Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based polyurethane adhesive, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of polyether polyol, 40-50 parts of epoxy resin, 5-7 parts of isocyanate, 8-10 parts of N-methyl pyrrolidone, 0.5-1 part of catalyst, 1-2 parts of coupling agent, 1.5-3 parts of antioxidant and 0.7-1.6 parts of curing agent; the invention adopts polyether polyol with hydroxyl number of 2000-2500, epoxy resin, isocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone and catalyst to polymerize to form a macromolecular chain, thereby enhancing the viscosity of the polyurethane adhesive, and adding auxiliary agents such as curing agent, antioxidant and the like to solve the problems of easy curing and easy aging of the polyurethane adhesive.

The invention relates to a water-based polyurethane adhesive and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of glue.
Background
Polyurethane adhesives are an important branch of the current adhesive art. The polyurethane adhesive forms chemical bond action by means of the reaction between isocyanate group in the system and active hydrogen-containing substance outside the system, so as to realize the purpose of adhesion. Compared with phenolic adhesives and epoxy adhesives, the epoxy adhesive has the advantages of high bonding strength, large initial adhesion, high storage stability, high drying speed, environmental friendliness, simple construction process, wide construction temperature range and the like. In addition, the polyurethane adhesive has excellent rubber characteristics, can adapt to the adhesion of base materials with different thermal expansion coefficients, can form a soft-hard transition layer between the base materials, and has excellent buffering and shock absorption functions. Further, the polyether polyol is prepared by carrying out free radical graft polymerization on soft foam polyether triol, high-activity polyether, vinyl monomers such as acrylonitrile, styrene, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate and vinyl chloride and an initiator at the temperature of about 100 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen.
Further, the polyether polyol has a hydroxyl number of 2000-2500.
Further, the catalyst is one or more of triethanolamine, triethylenediamine and dibutyltin dilaurate.
Furthermore, the coupling agent is one or more of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane or gamma- (methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxysilane.

A preparation method of polyurethane glue comprises the following steps:
1) adding polyether polyol, epoxy resin, isocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone and a catalyst into a reaction kettle according to the weight parts, continuously stirring under the conditions that the pressure is 0.095MPa and the temperature is 180 ℃, reacting for 0.9-1h, and then preserving heat and pressure for 0.5h to obtain a mixture A;
2) and adding the coupling agent, the antioxidant and the curing agent in parts by weight into the mixture A, continuously stirring, uniformly mixing, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the polyurethane adhesive.

The aqueous polyurethane adhesive of claim 1, wherein: the polyether polyol is prepared by carrying out free radical graft polymerization on soft foam polyether triol, high-activity polyether, vinyl monomers such as acrylonitrile, styrene, methyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate, vinyl chloride and the like and an initiator at about 100 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen.
3. The aqueous polyurethane adhesive of claim 1, wherein: the hydroxyl number of the polyether polyol is 2000-.

5. The aqueous polyurethane adhesive of claim 1, wherein: the coupling agent is one or more of gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane or gamma- (methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxysilane.

The aqueous polyurethane adhesive of claim 1, wherein: the antioxidant is one or more of triethylene glycol bis- [3- (3-tert-butyl-4-hydroxy-5-methylphenyl) propionate ], 3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid octadecyl carbonate and 3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionic acid isooctyl ester.
7. The aqueous polyurethane adhesive of claim 1, wherein: the curing agent is vinyl triamine.
8. A method for preparing polyurethane glue according to claims 1-7, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
1) adding polyether polyol, epoxy resin, isocyanate, N-methyl pyrrolidone and a catalyst into a reaction kettle according to the weight parts, continuously stirring under the conditions that the pressure is 0.095MPa and the temperature is 180 ℃, reacting for 0.9-1h, and then preserving heat and pressure for 0.5h to obtain a mixture A;
