A control method of a cooking appliance, a system of a cooking appliance, a computer-readable storage medium, and a cooking appliance according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1a to 5.

According to the control method of the cooking appliance, after a preprocessing program starting instruction is received, a first driving motor is controlled to rotate in a first direction in advance to drive a sealing member of the cooking appliance to move and open a through hole in an upper cover of the cooking appliance, when the first driving motor drives the sealing member to move to a first terminal position, a first trigger signal is triggered, the first driving motor is controlled to stop running according to the first trigger signal, so that the through hole is completely opened, the food material is conveniently thrown into a pot body, and then the preprocessing program starting instruction is executed to preprocess the food material. Namely, at the initial stage of the starting instruction of the preprocessing program, the through hole on the upper cover of the cooking appliance is opened, so that the food material is conveniently put into the pot body through the through hole, and the food material is preprocessed, so that a user does not need to manually open or close the upper cover, the automatic opening and closing of the upper cover are realized, and the operation process of the user is simplified.

The control method of the cooking utensil provided by the invention comprises the steps of firstly controlling a first driving motor to rotate in a first direction after receiving a preprocessing program starting instruction, timing when the first driving motor drives a sealing element to move along the first direction, if a first trigger signal is not triggered within a first preset time length, indicating that the operation of the sealing element or the first driving motor has an abnormal condition, and at the moment, controlling the first driving motor to stop operating and generating a first alarm prompt message to remind a user of overhauling the cooking utensil;
if the first trigger signal is triggered within the first preset time, judging whether the first driving motor is locked within the first preset time, if the first driving motor is locked within the first preset time, indicating that the operation of the sealing element or the first driving motor is abnormal, and at the moment, controlling the first driving motor to stop operating and generating a second alarm prompt message to remind a user of overhauling the cooking appliance;

if the blockage of the first driving motor does not occur within the preset duration of the second, the sealing element moves to the second end position, the triggered second trigger signal further controls the first driving motor to stop running, at the moment, the through hole in the upper cover is completely blocked by the sealing element, the food in the pot body can be cooked, the user does not need to manually open the upper cover, and the upper cover is manually closed after the food is thrown into the pot body, so that the automatic opening and closing of the upper cover are realized, and the operation process of the user is simplified.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, after the step of receiving the preprocessing program ending instruction and before the step of controlling the first driving motor to rotate in the second direction, the method further includes: controlling the electromagnet of the cooking appliance to stop working, wherein the electromagnet of the cooking appliance is electromagnetically adsorbed with the upper cover when the electromagnet of the cooking appliance works; controlling a second driving motor of the cooking appliance to rotate along the first direction until the pot body is at a low position; the second driving motor is used for driving a pot body chassis of the cooking appliance to rotate, the pot body chassis drives the pot body to move between a high position and a low position, and when the pot body moves to the low position, the pot body is separated from the upper cover.
In this embodiment, after receiving the instruction of finishing the preprocessing program, before the first driving motor rotates along the second direction, the electromagnet in the cooking appliance is controlled to stop working, so that the pot body and the upper cover of the cooking appliance can be freely separated, and the second driving motor is controlled to rotate along the first direction until the pot body is in the low position, so that the pot body and the upper cover are separated, thereby avoiding the sealing element from interfering with other parts of the cooking appliance when rotating, and prolonging the service life of the cooking appliance.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a second trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to the second end position, the step of controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating preferably further includes: controlling a second driving motor of the cooking appliance to rotate along a second direction until the pot body is positioned at a high position; controlling an electromagnet of the cooking appliance to start working and executing a cooking program.
In the embodiment, after the first driving motor is controlled to stop running after the second trigger signal is received, the second driving motor is controlled to rotate in the second direction until the pot body is located at the high position to seal the through hole by the sealing element, and then the electromagnet in the cooking appliance is controlled to start working, so that the pot body and the upper cover are pulled mutually to ensure the sealing performance of the cooking appliance, and the cooking appliance executes the cooking program.
In a specific embodiment, the direction indicated in fig. 1a is the second direction and the direction indicated in fig. 1b is the first direction.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a control system for a cooking appliance, the control system comprising: a memory configured to store executable instructions; a processor configured to execute the stored instructions to: receiving a starting instruction of a preprocessing program, and controlling a first driving motor to rotate along a first direction so as to drive a sealing element of the cooking appliance to move and open a through hole on an upper cover of the cooking appliance; and after receiving a first trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to the first end position, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating and executing a starting instruction of a preprocessing program.
The invention provides a control system of a cooking appliance, comprising: a memory configured to store executable instructions; the processor is configured to execute the stored instruction, and the instruction is realized by firstly controlling the first driving motor to rotate in a first direction after receiving a preprocessing program starting instruction, driving the sealing element of the cooking appliance to move and opening the through hole in the upper cover of the cooking appliance, triggering a first trigger signal when the first driving motor drives the sealing element to move to a first terminal position, and controlling the first driving motor to stop running according to the first trigger signal so that the through hole is completely opened, so that a user can conveniently throw food materials into the pot body, and then executing the preprocessing program starting instruction. Namely, at the initial stage of the starting instruction of the preprocessing program, the through hole on the upper cover of the cooking appliance is opened, so that the user can conveniently throw food materials into the pot body through the through hole, the user does not need to manually open and close the upper cover, the automatic opening and closing of the upper cover are realized, and the operation process of the user is simplified.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the processor is preferably further configured to execute the stored instructions to: receiving a preprocessing program ending instruction, and controlling the first driving motor to rotate along the second direction so as to drive the sealing element to move and block the through hole on the upper cover; and after receiving a second trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to a second end position, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating.
In this embodiment, after the preprocessing component performs the preprocessing operation, a preprocessing program ending instruction is received, at this time, the first driving motor operates in the second direction to drive the sealing member to move in the second direction, so that the sealing member moves towards the trend of plugging the through hole in the upper cover, when the sealing member moves to the second end position, the triggered second trigger signal further controls the first driving motor to stop operating, at this time, the through hole in the upper cover is completely plugged by the sealing member, the food material in the pot can be cooked, so that the user does not need to manually open the upper cover, and manually close the upper cover after the food material is thrown into the pot, thereby realizing the automatic opening and closing of the upper cover, and simplifying the operation process of the user.
In one embodiment of the invention, preferably, prior to the step after receiving a first trigger signal triggered when the seal moves to the first end position, the processor is further configured to execute the stored instructions to: judging whether a first trigger signal is received or not within a first preset time period when the first driving motor rotates along the first direction; if the judgment result is negative, the first driving motor is controlled to stop rotating, and first alarm prompt information is generated.

In the embodiment, after the first driving motor is controlled to stop running after the second trigger signal is received, the second driving motor is controlled to rotate in the second direction until the pot body is located at the high position to seal the through hole by the sealing element, and then the electromagnet in the cooking appliance is controlled to start working, so that the pot body and the upper cover are pulled mutually to ensure the sealing performance of the cooking appliance, and the cooking appliance executes the cooking program.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program, when executed by a processor, implementing the steps of the method for controlling a cooking appliance as provided in any one of the above embodiments.
The computer-readable storage medium provided by the present invention stores a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for controlling a cooking appliance according to any of the embodiments described above, and therefore, all the advantages of the method for controlling a cooking appliance according to any of the embodiments described above are achieved, which are not described herein.
As shown in fig. 1a and 1b, according to an embodiment of an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a cooking appliance 1, including: an upper cover 10 provided with a through hole 102; a first driving motor 12 provided on the upper cover 10; a sealing member 14 disposed on the upper cover 10, the sealing member 14 being connected to the first driving motor 12, the first driving motor 12 driving the sealing member 14 to reciprocate between a first end position and a second end position; when the sealing member 14 moves to a first end position, the through hole 102 is opened, and when the sealing member 14 moves to a second end position, the through hole 102 is blocked; detection means, provided directly or indirectly on the upper cover 10, for detecting whether the sealing member 14 is moved to the first end position or the second end position.
According to the cooking appliance 1 provided by the invention, the through hole 102 is formed in the upper cover 10, the first driving motor 12 is arranged on the upper cover 10, the first driving motor 12 is connected with the sealing element 14 arranged on the upper cover 10 to drive the sealing element 14 to reciprocate between the first end position and the second end position, when the sealing element 14 moves to the first end position, the through hole 102 is opened to throw food materials into the pot body through the through hole 102 and pretreat the food materials, and when the sealing element 14 moves to the second end position, the through hole 102 is sealed to ensure the sealing performance of the cooking appliance 1. The cooking appliance 1 is provided with a detection device on the upper cover 10 of the cooking appliance 1 for detecting whether the pre-processing assembly moves to the first end position or the second end position, and when the detection device detects that the pre-processing assembly moves to the first end position or the second end position, a signal can be sent out to stop the operation of the first driving motor 12. When the control device controls the first driving motor 12 to rotate along the first direction, the sealing member 14 is driven to move along the first direction, so that the sealing member 14 moves towards a first end point position, when the detection device detects that the sealing member 14 reaches the first end point position, a signal is sent out, the control device controls the first driving motor 12 to stop operating, food can be thrown into the pot body through the through hole 102, so that the cooking appliance 1 can pretreat the food, after the food is pretreated, the first driving motor 12 is started again, so that the sealing member 14 moves from the first end point position to a second end point position, when the detection device detects that the sealing member 14 moves to the second end point position, the signal is sent out again, so that the first driving motor 12 stops operating, then the pot body of the cooking appliance 1 is controlled to move to a position suitable for cooking, so that the cooking appliance 1 performs a cooking step, therefore, in the whole food material throwing and preprocessing work, the manual work is liberated, the manual food material preprocessing work is completely replaced by the mechanical and automatic cooking appliance 1, the process of operating the cooking appliance 1 by a user is simplified, and the burden of the user is relieved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, as shown in fig. 1a and 1b, the detecting device includes: a first detection device 162 and a second detection device 164; the first detection device 162 is disposed at the first end position, and the second detection device 164 is disposed at the second end position; the first detection device 162 or the second detection device 164 may be any one of: magnetic induction sensor, photoelectric sensor, image acquisition device.
In this embodiment, the detection means comprises: the first detection device 162 and the second detection device 164, wherein the first detection device 162 is disposed at the first end position to detect whether the sealing member 14 reaches the first end position, the second detection device 164 is disposed at the second end position to detect whether the sealing member 14 reaches the second end position, so as to ensure the accuracy of the detection of the position of the sealing member 14, and the first detection device 162 or the second detection device 164 may be any one of a magnetic induction sensor, an optical sensor, and an image capturing device.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, a detection device is provided on the first driving motor 12, and the detection device may be any one of the following: hall sensor, photoelectric sensor.
In this embodiment, the speed of the first drive motor 12 is detected by a detection device to enable detection of the position of the seal 14. Wherein, the first driving motor 12 is preferably a speed reducing motor or a stepping motor.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance 1 further includes: an electromagnet provided on the upper cover 10; the power supply device is connected with the electromagnet and used for supplying power to the electromagnet; and the control device is connected with the power supply device and used for controlling the power supply device to start or stop working.
In this embodiment, the upper cover 10 is further provided with an electromagnet to attract the pot body, so as to ensure the sealing between the pot body and the upper cover 10, and the control device controls the power supply device to supply power to the electromagnet, so as to control the traction and release of the pot body and the upper cover 10.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance 1 further comprises a pot body located below the upper cover, the pot body comprising a pot body; the pot cover can be buckled on the pot body, a blanking hole is formed in the pot cover, the projection of the through hole in the upper cover is located in the blanking hole, and a sealing rib capable of being in sealing fit with the sealing element is arranged on the circumferential direction of the blanking hole; the magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the position of the cooker cover opposite to the electromagnet.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance 1 further includes: the pan body chassis is positioned below the pan body and is in contact with the pan body; the second driving motor drives the pan body chassis to rotate, and the pan body chassis drives the pan body to reciprocate between a high position and a low position.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the cooking appliance 1 further includes: the pan body chassis is positioned below the pan body and is in contact with the pan body; the second driving motor drives the pan body chassis to rotate, and the pan body chassis drives the pan body to reciprocate between a high position and a low position.
In this embodiment, a pan body chassis is arranged below the pan body, and the second driving motor can drive the pan body chassis to rotate, so as to drive the pan body to reciprocate between the high position and the low position, so that the pan body can be attached to or separated from the upper cover 10, specifically, when the first driving motor 12 is started each time, the pan body is in the low position and separated from the upper cover 10, so as to avoid the sealing element 14 from interfering with other components of the cooking utensil 1 during the movement. Wherein, preferably, the second driving motor is a speed reducing motor or a stepping motor.
In one embodiment of the present invention, preferably, the pot body further comprises: the roller is arranged at the bottom of the pot body, and the pot body is contacted with the contact surface of the pot body chassis through the roller; the contact surface of the pan body chassis comprises a low-position area, a high-position area and a transition area positioned between the low-position area and the high-position area; wherein, when the roller is positioned on the low position area, the pan body is positioned at the low position; when the roller is positioned on the high-position area, the pot body is positioned at the high-position.
In this embodiment, be provided with the gyro wheel between the pot body and pot body chassis, the contact surface on pot body chassis includes low level district, high-order district and transition district between the two, and the gyro wheel rolls between low level district, high-order district and transition district, and when the gyro wheel rolled to the low level district, the pot body was in the low level position, when the gyro wheel rolled to the high-order district on, the pot body was in the high level position, and then reduces the frictional force when the pot body moved, made the motion of the pot body more smooth and easy.
Preferably, the pan body is converted between the high position and the low position once, and the pan body chassis is required to rotate 180 degrees.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the cooking appliance 1 is preferably a coarse cereal cooker, an electric cooker, or an electric pressure cooker.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance 1 is any one of a coarse cereal cooker, an electric rice cooker, and an electric pressure cooker.
In a specific embodiment, the direction indicated in fig. 1a is the second direction, i.e. the direction in which the sealing member 14 moves from the first end position of opening the through hole 102 to the second end position of closing off the through hole 102, and the direction indicated in fig. 1b is the first direction, i.e. the direction in which the sealing member 14 moves from the second end position of closing off the through hole 102 to the first end position of opening the through hole 102.

The terms "mounted," "connected," "fixed," and the like are to be construed broadly, and for example, "connected" may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; "coupled" may be direct or indirect through an intermediary. Claims (18)

1. A control method of a cooking appliance is used for the cooking appliance, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a starting instruction of a preprocessing program, and controlling a first driving motor to rotate along a first direction so as to drive a sealing element of the cooking appliance to move and open a through hole on an upper cover of the cooking appliance;
after receiving a first trigger signal triggered when the sealing element moves to a first end point position, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating, and executing a preprocessing program starting instruction;
receiving a preprocessing program ending instruction;
controlling the electromagnet of the cooking appliance to stop working, wherein when the electromagnet of the cooking appliance works, the pot body of the cooking appliance is electromagnetically adsorbed with the upper cover;
and controlling a second driving motor of the cooking appliance to rotate along a first direction until the pot body is in a low position.
2. The method for controlling a cooking utensil of claim 1, wherein the controlling the second driving motor of the cooking utensil to rotate in the first direction until after the pot body is in the low position further comprises:
controlling the first driving motor to rotate along a second direction so as to drive the sealing element to move and block the through hole in the upper cover;
and after receiving a second trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to a second end position, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before the step of receiving a first trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to the first end position:
judging whether the first trigger signal is received or not within a first preset time period since the first driving motor rotates along the first direction;
and if the judgment result is negative, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating and generating first alarm prompt information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising, before the step of receiving a first trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to the first end position:
judging whether the first driving motor is locked within a first preset time period when the first driving motor rotates along the first direction;
and if so, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating and generating second alarm prompt information.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising, before the step of receiving a second trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to the second end position:
counting time since the first driving motor rotates along the second direction, and judging whether the second trigger signal is received or not after a second preset time length;
and if the judgment result is negative, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating and generating third alarm prompt information.
6. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein before the receiving a second trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to the second end position, the method further comprises:
judging whether the first driving motor is locked or not after a second preset time length is counted from the rotation of the first driving motor along the second direction;
and if so, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating and generating fourth alarm prompt information.
7. The method of controlling a cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the pre-processing program comprises one or a combination of:
soaking, grinding, crushing, freezing and baking;
wherein, the control parameters of the soaking program comprise: soaking temperature, soaking duration and heating power;
the control parameters of the grinding program include: grinding time length, grinding rate and grinding fineness;
the control parameters of the shredding program include: the crushing time, the crushing speed and the crushing fineness;
the control parameters of the freezing program comprise: the length of freezing time and the freezing temperature;
the control parameters of the baking program comprise: baking time, baking temperature and heating power.
8. The control method of a cooking appliance according to claim 2,
the second driving motor is used for driving a pot body chassis of the cooking appliance to rotate, the pot body chassis drives the pot body to move between a high position and a low position, and the pot body moves to the low position and is separated from the upper cover.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein after the step of controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating after receiving a second trigger signal triggered when the sealing member moves to the second end position, further comprising:
controlling a second driving motor of the cooking appliance to rotate along a second direction until the pot body is positioned at the high position;
and controlling an electromagnet of the cooking appliance to start working and executing a cooking program.
10. A control system of a cooking appliance, which is used for the cooking appliance, and is characterized by comprising the following components:
a memory configured to store executable instructions;
a processor configured to execute the stored instructions to:
receiving a starting instruction of a preprocessing program, and controlling a first driving motor to rotate along a first direction so as to drive a sealing element of the cooking appliance to move and open a through hole on an upper cover of the cooking appliance;
after receiving a first trigger signal triggered when the sealing element moves to a first end point position, controlling the first driving motor to stop rotating, and executing a preprocessing program starting instruction;
receiving a preprocessing program ending instruction;
controlling the electromagnet of the cooking appliance to stop working, wherein when the electromagnet of the cooking appliance works, the pot body of the cooking appliance is electromagnetically adsorbed with the upper cover;
and controlling a second driving motor of the cooking appliance to rotate along a first direction until the pot body is in a low position.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
12. A cooking appliance, comprising:
an upper cover provided with a through hole;
the first driving motor is arranged on the upper cover;
the sealing element is arranged on the upper cover and is connected with the first driving motor, and the first driving motor drives the sealing element to reciprocate between a first end position and a second end position; the through hole is opened when the sealing element moves to a first end position, and the through hole is blocked when the sealing element moves to a second end position;
a detecting device, directly or indirectly arranged on the upper cover, for detecting whether the sealing member moves to the first end position or the second end position;
the cooking utensil also comprises a pot body which is positioned below the upper cover;
the pan body chassis is positioned below the pan body and is in contact with the pan body;
the second driving motor drives the pot body chassis to rotate, and the pot body chassis drives the pot body to reciprocate between a high position and a low position.
13. The cooking appliance of claim 12, wherein the detection device comprises: a first detection device and a second detection device;
the first detection device is arranged at the first end position, and the second detection device is arranged at the second end position;
the first detecting means or the second detecting means may be any one of: magnetic induction sensor, photoelectric sensor, image acquisition device.
14. The cooking appliance of claim 12,
the detection device is arranged on the first driving motor, and the detection device can be any one of the following devices: hall sensor, photoelectric sensor.
15. The cooking appliance of any one of claims 12 to 14, further comprising:
the electromagnet is arranged on the upper cover;
the power supply device is connected with the electromagnet and used for supplying power to the electromagnet;
and the control device is connected with the power supply device and used for controlling the power supply device to start or stop working.
16. The cooking appliance of claim 15, wherein the pan body comprises:
a pan body;
the pot cover can be buckled on the pot body, a blanking hole is formed in the pot cover, the projection of the through hole is located in the blanking hole, and a sealing rib capable of being in sealing fit with the sealing element is arranged on the circumferential direction of the blanking hole;
and the magnetic attraction piece is arranged on the position of the pot cover opposite to the electromagnet.
17. The cooking appliance of claim 12, wherein the pan body further comprises:
the roller is arranged at the bottom of the pot body, and the pot body is in contact with the contact surface of the pot body chassis through the roller;
the contact surface of the pan body chassis comprises a low-position area, a high-position area and a transition area positioned between the low-position area and the high-position area;
when the roller is positioned on the low position area, the pot body is positioned at the low position; when the roller is positioned on the high-position area, the pot body is positioned at the high-position.
18. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 12 to 14,
