A hot straightening machine is characterized by comprising a housing, a pressing roller bending device, a balancing device, a pressing AGC cylinder, an upper roller box, a lower roller box, an upper roller box clamping device, a lower roller box clamping device, a connecting shaft bracket, a transmission device and a roller changing device; the upper roller box is connected with the pressing and bending roller device through an upper roller box clamping device, a pressing AGC cylinder connected between the housing and the pressing and bending roller device drives the pressing and bending roller device to drive the upper roller box to move up and down and tilt, and the balancing device is connected between the housing and the pressing and bending roller device and follows up and down along with the pressing and bending roller device; the lower roller box is connected with the base through a lower roller box clamping device, and the base is connected with the memorial archway; the transmission device is connected with the straightening roller to complete transmission; when the roll is changed, the roll changing device moves the roll box out of or into the straightening machine through the auxiliary connecting shaft bracket; the transmission side of the working roll system adopts a needle bearing, a cylindrical roller bearing or a sliding bearing structure.
2. The thermal straightener of claim 1, wherein the drive side of the work roll train is a needle bearing, or a cylindrical roller bearing, or a composite of a sliding bearing and a bend compensation structure.

The hot straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive side of the work roll train employs needle bearings, including needle bearings with inner race width equal to or smaller than or larger than the outer race width of the bearing, or needle bearings without inner race, or special types of needle bearings, or combined needle bearings, or a combination of needle bearings and non-needle bearings; or the transmission side of the working roller system adopts a cylindrical roller bearing, and the cylindrical roller bearing comprises a cylindrical roller bearing with the width of a bearing inner ring equal to or smaller than or larger than the width of a bearing outer ring, or a cylindrical roller bearing without a bearing inner ring, or a special type cylindrical roller bearing, or a combined cylindrical roller bearing, or a combination of the cylindrical roller bearing and a non-cylindrical roller bearing; or the transmission side of the working roll system adopts sliding bearings which comprise self-lubricating sliding bearings or sliding bearings lubricated by external oil.

The thermal straightener of claim 1, wherein the drive side of the work roll system is a swept structure and the cylindrical centering compensation structure, or the spherical hinge centering compensation structure, or the T-slot centering compensation structure comprises a dovetail T-slot compensation structure.

The thermal straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the straightener has a minimum roll diameter of the straightener roll: for a hot straightening machine with the diameter of 3500mm or less, the minimum roll diameter of a straightening roll breaks through 285 mm-150 mm; the hot straightener of 3500mm or more comprises a 3800mm hot straightener, a 4300mm hot straightener, a 4700mm hot straightener, a 5000mm hot straightener and a 5500mm hot straightener, and the minimum roll diameter of the straightening roll breaks through 285-220 mm.

The thermal straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bearing of the work roll system on the operating side is a self-aligning roller bearing, or a spherical roller bearing, or a tapered roller bearing, or a CARB toroidal roller bearing, or a combination thereof; the needle roller bearing structure or the cylindrical roller bearing structure on the transmission side of the working roller system comprises a needle roller bearing or a cylindrical roller bearing, a seal ring seal and a labyrinth seal structure.

The thermal straightener of claim 1, wherein the work roll system operating side is of a buckle structure; or the transmission side and the operation side of the working roll system both adopt a compensation bending structure; or each bearing seat of the working roll system or the combined integral bearing seat adopts a bending compensation structure.

The hot straightening machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hot straightening machine is used for a hot plate straightening machine in the field of steel rolling, and comprises a plate strip straightening machine for straightening by combination of stretching and bending; the hot straightening machine and the cold straightening machine are suitable for the steel rolling field, and comprise a section hot straightening machine, a section cold straightening machine, a pipe hot straightening machine and a pipe cold straightening machine in the steel rolling field.

The thermal straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the straightener type employs a double, or quadruple, or sextuplex straightener; the type of the straightening machine adopts a hydraulic type, an electric type or a hydraulic and electric combined type; the transmission of the straightening machine adopts a centralized transmission type, a grouped transmission type or an independent transmission type; the number of the straightening rollers of the straightening machine is 5 rollers, 7 rollers, 9 rollers, 11 rollers, 13 rollers, 15 rollers, 17 rollers or 19 rollers.

The thermal straightening machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the roll bending type of the straightening machine adopts a press-split roll bending type structure, or a built-in roll bending type structure, or a chamfered roll bending type structure; or the upper roller system adopts a roller bending type, or both the upper roller system and the lower roller system adopt a roller bending type; or the number of the bending roller cylinders is divided into groups, and each group comprises 1 cylinder, 2 cylinders or 3 cylinders.

The thermal straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the straightening roll gap of the straightening roll system is of a fixed roll gap type or a variable roll gap type; each straightening roller is an independent lifting adjusting mechanism, or part of the straightening rollers are independent lifting adjusting mechanisms; the whole or part of the upper roller box straightening roller is an independent lifting adjusting mechanism, or the whole or part of the lower roller box straightening roller is an independent lifting adjusting mechanism; or all or part of the upper roll box straightening roll and the lower roll box straightening roll are independent lifting adjusting mechanisms; the straightening roller and the universal spindle of the straightening machine adopt a staggered structure or a non-staggered structure.
12. The thermal straightener as claimed in claim 1, wherein the straightener housing is of an integral rolled plate type or a split pre-tensioned rod type; the pressing AGC cylinder of the straightener adopts a conventional AGC cylinder or a booster AGC cylinder type; the number of the AGC cylinders for pressing is 2, 4 or 6.
