Claims (10)

1. A ruggedized handheld device terminal, comprising: comprises a shell and a rear side cover plate, wherein the rear side of the shell is provided with a containing cavity for containing devices inside the terminal, a plurality of screw holes which correspond to each other are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the containing cavity, the rear side edge of the shell and the edge of the rear side cover plate are fixed in the screw holes on the rear side of the shell in a locking way through bolts, a circuit board is arranged in the containing cavity of the shell through a shockproof mounting structure, the shockproof mounting structure comprises a shockproof pin shaft and a shockproof sleeve, the lower end of the shockproof pin shaft is connected with the shell through a spherical hinge, the shockproof sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the shockproof pin shaft and provided with an annular groove matched with the circuit board, a mounting hole of the circuit board is sleeved on the shockproof sleeve and clamped in the annular groove, the upper end of the spring is fixedly connected with the spring fixing block, the lower end of the spring is fixedly connected with the upper end of the shockproof pin shaft, the spring is in a stretching state in a mounting state, and the upper side of the spring fixing block is fixed on the rear side cover plate through the locking bolt.

A ruggedized handheld device terminal, as recited in claim 1, wherein: the spherical hinge structure comprises a sphere and a sphere groove, the sphere is fixed at the lower end of the shockproof pin shaft, the lower end of the sphere groove is fixed on the inner wall of the shell, the upper end of the sphere groove is provided with a spherical groove matched with the sphere, the spherical groove is a segment groove body larger than a hemisphere, and the sphere is arranged in the spherical groove and can rotate in any direction.

A ruggedized handheld device terminal, as recited in claim 1, wherein: the shockproof sleeve is integrally cylindrical, an annular groove is formed in the middle of the shockproof sleeve along the circumferential direction, the width of the annular groove is matched with the thickness of the circuit board, a cone structure which is thickened from top to bottom is arranged at the upper end of the shockproof sleeve, a mounting hole is formed in the circuit board, and the circuit board is downwards sleeved on the shockproof sleeve through the cone structure at the upper end of the shockproof sleeve through the mounting hole and is finally clamped in the annular groove.

A ruggedized handheld device terminal, as recited in claim 1, wherein: the spring fixing block comprises a fixing mounting plate and a spring fixing shaft, the spring fixing shaft is perpendicular to the fixing mounting plate, the upper end of the spring fixing shaft is fixed on the lower side of the fixing mounting plate, the lower end of the spring fixing shaft and the upper end of the shockproof hinge pin are respectively provided with a convex ring structure protruding out of the side face of the shaft, the diameter of the convex ring structure is larger than that of the spring, and the upper end and the lower end of the spring are respectively clamped on the convex ring structures at the lower end of the spring fixing shaft and.
