本发明涉及一种烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布，采用纯棉纱布为基材，表面吸附有600～2000mg/kg的纳米银颗粒或银离子。纯棉纱布，以优质长绒棉为原料，采用紧密纺工艺纺制21s或40s纱线，以24×20或36×18经纬密采用绞织工艺织造，并以纯淀粉上浆和生物酶退浆工艺加工制备。所述的烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布，采用上述纯棉纱布浸渍或浸轧含银抗菌溶液，经烘干获得。本发明所述的烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布，抗菌网状布更纯净，且毛羽率低、伤口粘连性少；确保了抗菌网状纱布的柔软性和一定的刚性；确保了烧烫伤伤口表面渗液的渗出；表面吸附的纳米银颗粒或银离子赋予了网状纱布优异的抗菌性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用敷料材料领域，特别涉及一种烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布。
背景技术
在临床上，烧烫伤伤口往往存在渗液多、易感染且不易愈合的特点，这是由于烧烫伤伤口表面是一个温暖而且潮湿的环境，金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌和大肠杆菌等病原体在伤口上快速繁殖引起的。为了控制烧烫伤伤口细菌繁殖，防止伤口感染，大量医用敷料得到广泛应用，并考虑加入抗生素或各种各样的抗菌材料，以协助保护伤口、减少感染、吸收分泌物、保持体温和促进伤口愈合。其中银系抗菌剂因其优良的抗菌性、无耐药性和生物相容性，在烧烫伤医用敷料中的应用已被广泛重视。
虽然已有含银抗菌网状纱布在烧烫伤伤口的治疗中得到应用，但由于未考虑纱布纱线表面毛羽率，在使用时存在易粘连的特点；未考虑加工工艺的选择，存在网状纱布杂质含量高等特点；未考虑网孔大小，影响渗液的渗出等问题，甚至抗菌效果达不到预期要求等，在一定程度上影响有含银抗菌网状纱布的推广应用。因此针对上述问题，需设计制备杂质含量低、粘连性小、渗液易渗出、软硬适宜、抗菌性能优异的含银抗菌网状纱布，以满足烧烫伤伤口治疗的需要。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是采用21s或40s紧密纺纯棉纱线、以24×20或36×18经纬密织造的纯棉纱布为基材，在其表面吸附纳米银颗粒或银离子后，提供一种杂质含量低、粘连性小、渗液易渗出、软硬适宜、抗菌性能优异的含银抗菌网状纱布。
本发明的发明目的主要是通过下述技术方案得以实现的：所述的烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布，采用纯棉纱布为基材，表面吸附有800～2000mg/kg的纳米银颗粒或银离子。所述的纯棉纱布，选用21s或40s纱线织造而成，纱线以优质长绒棉为原料，采用紧密纺工艺纺制；以24×20或36×18经纬密，采用绞织工艺织造；织造过程中经纱采用纯淀粉上浆工艺，并在织造完成后采用生物酶退浆工艺制备。所述的烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布，采用上述纯棉纱布浸渍或浸轧含银抗菌溶液，经烘干获得。
由于本发明所述的烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布，采用紧密纺工艺纺制纱线、采用纯淀粉上浆和生物酶退浆工艺，抗菌网状布更纯净，且毛羽率低、伤口粘连性少；适宜的纱线粗细确保了抗菌网状纱布的柔软性和一定的刚性；合适的经纬密确保了烧烫伤伤口表面渗液的渗出；表面吸附的纳米银颗粒或银离子赋予了网状纱布优异的抗菌性能。

实施例：如附图1，本发明涉及烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布，以优质长绒棉为原料，采用紧密纺工艺纺制21s或40s纱线，以24×20经纬密采用绞织工艺织造，其中以21s紧密纺纱线为纬纱2，以40s紧密纺纱线为经纱1，在织造与退浆过程中，采用纯淀粉上浆和生物酶退浆工艺，获得纯净的纯棉网状纱布。将上述工艺获得的纯棉网状纱布浸轧500mg/kg的含银抗菌溶液，经烘干即得烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布。该烧烫伤用抗菌网状纱布经分切、包装、灭菌即可用于烧烫伤伤口的治疗。
