Fig. 4b is a schematic structural diagram of the connection between the climbing pole and the motor frame according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4b, the arc segment of the main body of the climbing bar 2 is opposite to the arc-shaped motor fixing clip 115 of the motor frame 1, and is used for clamping the cylindrical motor 3 fixing part therebetween. The end of the flat plate section of the main body of the climbing bar 2 is provided with a first notch 21, which is connected with the hanging lug 111 of the motor rack 1 in a matching manner, the second fixing plate 25 of the climbing bar 2 corresponds to the first fixing plate 1121 of the limiting fixing part 112 of the motor rack 1, and the second fixing plate 25 is provided with a second screw hole 26 corresponding to the first screw hole 1123 of the first fixing plate 1121. During installation, the screws pass through the screw holes of the first fixing plate 1121 and the second fixing plate 25, and the nuts are tightened, so that the holding bar 2 and the motor frame 1 can be relatively fixed.
Further, one side of the second fixing plate 25, which is away from the motor 3, is further connected with a flange connecting portion 251, the flange connecting portion 251 is perpendicular to the second fixing plate 25, a second notch 22 is formed in the flange connecting portion 251, when the flange connecting portion 251 is installed, the bottom edge of the limiting flange 1122 can be positioned, and the second notch 22 is used for allowing the limiting flange 1122 of the motor frame 1 to pass through for matching connection.
The first notch 21 on the climbing body 23 is designed to be step-shaped. The width of the part far away from the motor fixing clip 115, namely the part contacting with the hanging lug 111 is K1, the width of the part close to the motor fixing clip 115 is K2, and K1 is set to be more than K2. Through the design of the first notch 21 of notch ladder type, the hangers can pass through the wider part of the first notch and be clamped at the narrower part of the first notch in the installation state, so that the hangers are convenient to install. Further, the edge of the holding and climbing body 23 close to the motor 3 is provided with a skirt 24, and the skirt 24 is used for positioning the side edge of the hub of the motor 3. Through the design of the stepped first notch 21, the skirt edge 24 and the flange connecting part 251 of the folded edge, the holding bar 2 can be quickly installed and positioned, is not easy to fall off after being preassembled, and has small shaking displacement after being fixed.
Preferably, when the first fixing plate 1121 on the motor frame 1 is connected to the second fixing plate 25 on the clamber 2 by screws, nuts may be spot-welded in advance at screw holes of the motor frame 1, as shown in fig. 5, so as to reduce the number of parts to be mounted in the mounting process and improve the mounting efficiency. The spot welding of the nut can adopt resistance welding or welding rod welding, preferably adopts resistance welding, has high welding efficiency and excellent welding quality, appearance and consistency.
FIG. 6a is a schematic structural diagram of a motor according to an embodiment of the present invention before installation; fig. 6b is a schematic structural diagram of the motor according to the embodiment of the present invention after being installed. As shown in fig. 6a-6b, the motor frame 1 may further include an air inlet 113, a foot 114, and a positioning hole 121. A large amount of heat can be emitted in the running process of the motor 3, the air passing openings 113 are designed at two sides of the motor frame 1, and when wind wheels at two sides of the motor 3 run, the two sides are in a negative pressure state, so that the wind speed and the flow at the lower part of the motor 3 are increased through the air passing openings 113, and the cooling effect is achieved. Meanwhile, through the air inlet 113, the design requirement of light weight can be met, and the weight of the machine body is reduced. Preferably, an air inlet skirt may be further provided around the air inlet 113 to reinforce the strength of both sides of the motor frame 1.
The lower part of the supporting part 11 of the motor frame 1 is connected with the top cover plate 8 and is also provided with a ground foot 114 for increasing a supporting point and avoiding the cantilever placement of the motor 3. Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a positioning structure of a volute plate of the motor mounting structure according to the embodiment of the invention. Referring to fig. 3a and 7, a rectangular opening is provided below the connecting portion 12 as a positioning opening 121 for matching with the positioning tongue 7 of the volute plate 6, so that the motor frame can be quickly positioned and installed. The volute casing plate 6 is arranged on the outer side of the connecting part 12 of the motor frame 1, the volute casing plate 6 is fixedly connected with a positioning tongue 7, and the positioning tongue 7 upwards clamps and positions the connecting part 12 through a positioning opening 121 below the connecting part 12 of the motor frame 1, so that the motor frame 1 and the volute casing plate 6 are further fixed relatively.
In the embodiment, each side of the motor frame 1 is in structure fit connection with one holding bar 2, and the nut is spot-welded at the fixing hole of the motor frame 1, so that the number of parts to be mounted at each side of the motor frame 1 is reduced to 2, wherein each part comprises one holding bar 2 and one screw; and after the holding bar 2 is installed, screws only need to be aligned with screw holes for fixing, the installation difficulty is greatly reduced, and the efficiency is obviously improved.
In a second exemplary embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an air conditioner including the motor mounting structure as set forth above.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (26)

1. A motor mounting structure characterized by comprising:
motor frame (1), motor frame (1) includes:
the motor fixing device comprises at least two supporting parts (11), wherein the at least two supporting parts (11) are respectively and relatively fixed with a fixing part of a motor (3) to be installed, and a motor fixing clamping position (115) is arranged on each supporting part (11) and used for supporting the fixing part of the motor (3); clamping pieces or notches are respectively arranged on two sides of the motor fixing clamping position (115) on the supporting part (11);

3. The motor mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein a free end of the hanging lug (111) extends in a direction away from the motor fixing detent (115).

The motor mounting structure according to claim 3, wherein the hanging lug (111) is L-shaped, a first side (1111) of the L-shape is connected with the supporting part (11) of the motor frame (1), and a second side (1112) of the L-shape extends in a direction away from the motor fixing clip position (115).

The motor mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein a guide portion (1113) is provided at an end of the second edge (1112) of the hanging lug (111) far away from the motor fixing clip (115), and a width of the guide portion (1113) is smaller than a width of the second edge (1112) near the motor fixing clip (115).
6. The motor mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein the guide portion (1113) is connected to a portion of the second edge (1112) adjacent to the motor fixing clip (115) by a bevel edge.
7. The motor mounting structure according to claim 4, wherein a slot for engaging with the first notch (21) of the clasp (2) is formed between the first edge (1111), the second edge (1112) of the hanging lug (111) and the support portion (11), and a protrusion (1114) is provided on a side of the slot away from the motor fixing clip (115).
8. The motor mounting structure according to claim 6, wherein the length of the side edge of the slot on the hanging lug (111) matched with the first notch (21) along the first edge (1111) of the hanging lug (111) is C1, the length of the bottom edge along the direction of the support part (11) of the motor frame (1) is C2, C2 is more than or equal to C1 and more than C3, and C3 is the maximum material thickness of the holding tab (2) at the first notch.
9. The motor mounting structure according to claim 4, characterized in that a fillet structure is arranged at the connection of one side (1111) of the first edge (111) close to the motor fixing clamp (115) and the support part (11) of the motor frame (1).
10. The motor mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the limit fixing portion (112) further includes a first fixing plate (1121), and the first fixing plate (1121) is located on a side of the support portion (11) away from the motor (3).
11. The motor mounting structure according to claim 10, wherein the first fixing plate (1121) is provided with a first screw hole (1123) for fixing with respect to the clip (2) by a screw (4).
12. The motor mounting structure according to claim 10, wherein the stopper flange (1122) is provided on the first fixing plate (1121) and extends in a direction away from the motor (3).
13. The motor mounting structure according to claim 12, wherein the stopper flange (1122) has a T-shape, a lower portion of the T-shape being connected to the first fixing plate (1121) and an upper portion thereof being distant from the first fixing plate (1121).
14. The motor mounting structure according to claim 13, wherein the width of the lower vertical edge of the T-shaped position-limiting flange (1122) is L2, the length of the corresponding second notch (22) is L1, and the difference △ L of L1-L2 is 3.5-4.5 mm.
15. The motor mounting structure according to claim 2, wherein the first notch (21) is stepped, and wherein a width of a portion of the first notch (21) away from the motor fixing stopper (115) is smaller than a width of a portion close to the motor fixing stopper (115).
16. The motor mounting structure according to claim 15, wherein the width of the portion of the first notch (21) far from the motor fixing clip (115) is K1, and the width of the portion near the motor fixing clip (115) is K2, then K1 and K2 satisfy
