Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A pedestal assembly 100 of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 23.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a pedestal assembly 100 of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pedestal 10, a drawer 20, and a post-treatment device 80.
The base 10 has a receiving cavity 101 defined therein, which is open at one side (the front side as viewed in fig. 1 to 4). The drawer 20 is slidably disposed in the receiving cavity 101, the drawer 20 can be used for placing an object, when the drawer 20 is in a closed state, the drawer 20 closes a side opening of the base 10, and when the drawer 20 is in an open state, the object can be taken out from the drawer 20.
Further, the drawer 20 has a laundry treatment chamber 201 therein, and the post-treatment device 80 is disposed in the drawer 20 and is adapted to communicate with the laundry treatment chamber 201, so as to introduce a treatment medium generated by the post-treatment device 80 into the laundry treatment chamber 201, thereby treating the laundry in the laundry treatment chamber 201.
According to the base assembly 100 of the clothes treatment apparatus of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the base 10, the load can be borne, so that the height of the clothes treatment apparatus is increased, and the operation of a user is facilitated; through set up the clothing processing cavity 201 with aftertreatment device 80 intercommunication in drawer 20, effectively utilized the space in the drawer 20, simplified the structure of clothing processing apparatus, aftertreatment device 80 can produce the processing medium of nursing clothing to promote the effect of clothing processing apparatus to the clothing processing, and then promote user experience.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the post-treatment device 80 comprises a steam generator, the steam outlet of which is adapted to communicate with the laundry treatment chamber 201, so as to pass the generated steam into the laundry treatment chamber 201. Through setting up steam generator, the vapor of its production can let in clothing processing chamber 201 to clothing to in the clothing processing chamber 201 degerming, remove wrinkle and handle, thereby promote the treatment effect to the clothing, and then promote user experience.
In some examples, the steam generator has a water storage chamber and a heating element for heating water in the water storage chamber to generate steam. During operation, the heating member heats the water in the water storage cavity to make liquid water change into vapor, then the higher vapor of temperature that produces can carry out degerming, remove wrinkle to the clothing and handle, thereby promote the treatment effect to the clothing, and then promote user experience.
It should be noted that the water storage cavity can contain water, perfume or other solutions. If the water storage cavity is filled with water, the water vapor generated after being heated by the heating element can be beneficial to wrinkle removal and sterilization of clothes; if the water storage cavity is filled with the fragrant liquid, the fragrant gas generated after heating by the heating element can fragrance the clothes.
In some examples, the after-treatment device further comprises a fragrance adding part, and the fragrance adding part is communicated with the steam generator, so that fragrance can be added into the steam generator to perfume clothes.
According to another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the post-treatment device 80 comprises an ultrasonic generator, and the ultrasonic generator can convert the fragrant liquid into a treatment medium with fragrance, and introduce the treatment medium into the clothes treatment chamber 201, so as to perform a fumigating treatment on the clothes in the clothes treatment chamber 201, thereby improving the treatment effect on the clothes, and further improving the user experience.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the post-treatment device 80 is provided in the drawer 20 so as to be movable together with the drawer 20, and the laundry treatment chamber 201 may be located at one side of the post-treatment device 80.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in some examples, a laundry treatment chamber 201 is provided in the drawer 20 near the front side thereof, the laundry treatment chamber 201 is used for placing laundry to facilitate a user to take and place the laundry, and other components may be placed in the remaining positions in the drawer 20, for example, the after-treatment device 80 may be provided in the drawer 20 near the front side thereof, and the after-treatment device 80 may be placed at the left and right sides of the laundry treatment chamber 201; it is also possible to provide components such as the below-described water treatment apparatus 30 in the drawer 20 at a position near the rear side thereof, effectively utilizing the space in the drawer 20.
The base assembly 100 further includes a water treatment device 30 and a connector 50 according to one embodiment of the invention.
The water treatment device 30 is arranged in the drawer 20, and when the drawer 20 moves relative to the base 10, the water treatment device 30 can move along with the drawer 20. The connecting member 50 is pivotally connected to the base 10, and the connecting member 50 is connected to the water treatment device 30 through a connecting water pipe 60, so as to facilitate the connection of the water treatment device 30 to other components or water inlets and outlets on the base 10 through the connecting water pipe 60, and when the drawer 20 is pulled, the water treatment device 30 is adapted to rotate the connecting member 50.
That is, when the user pulls the drawer 20, the water treatment device 30 drives the water treatment device 30 to move away from the connecting member 50, and the drawer 20 can drive the connecting member 50 to rotate in the forward direction; when the user pushes the drawer 20, the drawer 20 may push the link 50 to rotate reversely. Here, "forward rotation" and "reverse rotation" of the link 50 are relative terms.
The base assembly 100 of the clothes treating apparatus of the present application, through setting up the link 50 that can pivot for the base 10 at the base 10, when pulling the drawer 20, drive the link 50 to rotate through the water treatment device 30, when pushing the drawer 20, push the link 50 to rotate reversely through the drawer 20, the link 50 can form the protection to peripheral parts such as connecting the water pipe 60 when pushing and pulling the drawer 20, prevent the drawer 20 from damaging other spare parts connecting the water pipe 60 and the base assembly 100, the connection stability between each part has been guaranteed, and the space utilization in the base 10 and the drawer 20 has been improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the connector 50 is formed as a single part having a predetermined length, i.e., the connector 50 is not formed by connecting a plurality of parts to each other; and one end of the connector 50 in the length direction is pivotally connected to the base 10, and the other end forms a free end and is connected to the water treatment device 30 through a connection water pipe 60. When the drawer 20 is pulled, the water treatment device 30 moves together with the drawer 20, so that the pull connector 50 rotates through the connection water pipe 60, that is, the pull connector 50 of the drawer 20 rotates. The connecting water pipe 60 here may be a hose. Therefore, when the drawer 20 is pulled, the connecting pieces 50 are pulled to rotate in the forward direction through the plurality of connecting water pipes 20, when the drawer 20 is pushed, the connecting pieces 50 are pushed to rotate in the reverse direction through the drawer 20, the connecting pieces 50 protect the connecting water pipes 60, the connecting water pipes 60 are prevented from being crushed or wrinkled to block when a user pushes and pulls the drawer 20, and the waterway communication is ensured.
Since the drawer cannot be precisely matched with the base, that is, a certain amount of movement exists when the drawer moves in the base, for example, the amount of movement exists in a direction perpendicular to the drawing direction of the drawer, in the embodiment, the connecting member 50 is set as a free end at one end, which enables the drawer of the base assembly to have a certain degree of freedom when moving, thereby allowing the existence of these amounts of movement and preventing the structural damage to the connecting member, compared with the scheme in which both ends are fixed, for example, one end of the connecting member is pivoted to the base and the other end is pivoted to the drawer (the scheme disclosed in CN 106149274A), or one end of the connecting member is pivoted to the base and the other end is pivoted to the guide rail (the scheme disclosed in CN 105297348A), the embodiment has at least the advantages of; moreover, the connecting member of the present embodiment is formed as a single component, which reduces the cost compared to the solution of pivotally connecting a plurality of components, and meanwhile, since the connecting portion is mostly a weak point (vulnerable point), the connecting member 50 of the present application in the form of a single component also ensures a more stable structure.
In some examples, one end of the link 50 in the length direction is pivotally connected to the side of the base 10 away from the opening. That is, the connecting member 50 is formed in an elongated shape, and the connecting member 50 has a first end and a second end, the first end of the connecting member 50 is pivotally connected to the base 10, and the second end of the connecting member 50 is formed as a free end, so that the connecting member 50 is configured in an elongated shape, which not only can meet the stroke requirement of the drawer 20, but also is beneficial to the connection between the connecting member 50 and the water treatment device 30.
The pedestal assembly 100 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the further embodiment of the present invention further includes a water control device 40, the water control device 40 is disposed at a side of the pedestal 10 away from the opening, and the water control device 40 is disposed adjacent to the connecting member 50.
In some examples, the water control device 40 is provided on the base 10 and connected to the water treatment device 30 through a plurality of connection water pipes 60, the connection member 50 is pivotably provided on the base 10, and the connection water pipes 60 are provided on the connection member 50. By disposing the water control device 40 adjacent to the connector 50, the length of the connection water pipe 60 can be reduced, thereby reducing the amount of the connection water pipe 60 to reduce the production cost.
For example, the water control device 40 may be provided on a rear back plate of the base 10, and the connection member 20 is provided at a position adjacent to the rear back plate of the side plate of the base 10; alternatively, the water control device 40 and the connecting member 20 are both disposed on the rear back plate of the base 10. By disposing the water control device 40 adjacent to the connector 50, the length of the connection water pipe 60 can be reduced, thereby reducing the amount of the connection water pipe 60 to reduce the production cost.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of connection water pipes 60 are inserted through the connection member 50, and one end of each connection water pipe 60 is connected to the water treatment device 30 and the other end thereof extends to the water control device 40.
When the drawer 20 is pulled, the distance between the rear end of the drawer 20 and the back plate of the base 10 is gradually increased, thereby pulling the connector 50 to rotate relative to the base 10 through the connection water pipe 60; when the drawer 20 is pushed, the drawer 20 pushes the link 50 to rotate reversely. Thus, by providing the connector 50 pivotable with respect to the base 10, the plurality of connection water pipes 60 are neatly inserted into the connector 50, and thus, it is possible to prevent the connection water pipes 60 from being clogged by deformation or crimping caused by, for example, the drawer or other connection water pipes 60 being pressed when the drawer 20 is pushed or pulled.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in some examples, the link 50 is formed to have a predetermined length and width, one lengthwise end of the link 50 (i.e., a first end 51 of the link 50 as shown in fig. 7 and 8) is pivotably connected to the base 10, and the other lengthwise end of the link 50 (i.e., a second end 52 of the link 50 as shown in fig. 7 and 8) forms a free end.
Wherein the pivot axis of the connecting member 50 extends in the up-and-down direction, i.e. the connecting member 50 can swing around the pivot axis, when the drawer 20 is in the closed state, the length direction of the connecting member 50 extends in the width direction of the back plate of the base 10, so that the connecting member 50 clings to the back plate; during the opening process of the drawer 20, the free end of the connecting member 50 gradually moves away from the back plate of the base 10, i.e., the distance between the free end of the connecting member 50 and the back plate of the base 10 gradually increases.
Further, the connecting member 50 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 541 arranged at intervals along the width direction thereof, and the plurality of connecting water pipes 60 are correspondingly inserted through the plurality of positioning holes 541 one by one. By providing a plurality of positioning holes 541, a plurality of connecting water pipes 60 can be positioned, and the stability of the connecting water pipes 60 on the connecting member 50 can be ensured, so as to prevent the connecting water pipes 60 from being crushed or wrinkled to be blocked when the connecting member 50 pivots relative to the base 10. Meanwhile, the installation of the connecting water pipe 60 is more convenient and faster by arranging the plurality of positioning holes 541.
In some examples, the connecting member 50 is provided with a plurality of positioning plates 54 arranged at intervals along the length direction thereof, and each positioning plate 54 extends along the width direction of the connecting member 50 and is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 541.
