Specifically, the aperture of the first spray arm lower connection sleeve 130 is 1 to 1.5 times the aperture of the first spray arm connection sleeve 120, that is, the aperture of the first spray arm lower connection sleeve 130 is equal to or larger than the aperture of the first spray arm connection sleeve 120, so that it can be ensured that the water inflow of the first spray arm lower connection sleeve 130 is large, and thus it is ensured that the first chamber 160 and the second chamber 240 can enter water as soon as possible, which is beneficial to the rise of the water amount in the first chamber 160 and the second chamber 240, and further ensures the cleaning effect of the spray arm 1000. Further, the apertures of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, the second spray arm connecting sleeve 220, the first spray arm connecting sleeve 120 and the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 may be equal, so that the water flow velocity in the second spray arm connecting sleeve 220 and the first spray arm connecting protrusion 120 may be ensured to be equal, the unstable operation of the second spray arm 200 caused by the sudden change of the water flow velocity when the water source enters the second chamber 240 from the first chamber 160 is prevented, and the apertures of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, the second spray arm connecting sleeve 220, the first spray arm connecting sleeve 120 and the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 are set to be equal, so that the reliability of the operation of the second spray arm 200 may be improved.
Referring to fig. 1-3 and 5-6, the snap ring assembly 300 may include a plurality of detachable snap rings 310, the snap rings 310 are circular arc members, and the radian sum of the plurality of snap rings 310 is 360 °, specifically, each snap ring 310 may include a snap ring body 311 and snap ring connectors 312 arranged at two ends of the snap ring body 311, two adjacent snap ring bodies 311 are connected by the snap ring connectors 312 so as to connect the adjacent snap rings 310 into a whole, and the plurality of snap rings 310 form a closed circular ring assembly in an end-to-end manner.
Further, referring to FIG. 6, the snap ring connector 312 may include: the snap 312a and the snap groove 312b are disposed at one end of the snap ring body 311, the snap groove 312b is disposed at the other end of the snap ring body 311, that is, the two ends of each snap ring body 311 are respectively disposed with the snap 312a and the snap groove 312b, the number of the snap 312a and the snap groove 312b is one-to-one corresponding, and the snap 312a and the snap groove 312b can be clamped in a matching manner. In a specific embodiment, the inner part of each snap ring 310 faces the joint of the first spray arm connecting sleeve 120 and the second spray arm connecting sleeve 220, the snap 312a of the snap ring body 311 is in snap fit with the snap groove 312b of the adjacent snap ring body 311, so that a plurality of snap rings 310 are connected into a whole, and further the first spray arm 100 is connected with the second spray arm 200 into a whole, the snap ring assembly 300 can be wrapped around the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 in a manner that the snap groove 312b is matched with the snap 312a, so that the first spray arm 100 is connected with the second spray arm 200 into a whole, the snap fit between the snap groove 312b and the snap 312a is firm, so that the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can be connected with high reliability, in addition, the snap fit between the snap 312a and the snap groove 312b is simple to operate, so that the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can be conveniently and quickly connected or detached, meanwhile, the snap ring assembly 300 is arranged at the periphery of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, so that the height of the spray arm 1000 can be effectively reduced, the internal space of the dishwasher is saved, more space is reserved for placing tableware, and the tableware capacity of the dishwasher is improved.
Preferably, the number of the snap rings 310 in the snap ring assembly 300 may be two, and the two snap rings 310 may be identical, that is, both of the snap rings 310 are semicircular pieces, and the two snap rings 310 are fastened to each other to form a closed circular ring assembly. By arranging the two semicircular clamping rings 310, the workload of the combination of the clamping rings 310 can be reduced, the connection between the clamping rings 310 is facilitated, the assembly and disassembly time is saved, and the reduction of the number of the clamping rings 310 is also facilitated, so that the production cost of the clamping ring assembly 300 is reduced.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the snap ring body 311 has a snap ring top wall 311a and a snap ring bottom wall 311b extending radially inward of the snap ring body 311, the snap ring top wall 311a is located at the top of the snap ring body 311, the snap ring bottom wall 311b is located at the bottom of the snap ring body 311, and both the snap ring top wall 311a and the snap ring bottom wall 311b extend radially inward of the snap ring body 311, so that the cross section of the snap ring body 311 is approximately "concave". In an embodiment, after the assembly of the snap ring assembly 300 is completed, the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 are located between the snap ring top wall 311a and the snap ring bottom wall 311b, that is, the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 are wrapped inside the snap ring body 311, the snap ring top wall 311a is located above the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, and the snap ring bottom wall 311b is located below the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140, so that the axial positions of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 are limited, the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 are connected into a whole, and the relative rotation between the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 is not affected, thereby facilitating the improvement of the operational reliability of the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the outer diameter of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 is larger than the outer diameter of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, the inner diameter of the snap ring body 311 is equal to the outer diameter of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140, the single-sided gap between the inner circumferential surface of the snap ring body 311 and the outer circumferential surface of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 is 0.1mm to 1mm, in other words, the difference between the inner diameter of the snap ring body 311 and the outer diameter of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 is 0.2mm to 2mm, thereby limiting the radial positions of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, and the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can rotate relatively and have less water leakage and a higher water utilization rate.
Alternatively, the single-sided gap may be 0.3mm, 0.5mm, or 0.8mm, and preferably, the single-sided gap between the inner circumferential surface of the snap ring body 311 and the outer circumferential surface of the second spray arm connecting projection 230 is 0.1mm to 0.3 mm.
That is, after the snap ring assembly 300 is completely matched with the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200, the inner surface of the snap ring body 311 of the snap ring assembly 300 is closely attached to the outer surface of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140, and a small gap is formed between the inner surface of the snap ring body 311 of the snap ring assembly 300 and the outer surface of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, that is, the snap ring assembly 300 is relatively fixed with the first spray arm 100, and the snap ring assembly 300 and the second spray arm 200 can rotate relatively, so that the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can rotate relatively. When the spray arm 1000 starts to operate, the first spray arm 100 rotates synchronously with the snap ring assembly 300, and the second spray arm 200 can rotate independently relative to the first spray arm 100 and the snap ring assembly 300, thereby completing the operation of the spray arm 1000. The second spray arm 200 and the first spray arm 100 may rotate in the same direction at different speeds or in opposite directions.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, the outer diameter of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 is larger than the outer diameter of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140, the inner diameter of the snap ring body 311 is equal to the outer diameter of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, the single-sided gap between the inner circumferential surface of the snap ring body 311 and the outer circumferential surface of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 is 0.1mm to 1mm, in other words, the difference between the inner diameter of the snap ring body 311 and the outer diameter of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 is 0.2mm to 2mm, thereby limiting the radial positions of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, and the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can rotate relatively with less water leakage and a higher water utilization rate.
Alternatively, the single-sided gap may be 0.3mm, 0.5mm, or 0.8mm, and preferably, the single-sided gap between the inner circumferential surface of the snap ring body 311 and the outer circumferential surface of the first spray arm coupling protrusion 140 is 0.1mm to 0.3 mm.
That is, after the snap ring assembly 300 is completely matched with the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200, a small gap is formed between the inner surface of the snap ring body 311 of the snap ring assembly 300 and the outer surface of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140, and the inner surface of the snap ring body 311 of the snap ring assembly 300 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230, that is, the snap ring assembly 300 and the first spray arm 100 can rotate relatively, and the snap ring assembly 300 and the second spray arm 200 are fixed relatively, so that the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can rotate relatively. When the spray arm 1000 starts to work, the second spray arm 200 rotates synchronously with the snap ring assembly 300, and the first spray arm 100 can rotate independently relative to the second spray arm 200 and the snap ring assembly 300, thereby completing the working process of the spray arm 1000. The second spray arm 200 and the first spray arm 100 may rotate in the same direction at different speeds or in opposite directions.
The end of the first spray arm coupling protrusion 140 is provided with a ball groove 141, a ball 400 is adapted to be disposed in the ball groove 141, and the lower surface of the second spray arm coupling protrusion 230 is in contact with the ball 400, and as shown in fig. 5, the ball groove 141 is disposed at the upper end of the first spray arm coupling protrusion 140 and is upwardly opened.
In an embodiment, after the ball 400 is placed in the ball groove 141 of the first spray arm 100, when the first spray arm 100 is connected to the second spray arm 200 in a matching manner, the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 may not be tightly attached to each other, but have a certain gap, and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 presses the ball 400, so that when the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 rotate relatively, the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 are in rolling contact with each other, thereby reducing friction between the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200, and thus facilitating reduction of hydrodynamic loss, improving utilization of the hydrodynamic force, ensuring a higher pressure when water is sprayed from the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200, and facilitating improvement of the tableware cleaning effect of the spray arm 1000.
In an embodiment of the present invention, which is not shown, the end of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 is provided with a ball groove 141, i.e., the ball groove 141 is provided at the lower end of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 and is opened downward, a ball 400 is adapted to be disposed in the ball groove 141, and the upper surface of the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 is in contact with the ball 400. After the balls 400 are placed in the ball grooves 141 of the second spray arm 200, when the first spray arm 100 is connected with the second spray arm 200 in a matching manner, the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 may not be tightly attached but have a certain gap, and the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 are only contacted by the balls 400, so that when the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 rotate relatively, the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 are in rolling contact, and thus the friction between the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can be reduced, which is beneficial to reducing the loss of power, improving the hydrodynamic utilization rate, ensuring that the pressure when water is sprayed out from the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 is higher, and is beneficial to improving the tableware cleaning effect of the spray arm 1000.
In still another embodiment of the present invention, not shown, the first spray arm coupling protrusion 140 is provided at an upper end thereof with a first ball groove, which is open upward, and the second spray arm coupling protrusion 230 is provided at a lower end thereof with a second ball groove, which is open downward, the first ball groove and the second ball groove vertically correspond to each other and are all a full circle of annular grooves. Ball 400 is positioned with a portion in the first ball groove and a portion in the second ball groove. The first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 and the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 can be contacted only by the ball 400, and when the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 rotate relatively, the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 are in rolling contact, so that the friction between the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can be reduced, thereby being beneficial to reducing the hydrodynamic loss, improving the utilization rate of hydrodynamic force, ensuring that the pressure of water sprayed out from the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 is larger, and being beneficial to improving the cleaning effect of the spray arm 1000 on tableware.
Alternatively, the number of the balls 400 is plural, whereby the smoothness of the rotation of the second spray arm connecting protrusion 230 with respect to the first spray arm connecting protrusion 140 can be improved, and the ball grooves 141 are full circle annular grooves, so that the full circle rotation of the plurality of balls 400 in the ball grooves 141 can be ensured. Preferably, the ball 400 is a plastic ball 400 or a stainless steel ball 400, because the operating environment of the spray arm 1000 is full of water, the spray arm 1000 is in a damp and hot environment for a long time, which easily causes the ball 400 to rust and jam, the plastic ball 400 or the stainless steel ball 400 has strong corrosion resistance, and the rusting of the ball 400 can be effectively slowed down or even avoided.
Optionally, the length of the second spray arm body 210 is 0.5 to 2 times of the length of the first spray arm body 110, that is, the length of the first spray arm body 110 may be greater than or equal to the length of the second spray arm body 210, or may be less than the length of the second spray arm body 210.
In some embodiments, the length of the second spray arm body 210 is 0.5-1 times the length of the first spray arm body 110 (the length of the first spray arm body 110 is greater than or equal to the length of the second spray arm body 210), and the length of the second spray arm body 210 is shorter, so that the weight of the second spray arm 200 can be reduced, the second spray arm 200 can be ensured to rotate smoothly, and the whole spray arm 1000 has a stable structure and is not prone to tip over. In addition, the length of the second spray arm body 210 is smaller than that of the first spray arm body 110, so that the volume of the second chamber 240 is smaller than that of the first chamber 160, most of water flow preferentially enters the first chamber 160 in the cleaning stage, the water pressure in the first chamber 160 is higher, the pressure of the water column sprayed from the first spray arm 100 is higher, and the first spray arm 100 can smoothly rotate. The length of the second spray arm body 210 is set to be short, so that the volume of the second chamber 240 can be reduced, and therefore the water pressure in the second chamber 240 is high enough, and the pressure of the water column sprayed out from the second spray arm 200 can be guaranteed to be high, so that the second spray arm 200 can be guaranteed to rotate smoothly.
In other embodiments, the length of the second spray arm body 210 is 1 to 2 times the length of the first spray arm body 110 (the length of the first spray arm body 110 is less than or equal to the length of the second spray arm body 210), and when the length of the second spray arm body 210 is greater than the length of the first spray arm body 110, the length of the moment arm of the second spray arm body 210 can be increased, so that the second spray arm body 210 can be driven to rotate with a smaller driving force. In addition, the longer the second spray arm body 210 is, the larger the washing area is.
Preferably, the length of the second spray arm body 210 may be equal to the length of the first spray arm body 110, and at this time, it is ensured that the first chamber 160 and the second chamber 240 have a large water pressure, the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can smoothly rotate, and the length of the first spray arm body 110 and the second spray arm body 210 is the longest size that can be accommodated inside the dishwasher, thereby facilitating the spray arm 1000 to improve the cleaning capability.
It should be noted that the ratio of the length of the shortest spray arm to the length of the longest spray arm is not less than 0.5, because the spray arm body needs a larger driving force when it is too short, and thus the aperture of the driving hole is larger or the number of the driving holes is larger, and the amount of water sprayed from the driving hole to the dishes is smaller than that of the spray hole, which is not good for washing, and therefore the spray arm body is not too short, and therefore it is reasonable to set the minimum ratio of the shortest spray arm to the longest spray arm to 0.5.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the first nozzle arm 100 is provided with a first driving hole 150 for driving the first nozzle arm 100 to rotate around the first direction, and the first driving hole 150 is communicated with the first chamber 160, so as to ensure that the water column in the first chamber 160 can be ejected from the first driving hole 150. When the water column in the first nozzle arm 100 is ejected from the first driving hole 150, the first nozzle arm 100 receives a reaction force (i.e., a reverse driving force) when the water column is ejected from the first driving hole 150, and at this time, the first nozzle arm 100 rotates around a first direction under the action of the reaction force, and the first direction is opposite to the opening direction of the first driving hole 150. The first spray arm 100 can rotate continuously as the water column is continuously sprayed out of the first driving hole 150, the water column sprayed out of the first driving hole 150 can be sprayed to the periphery along with the rotation of the first spray arm 100, the water flow sprayed out of the water spraying hole of the first spray arm 100 also enters the working area of the dishwasher, and then the water column and the water flow are matched to clean tableware in the dishwasher or stains on the inner wall of the dishwasher.
The second spray arm 200 is provided with a second driving hole 250 for driving the second spray arm 200 to rotate around the second direction, and the second driving hole 250 is communicated with the second chamber 240, so that the water column in the second chamber 240 can be sprayed out from the second driving hole 250. When the water column is ejected from the second driving hole 250, the second spray arm 200 receives a reaction force of the water column ejected from the second driving hole 250, and at this time, the second spray arm 200 rotates around a second direction under the action of the reaction force, wherein the second direction is opposite to the opening direction of the second driving hole 250. The second spray arm 200 can rotate continuously as the water source is continuously sprayed from the second driving hole 250, and when the second spray arm 200 rotates, the water sprayed from the second driving hole 250 is sprayed to the periphery, and the water sprayed from the water spraying holes of the second spray arm 200 also enters the working area of the dishwasher, so that the second spray arm 200 and the first spray arm 100 cooperate to wash tableware in the dishwasher or stains on the inner wall of the dishwasher.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the first driving hole 150 is disposed at the end of the first spray arm body 110, and the second driving hole 250 is disposed at the end of the second spray arm body 210, so that when the water column is sprayed out from the first driving hole 150 and the second driving hole 250, the moment arm is relatively long, which is beneficial to increase the rotation moment of the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200, thereby ensuring that the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 have relatively high rotation speed, and the beating force of the water column sprayed out from the first driving hole 150 and the second driving hole 250 falling on the inner wall of the dishwasher and the tableware is relatively large, which is beneficial to improve the cleaning effect of the spray arm 1000.
Referring to fig. 1, the first driving hole 150 and the second driving hole 250 are oppositely oriented at the same end of the first nozzle arm body 110 and the second nozzle arm body 210, thereby ensuring that the first nozzle arm 100 and the second nozzle arm 200 are rotated in opposite directions, that is, in opposite directions. Specifically, in fig. 4, the first spray arm 100 may rotate counterclockwise, the second spray arm 200 may rotate clockwise, and in some embodiments, not shown, the first spray arm 100 may also rotate clockwise, and the second spray arm 200 may rotate counterclockwise, at this time, water columns sprayed from the first driving hole 150 of the first spray arm 100 and the second driving hole 250 of the second spray arm 200 are sprayed in opposite directions, and when the water columns sprayed from the first driving hole 150 and the second driving hole 250 simultaneously fall on the inner wall of the tableware or dishwasher, since the sprayed water columns are not in the same direction after being applied to the inner wall of the tableware or dishwasher, the water columns sprayed from the first driving hole 150 and the second driving hole 250 generate a kneading force on the inner wall of the tableware or dishwasher, so that the washing effect of the spray arm 1000 is enhanced, and it is possible to ensure that the inner wall of the tableware or dishwasher is washed clean. In addition, the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 are rotated in opposite directions, so that the water sprayed from the spray holes of the first spray arm 100 and the water sprayed from the spray holes of the second spray arm 200 generate a kneading force on the dishes, thereby further improving the washing effect of the spray arm 1000.
In some alternative embodiments, the first direction and the second direction may be the same, and in this case, the first driving hole 150 and the second driving hole 250 are oriented in the same direction at the same end of the first spray arm body 110 and the second spray arm body 210, and the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 rotate in the same direction, so that the water spraying amount of the spray arm 1000 may be increased, which is also beneficial to improve the cleaning effect of the spray arm 1000. By changing the aperture of the first driving hole 150 and the second driving hole 250, the driving force of the first driving hole 150 to the first spray arm 100 and the driving force of the second driving hole 250 to the second spray arm 200 can be changed, so that the rotation speeds of the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 are changed, and the first spray arm 100 and the second spray arm 200 can rotate in the same direction at the same speed or in the same direction at different speeds.
According to another aspect of the invention, the washing appliance comprises the spray arm 1000, the spray arm 1000 has a simple structure, works reliably, and is beneficial to improving the cleaning capability of the washing appliance. The washing electric appliance can be a dish washer, and can also be washing electric appliances with washing functions such as fruit and vegetable cleaning machines, medical cleaning machines and the like, the effect of the washing electric appliance is similar to that of the spraying arm 1000 arranged in the dish washer, and the description is omitted here.

1. A spray arm, comprising:
the first spray arm is provided with a first spray arm connecting bulge;
the second spray arm is connected with the first spray arm and can rotate relative to the first spray arm, and the second spray arm is provided with a second spray arm connecting protrusion;
and the snap ring component is arranged at the connection matching part of the first spray arm connecting bulge and the second spray arm connecting bulge.
2. The spray arm of claim 1, wherein the first spray arm connecting projection and the second spray arm connecting projection are configured as circular rings or single-segment circular arcs or broken multi-segment circular arcs.
3. The spray arm of claim 1, wherein the first spray arm comprises: first spray arm body and first spray arm adapter sleeve, first spray arm adapter sleeve sets up the orientation of first spray arm body one side of second spray arm, first spray arm connection arch sets up keeping away from of first spray arm adapter sleeve the one end of first spray arm body, just first spray arm connection arch is followed the radial outside extension of first spray arm adapter sleeve.
4. The spray arm of claim 3, wherein the second spray arm comprises: the second spray arm connecting sleeve is arranged on the second spray arm body and faces towards one side of the first spray arm, the second spray arm connecting bulge is arranged on the second spray arm connecting sleeve and is far away from one end of the second spray arm body, and the second spray arm connecting bulge is arranged on the second spray arm connecting sleeve and extends outwards in the radial direction of the second spray arm connecting sleeve.
5. The spray arm of claim 4 wherein the first spray arm body and the first spray arm connection sleeve have a first chamber in communication therewith, the second spray arm body and the second spray arm connection sleeve have a second chamber in communication therewith, and the second chamber is further in communication with the first chamber.
6. The spray arm of claim 1 wherein the snap ring assembly comprises: a plurality of detachable clasps, each said clasp comprising: the snap ring body and the snap ring connecting pieces arranged at two ends of the snap ring body are adjacent, and the snap ring body is connected through the snap ring connecting pieces.
7. The spray arm of claim 6 wherein said snap ring connection comprises: the clamping ring comprises a buckle and a clamping groove, wherein the buckle is arranged at one end of the clamping ring body, the clamping groove is arranged at the other end of the clamping ring body, and the buckle of the clamping ring body is in clamping fit with the clamping groove of the adjacent clamping ring body.
8. The spray arm of claim 6 wherein said snap ring body has a snap ring top wall and a snap ring bottom wall extending radially inward of said snap ring body, said first spray arm attachment projection and said second spray arm attachment projection being located between said snap ring top wall and said snap ring bottom wall.
9. The spray arm according to claim 6 or 8, wherein the outer diameter of the second spray arm connecting projection is larger than the outer diameter of the first spray arm connecting projection, the inner diameter of the snap ring body is equal to the outer diameter of the second spray arm connecting projection, and the unilateral gap between the inner peripheral surface of the snap ring body and the outer peripheral surface of the first spray arm connecting projection is 0.1mm to 1 mm.

14. The spray arm of any of claims 11-13 wherein the ball is a plurality of balls and the ball is a plastic ball or a stainless steel ball.
15. The spray arm of claim 4 wherein the length of the second spray arm body is 0.5-2 times the length of the first spray arm body.

The spray arm of claim 5, wherein the first spray arm is provided with a first driving hole for driving the first spray arm to rotate around a first direction, the first driving hole is communicated with the first chamber, the second spray arm is provided with a second driving hole for driving the second spray arm to rotate around a second direction, the second driving hole is communicated with the second chamber, and the first direction is the same as or opposite to the second direction.
