according to the preparation method of the smoking section of the granular heating non-combustible cigarette, the smoking section is of a sealed structure sealed by breathable paper, the length of the smoking section is 15-20 mm, and the attached flavor granules prepared by taking natural animals and plants such as grass carbon, cuttlebone, coconut shell and washing tobacco stems as raw materials are arranged in the smoking section. The enclosed heating non-combustion cigarette smoking section is adopted, and the adsorption characteristic of porous particles is obviously higher than that of tobacco sheets, so that the particle type smoking section has the smoking agent loading capacity of 2-3 times that of the sheet type smoking section, and has the advantages of better fragrance slow release effect, moisture absorption resistance and better stability.

Claims (3)

1. The preparation method of the smoking section of the particle type heating non-combustible cigarette comprises a filter section, a cooling section and a smoking section, wherein the smoking section is of a sealed structure sealed by breathable paper, the length of the smoking section is 15-20 mm, and fragrance-attached particles are arranged in the smoking section and are prepared from particles A and particles B, and the preparation method is characterized by comprising the following specific preparation processes of:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing particles A;
(1) powdering: the method is characterized in that three of hawthorn carbon, Chinese date carbon, polygonum multiflorum carbon, rehmannia carbon, honeysuckle carbon, coconut shells or cuttlebone natural animals and plants are adopted as raw materials, and the raw materials are as follows: 1-5: 1-5, pulverizing, sieving by a 100-mesh sieve, and then placing in a dryer for removing odor;
(2) adding fragrance: according to the mass of the powder, 15-50 parts of Arabic gum, 5-15 parts of propylene glycol, 10-40 parts of glycerol, 2-5 parts of ferment, 1-2 parts of alkaloid, 1-5 parts of Jinba tobacco extract and 1-5 parts of natural fruity extract are fully and uniformly mixed, and then the mixture is granulated by adopting a spray drying method under the conditions that the air inlet temperature is 80-95 ℃, the material temperature is 40-55 ℃ and the ambient air humidity is 40-45%;
(3) molding: placing the semi-finished product particles obtained by spray drying in a fluidized bed for molding to obtain flavor-attached particles with the particle size of about 1-3 mm, namely particles A;
step two: preparing particles B;
(1) the method comprises the following steps of (1) processing washed tobacco stems serving as raw materials by adopting a thermal expansion, carbon dioxide expansion or microwave expansion process, and slicing the tobacco stems to be 3-5 mm long and 1.8-2.5 mm wide;
(2) adding fragrance: adding 0.1% of Yunnan tobacco leaf molecular distillation light component, 0.05% of vanillin and 0.001% of linaloe oil by mass proportion to the cut expanded cut stems serving as a reference for flavoring to obtain particles B;
step three: compounding;
compounding the particles A and the particles B according to the mass ratio of 1-5: 1 under the condition that the ambient air humidity is 40-55%, and filling the mixture into a smoking section of the cigarette which is not combusted during heating, so as to obtain the particle type smoking section of the cigarette which is not combusted during heating.
2. The method for preparing the smoking section of the granular non-combustible heating cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the Yunnan tobacco molecular distillation light component is a light component which is obtained by collecting Yunnan tobacco extract as a raw material after secondary molecular distillation.
3. The method for preparing a smoking segment of a particulate heat non-combustible cigarette according to claim 2, wherein the molecular distillation conditions are as follows: the temperature of the first-stage molecular distillation and the second-stage molecular distillation are respectively 55 ℃, 90 ℃, the vacuum degree is 0.1Pa, the feeding speed is 450-650 ml/h, and the film scraping speed is 300-400 rpm.
