The power supply terminal VCC of the charging chip U5 is connected with the positive electrode CH + of the tobacco rod charging interface 15. The charging current setting terminal PROG of the charging chip U5 is grounded through a resistor R1 for setting a maximum charging current. The charging completion indication terminal NSTDBY of the charging chip U5 is connected to the smoke-rod overall control unit 11, and indicates that it is fully charged when it is at a low level. The charging state indicating terminal NCHRG of the charging chip U5 is connected to the tobacco rod overall control unit 11, and indicates that charging is being performed when the charging state indicating terminal NCHRG is at a low level. The switch end LX of the charging chip U5 is connected in series to the positive electrode of the smoke rod battery 14 through an inductor L5 to provide large current for charging the smoke rod battery 14; and the end of the inductor L5 connected to the positive terminal of the smoke rod battery 14 is also connected in series to ground through a capacitor C6. The ground end GND of the charging chip U5 is grounded, the battery voltage detection terminal BAT of the charging chip U5 is connected in series to the anode of the tobacco rod battery 14 through a resistor R2, and the end voltage of the tobacco rod battery 14 can be set.
In addition, a capacitor C1 is arranged between the positive electrode CH + and the negative electrode CH-of the smoke rod charging interface 15, and the negative electrode CH-of the smoke rod charging interface 15 is grounded.
When the cigarette rod is connected with the cigarette case, the cigarette rod master control unit 11 outputs a high level to the grid of the MOS tube Q1, the MOS tube Q1 is cut off, the enabling end TS of the charging chip U5 is a high level, the charging chip U5 opens the charging function, and the cigarette rod charging control unit 13 opens. When the cigarette rod is separated from the cigarette case, when the cigarette rod master control unit 11 outputs a low level to the gate of the MOS transistor Q1, the MOS transistor Q1 is turned on, the enable terminal TS of the charging chip U5 is pulled low, the charging chip U5 turns off the charging function, and the cigarette rod charging control unit 13 turns off.
As shown in fig. 10, the cigarette case voltage boost circuit includes a voltage boost chip U4, a resistor R15, and a voltage boost chip U4, and is used for a conventionally set peripheral circuit of voltage boost conversion, the output terminal of the cigarette case battery 22 is connected with the power input terminal VIN of the voltage boost chip U4, the positive electrode Vout + of the cigarette case power supply interface 26 is connected with the voltage boost conversion output terminal Vout of the voltage boost chip U4, and the enable terminal EN of the voltage boost chip U4 is connected with the cigarette case general control unit 21 through a series resistor R15.
When the cigarette rod and the cigarette case are connected, the cigarette case master control unit 21 outputs a high level to the enable end EN of the boosting chip U4, the boosting chip opens the boosting function, the boosting conversion output end VOUT of the boosting chip U4 outputs 5V standard voltage, and the cigarette case power supply interface 26 has 5V voltage. When the cigarette rod is separated from the cigarette case, the cigarette case master control unit 21 outputs a low level to the enable end EN of the boosting chip U4, the boosting function of the boosting chip U4 is invalid, and the boosting conversion output end VOUT of the boosting chip U4 has no voltage output, so that the cigarette case power supply interface 26 also has no voltage output.
As shown in fig. 11, the cigarette case power supply switch and temperature measurement unit 25 includes a power supply switch chip U2, a resistor R24, a resistor R8, a resistor R5, a resistor R22, and a capacitor C4, and the power supply switch chip U2 is Q/AP 6982; the grid terminal G of the power supply switch chip U2 is connected with the cigarette case master control unit 21 through a series resistor R24 and is grounded through a resistor R5; the source terminal S of the power supply switch chip U2 is connected with the cigarette case master control unit 21 through a series resistor R8 and is grounded through a resistor R22; the connection point of the resistor R8 and the cigarette case master control unit 21 is also grounded through a capacitor C4; the drain end D of the power supply switch chip U2 is connected with the negative pole Vout-of the cigarette case power supply interface 26; in the embodiment, the power supply switch of the heating body and the temperature measurement are integrated into a whole, and in order to provide larger current, the power supply switch is connected with a plurality of ports outside the MOS tube, so that the current flowing through the switch is increased.
The cigarette case power supply interface 26 is exposed and is uncharged when the cigarette rod is separated from the cigarette case, so that potential safety hazards cannot exist even if the anode and the cathode of the cigarette case power supply interface 26 are short-circuited. Only when the cigarette case detects that the cigarette rod is closed, the cigarette case power supply switch and the temperature measuring unit 25 are turned on to supply power to the outside.
As shown in fig. 4 and 12, the cigarette rod sensing unit 12 is a hall switch S2, the output end VDD of the cigarette rod hall switch S2 is connected to the cigarette rod master control unit 11, and the cigarette rod triggering unit is a magnet disposed on the cigarette case and corresponding to the cigarette rod sensing unit 12; the cigarette case sensing unit 24 is a Hall switch S3, the output end VDD of the cigarette case Hall switch S3 is connected with the cigarette case master control unit 21, and the cigarette case triggering unit is a magnet which is arranged on the cigarette rod and corresponds to the cigarette case sensing unit 24.
When the cigarette rod is sucked to the cigarette case: the cigarette rod hall switch S2 senses a magnet on the cigarette case, and the output end VDD outputs an edge signal (rising edge or falling edge), that is, a cigarette case access signal, to the cigarette rod master control unit 11 to wake up the cigarette rod master control unit 11, so that the cigarette rod charging control unit 13 opens the charging function; meanwhile, the cigarette case hall switch S3 senses the magnet on the cigarette rod, and the output end VDD outputs an edge signal (rising edge or falling edge), that is, a cigarette rod access signal, to the cigarette case general control unit 21 to wake up the cigarette case general control unit 21, so that the cigarette case voltage boosting circuit unit 23 is enabled and the cigarette case power supply switch and the temperature measuring unit 25 are turned on, and the cigarette case voltage boosting circuit outputs a standard 5V voltage, so that the cigarette case power supply interface 26 has a 5V voltage. Because the cigarette rod is attracted with the cigarette case, the cigarette case power supply interface 26 is connected with the cigarette rod charging interface 15, the cigarette rod control circuit and the cigarette case control circuit form a cigarette rod charging loop, and the cigarette case battery 22 charges the cigarette rod battery 14.
When the tobacco rod leaves the cigarette box: the cigarette rod hall switch S2 cannot sense the magnet on the cigarette case, and the output end VDD outputs an edge signal (falling edge or rising edge), i.e., a cigarette case leaving signal, to the cigarette rod master control unit 11 to enable the cigarette rod charging control unit 13 to turn off the charging function; meanwhile, the cigarette case hall switch S3 cannot sense the magnet on the cigarette rod, the output end VDD outputs an edge signal (falling edge or rising edge), that is, a cigarette rod leaving signal, to the cigarette case master control unit 21 so that the cigarette case booster circuit unit 23 fails and the cigarette case power supply switch and the temperature measurement unit 25 are turned off, the cigarette case power supply interface 26 is not powered, and thus, the cigarette rod charging loop formed by the cigarette rod control circuit and the cigarette case control circuit is disconnected, and the cigarette case battery 22 stops charging the cigarette rod battery 14.
In this embodiment, in the tobacco rod control circuit of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the tobacco rod master control unit 11, the tobacco rod voltage stabilizing unit 17 and the tobacco rod battery 14 are further connected to two sections of heating bodies and temperature detecting units 19. As shown in fig. 7, the heating body and temperature detecting unit includes a heating body and a temperature sensor, which are respectively connected to the smoke rod master control unit 11. When the tobacco rod is started and smoking begins, the tobacco rod battery 14 begins to heat the first section of heating body F1, meanwhile, the temperature sensor R7 detects the real-time temperature of the section and sends the real-time temperature to the tobacco rod master control unit 11, and when the temperature reaches a target temperature value, the tobacco rod enters a heat preservation state. After a certain period of time, the tobacco rod battery 14 stops heating the first-stage heating body F1 after the tobacco is volatilized. After the first section is heated, the smoke rod battery 14 starts to heat the second section of heating body F2, and simultaneously the temperature sensor R17 detects the real-time temperature of the section, and when the temperature reaches the target temperature value, the section enters a heat preservation state. And after a certain time, stopping the second section of heating and shutting down the machine after the tobacco is volatilized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the tobacco rod master control unit 11 includes a tobacco rod master control chip U1. The cigarette rod master control chip U1 receives signals output from the cigarette rod sensing unit 12, charging state signals output from the cigarette rod charging control unit 13, temperature signals detected by the temperature sensor, and the like for each I/O port, and outputs control signals through each I/O port according to these signals, thereby controlling the enable terminal of the charging chip of the cigarette rod charging control unit 13 to turn on or off the charging function, control the heating function of the heating body to be turned on, and control various status displays of the cigarette rod indicating unit 18.
In this embodiment, in the cigarette case control circuit of the present application, the cigarette case general control unit 21 and the cigarette case battery 22 are further connected to the cigarette case charging unit 29 and the cigarette case indicating unit 28, respectively. As shown in fig. 15, the cigarette case charging unit 29 is controlled by the cigarette case general control unit 21 to charge the cigarette case battery BT1 through the USB interface J1. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 14, the cigarette case indication unit 28 includes 5 LEDs, two ends of which are respectively connected to the cigarette case battery 22 and the cigarette case general control unit 21, and the LEDs are powered by the cigarette case battery and receive the control signal of the cigarette case general control unit 21 to display the charging state, the electric quantity, and the like of the cigarette case battery 22.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the cigarette case total control unit 21 includes a cigarette case total control chip. The cigarette rod master control chip receives signals output by the cigarette case induction unit 24 and charging state signals output by the cigarette case charging unit 29 through the I/O ports, outputs control signals through the I/O ports according to the signals, controls the enabling end of the boosting chip of the cigarette case boosting circuit unit 23 to turn on or turn off the boosting function, and controls the power supply switch of the cigarette case and the temperature measuring unit 25 to turn on or turn off.
