or the temporary beam (15).
3. The temporary reinforcing structure of a U-shaped block according to claim 2, wherein the first connecting plate (14) is fixed to the cylindrical steel pipe by continuous welding, and the leg height is 0.7 times the plate thickness of the first connecting plate (14).
4. A temporary reinforcing structure of U-shaped total section according to claim 1, characterized in that the first reinforcing bar (4), the second reinforcing bar (5) and the reinforcing diagonal brace (6) are made of channel steel.
