The present embodiment provides a door lock structure, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 6, including a lock body 10, a plugging structure is disposed on the lock body 10, the plugging structure is used for plugging a connector 20, and the connector 20 is used for routing inside an auxiliary device. The plugging structure comprises an accommodating cavity 101, a first locking cavity 102 and a second locking cavity 103, wherein the first locking cavity 102 and the second locking cavity 103 are arranged on two opposite sides of the accommodating cavity 101. The connector 20 includes a connector main body 201, a latch hook 202 provided at one side of the connector main body 201, and an outlet portion 203 provided at the other side of the connector main body 201. The accommodating cavity 101 is used for accommodating the connector main body 201, and the first locking cavity 102 and the second locking cavity 103 are used for being in locking fit with the locking hooks 202.
In the embodiment, the number of the connectors 20 is one, and the connectors 20 can be plugged with the plugging structure in a first direction (see fig. 1) and can be plugged with the plugging structure in a second direction (see fig. 2). When the connector 20 is plugged with the plugging structure in the first direction, the connector main body 201 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 101, and the latch hook 202 is locked in the first locking cavity 102, see fig. 1; when the connector 20 is plugged with the plugging structure in the second direction, the connector main body 201 is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 101, and the latch hook 202 is locked in the second locking cavity 103, as shown in fig. 2. Through the arrangement of the plugging structure, the interchange of the first direction and the second direction of the connector 20 is realized, so that the plugging direction of the connector 20 can be determined according to the opening and closing direction of the door body, the outgoing line direction of the outgoing line part 203 of the connector 20 is adjusted, and the wiring is facilitated.
The latch hook 202 includes a rod portion 2021, an upper portion of the rod portion 2021 is hinged to the connector main body 201, one end of the rod portion 2021 is provided with a hook portion 2022, and the other end of the rod portion 2021 is provided with a pressing portion 2023. The hook portion 2022 can be unlocked from the lock chamber by pressing the pressing portion 2023.
Referring to fig. 3, a tab 1011 is further disposed in the receiving cavity 101, and a terminal inside the connector 20 can be inserted into the tab 1011.
In addition, the door lock structure further includes a door hook (not shown in the figure), the lock body 10 is installed on the cabinet of the clothes treatment equipment, the door hook is installed on the door body of the clothes treatment equipment, the lock body 10 is provided with a door hook abdicating hole 104, and the lock body 10 is matched with the door hook to realize locking between the cabinet and the door body of the clothes treatment equipment.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a door lock structure, and for the sake of simplicity, only the differences from the first embodiment will be described. As shown in fig. 7-13, in the present embodiment, the connector 20 includes a first connector 21 and a second connector 22, a first mis-plugging prevention structure is disposed between the first connector 21 and the plugging structure, and the first connector 21 can only be plugged with the plugging structure in a first direction; a second misplug prevention structure is arranged between the second connector 22 and the plugging structure, and the second connector 22 can only be plugged with the plugging structure in a second direction. When the first connector 21 is plugged with the plugging structure in the first direction, the first latch hook 212 of the first connector 21 is locked in the first locking cavity 102, see fig. 7; when the second connector 22 is plugged with the plugging structure in the second direction, the second latch hook 222 of the second connector 22 is locked in the second locking cavity 103, see fig. 8. By arranging the first connector 21 and the second connector 22, the first connector 21 or the second connector 22 can be determined to be plugged according to the opening and closing direction of the door body, so that the outgoing direction of the first outgoing part 213 or the second outgoing part 223 meets the routing requirement; in addition, by arranging the first connector 21 and the second connector 22 and arranging the misplug prevention structure between the first connector 21 and the plugging structure and between the second connector 22 and the plugging structure, the problem of misplug of the connectors can be avoided.
Specifically, referring to fig. 9 to 11, the first erroneous insertion preventing structure includes a first erroneous insertion preventing projection 214 provided on the first connector body 211 and a first erroneous insertion preventing groove 105 provided on a side wall of the accommodation chamber 101; referring to fig. 9, 12 and 13, the second erroneous insertion preventing structure includes a second erroneous insertion preventing projection 224 provided on the second connector main body 221 and a second erroneous insertion preventing groove 106 provided on a side wall of the receiving cavity 101. More specifically, in the present embodiment, three first misplug-preventing protrusions 214 are disposed on the first connector main body 211, wherein two first misplug-preventing protrusions 214 are disposed on the back surface of the first connector main body 211, one first misplug-preventing protrusion 214 is disposed on the front surface of the first connector main body 211, and three first misplug-preventing grooves 105 are disposed in the corresponding accommodating cavities 101. The second connector main body 221 is provided with three second misplug-proof protrusions 224, wherein two second misplug-proof protrusions 224 are located on the back side of the second connector main body 221, one second misplug-proof protrusion 224 is located on the front side of the second connector 221, and three second misplug-proof grooves 106 are provided in the corresponding accommodating cavities 101. It should be noted that one of the first anti-misinsertion recesses 105 that is engaged with the first anti-misinsertion protrusion 214 disposed on the front surface of the first connector body 211 and one of the second anti-misinsertion recesses 106 that is engaged with the second anti-misinsertion protrusion 224 disposed on the rear surface of the second connector body 221 are the same recess. Of course, the number and arrangement positions of the first misplug prevention protrusion 214 and the first misplug prevention groove 105, and the second misplug prevention protrusion 224 and the second misplug prevention groove 106 are not limited to these, as long as the purpose of misplug prevention can be achieved, and they may be specifically set according to actual situations.
