Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for dyeing fabric, in particular, it relates to a method for developing pattern on fabric, and is characterized by that firstly the original yarn is woven into pattern, then the pattern is developed by means of pigment with correspondent characteristics, so that it not only can quickly identify finished product, but also can reduce stockpile cost and modification cost.
Background
The conventional method for manufacturing fabric with pattern is to dye the raw yarn separately to form dyed yarns with different colors, and then weave each dyed yarn according to the predetermined pattern to form the fabric, while the single raw yarn usually needs to reach the predetermined ton to be dyed by the dyeing machine, and the dyed yarn needs time to wait for the pigment to dry, and the dried dyed yarn can be woven into the fabric with pattern.
The disadvantages of the above conventional technique are as follows:
1. the finished product has low manufacturing speed: it takes time to dye a large amount of raw yarn, and it takes time to dry dyed yarn after dyeing, and then a fabric with patterns is produced, so that the finished product has long production time.
2. The modification cost is high: if the dyed yarn does not match the desired color, or the customer wants to change the color, the dyed yarn becomes a stock, which results in additional stockpiling and modification costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for developing a pattern on a fabric, which is simple and convenient to operate and wide in application range, can quickly confirm a finished product, and further reduces stockpiling cost and modification cost.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a method for developing patterns on a fabric, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. weaving raw yarns of nylon fibers, cationic polyester yarns and polyester fibers into knitted fabrics with patterns;
b. simultaneously adding 3 dyes with different colors into a dyeing machine, wherein the dyes are respectively an acid dye, a cationic dye and a disperse dye, and the color depth of the disperse dye needs to be lighter than that of the acid dye and the cationic dye;
c. adding a dyeing auxiliary agent, a leveling agent and a retarding agent, wherein the dyeing auxiliary agent is acetic acid, 1 gram of acetic acid is added into 1 liter of water, the mixture is blended to the range of pH value 4 to pH value 5, the leveling agent is a leveling agent for nylon fibers, 1 gram of the leveling agent is added into 0.1 kilogram of cloth, the retarding agent is mirabilite, and 1 gram of the mirabilite is added into 1000 grams of water;
d. and (3) putting the knitted fabric into a dyeing machine for dip dyeing, wherein patterns woven by different raw yarns are matched with dyes with corresponding characteristics, so that the pattern of the finished product after being taken out presents a preset color.
Wherein, the nylon fiber absorbs acid dye, the cationic polyester yarn absorbs cationic dye, and the polyester fiber absorbs disperse dye.
By the method, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the finished product color confirmation speed is high: after 3 kinds of raw yarn are woven into fabric with pattern, the fabric is thrown into dye vat with mixed color, and after the finished fabric is taken out, the pattern after dyeing can be seen.
2. The dyeing effect is good: the dyeing auxiliary agent can improve the coloring capability, the leveling agent can dye the nylon fiber uniformly, the retarding agent is a mirabilite corresponding to the cationic polyester yarn, the cationic polyester yarn can be dyed slowly, the coloring speed is controlled to enable the coloring speed of three kinds of cloth to be similar, the possibility of dyeing is reduced, and the quality control is achieved; in addition, the mirabilite can increase the brightness of the dyed cationic polyester yarn and make the color more vivid.
3. The cost is low: the scheme is that the original yarn is knitted into patterns and then put into a dyeing machine for dyeing, and after dyeing, a customer can be asked to confirm whether color matching is correct or not immediately, so that the stocking cost and the modification cost are reduced.

FIG. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for developing a color of a pattern on a fabric according to the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the finished fabric of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention discloses a method for developing color of a pattern on a fabric, comprising the steps of:
a. 3 kinds of raw yarns of Nylon fiber (Nylon), cationic Polyester yarn (CD yarn) and Polyester fiber (Polyester) are woven into knitted fabric with patterns through a jacquard machine according to the requirements of customers or preset patterns, and the patterns can be formed by random combination of the Nylon fiber, the cationic Polyester yarn and the Polyester fiber;
b. simultaneously adding 3 dyes with different colors into a dyeing machine, wherein the dyes are respectively an acid dye, a cationic dye and a disperse dye, the nylon fiber absorbs the acid dye, the cationic polyester yarn absorbs the cationic dye, the polyester fiber absorbs the disperse dye, and the color depth of the disperse dye is lighter than that of the acid dye and the cationic dye;
c. adding a dyeing auxiliary agent, a leveling agent and a retarding agent, wherein the dyeing auxiliary agent is acetic acid, 1 gram of acetic acid is added into 1 liter of water, the pH value is adjusted to be within the range from 4 to 5, the leveling agent is a leveling agent for nylon fibers, 1 gram of the leveling agent is added into 0.1 kilogram of cloth, the retarding agent is mirabilite, and 1 gram of the mirabilite is added into 1000 grams of water;
d. the knitted fabric is put into a dyeing machine for dip dyeing, and the patterns woven by different raw yarns are matched with the dyes with corresponding characteristics, so that the patterns on the finished fabric after being taken out are in preset colors according to the characteristics of the raw yarns and the corresponding dyes.
Referring to fig. 2 in combination with fig. 1, a fabric product dyed by the method is disclosed, which is implemented as follows:
a. weaving raw yarns of nylon fibers, cationic polyester yarns and polyester fibers into a knitted fabric with a plurality of first patterns (white horizontal strips shown in figure 2), a plurality of second patterns (light-colored horizontal strips shown in figure 2) and a plurality of third patterns (dark areas in a large range in figure 2) by a computer jacquard machine; in the above, the first patterns are woven by polyester fiber, the second patterns are woven by nylon fiber, and the third patterns are woven by cationic polyester yarn, the woven patterns can be, for example, the first patterns and the second patterns in fig. 2 are designed in a trapezoid shape with different colors and different sizes, and the third patterns are base drawings with large area;
b. the acid dye, the cationic dye and the disperse dye are simultaneously put into the dyeing machine, if the disperse dye uses too dark color, the acid dye and the cationic dye can not dye the nylon fiber and the cationic polyester yarn, therefore, when the three dyes are used simultaneously, the color of the disperse dye needs to be a light color pigment to not affect the dyeing of the nylon fiber and the cationic polyester yarn, in other words, the color depth of the disperse dye needs to be lighter than that of the acid dye and the cationic dye, for example: the acid dye, the cationic dye and the disperse dye are blue, brown and white in sequence;
c. adding a dyeing auxiliary agent, a leveling agent and a retarding agent, wherein the dyeing auxiliary agent is acetic acid, 1 gram of acetic acid is added into 1 liter of water, the pH value is adjusted to be within the range from 4 to 5, the leveling agent is a leveling agent for nylon fibers, 1 gram of the leveling agent is added into 0.1 kilogram of cloth, the retarding agent is mirabilite, and 1 gram of the mirabilite is added into 1000 grams of water; in the method, the dyeing auxiliary agent can improve the dyeing capability, the leveling agent can dye the nylon fibers uniformly, the retarding agent is mirabilite corresponding to the cationic polyester yarns, the cationic polyester yarns can be dyed slowly, the dyeing speed is controlled to enable the dyeing speed of three kinds of cloth to be similar, the possibility of dyeing is reduced, the quality control is achieved, and in addition, the mirabilite can increase the brightness of the dyed cationic polyester yarns and enable the colors to be more vivid;
d. the knitted fabric is put into a dyeing machine for dip dyeing, although the dyeing machine can present a single color with a darker color after mixing 3 dyes, according to the characteristics that nylon fibers absorb acid dyes, cationic polyester yarns absorb cationic dyes, and polyester fibers absorb disperse dyes, the first patterns, the second patterns and the third patterns on the knitted fabric are respectively dyed with dyes with corresponding characteristics, such as: fig. 2 shows that the first patterns (the white bars shown in fig. 2, which are woven from polyester fibers and colored with disperse dyes) are colored white, the second patterns (the light bars shown in fig. 2, which are woven from nylon fibers and colored with acid dyes) are colored blue, and the third patterns (the dark areas in the large range shown in fig. 2, which are woven from cationic polyester yarns and colored with cationic dyes) are colored brown, so that the patterns woven from different base yarns are matched with the dyes with corresponding characteristics, and the patterns on the finished cloth after being taken out are different colors according to the characteristics of the base yarns and the corresponding dyes.
The ratio of the dye is related to the amount of the cloth and the color depth, and therefore the ratio of the dye to be fed into the dyeing machine is adjusted according to the above requirement.
