The wood-plastic composite material is prepared by taking a high polymer material as a matrix and adding wood fibers or plant fibers, replaces wood and plastic, and has the characteristics of cheap and rich raw materials, environmental friendliness and the like. However, the mechanical properties of the sintered part are seriously affected by the low densification degree, high porosity and the like of the wood-plastic composite material in the selective sintering process due to various reasons. Scholars and experts at home and abroad pay close attention to the post-treatment process of the sintered parts, the performance of the sintered parts is improved by adopting the convenient, efficient and low-cost post-treatment process, the intrinsic defects and the performance defects of materials are overcome, and the traditional post-treatment mode of the wood-plastic composite material mainly comprises wax infiltration and resin infiltration. The two post-treatment modes can improve the mechanical property of the wood-plastic composite material, but the wax infiltration causes the test piece to become soft due to high temperature; long wax infiltration time leads to wood fiber degradation; the resin has high viscosity and is difficult to enter the sintered part. Therefore, it is important to find a faster, more uniform and more compact post-treatment method. This patent proposes that the mode through the quick change aftertreatment pressure makes that dissolve the infiltration thing (like paraffin, resin etc.) is inside quick, even entering test piece more. Because no special post-processing device is available in the market at present, and the rest are not in accordance with the requirements.
