本申请提供了光分插复用器和光通信装置。该光分插复用器包括第一光处理单元、第二光处理单元和第三光处理单元。第一光处理单元用于：通过其第一端口接收第一光信号；将第一光信号分成第二光信号和第三光信号；通过其第二端口输出第二光信号；通过其第三端口输出第三光信号。第二光处理单元用于：通过其第一端口接收第二光信号；对第二光信号进行下波处理，得到的信号包括第一下波光信号；通过其第四端口输出第一下波光信号。第二光处理单元还用于：通过其第二端口接收第三光信号；对第三光信号进行下波处理，得到的信号包括第二下波光信号；通过其第三端口输出第二下波光信号。第三光处理单元用于：通过其第三端口接收第一下波光信号；通过其第二端口接收第二下波光信号；将第一下波光信号和第二下波光信号合成第三下波光信号；通过其第一端口输出第三下波光信号。本申请提供的光分插复用器和光通信装置可以提供通信的可靠性。
