Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a resource management method according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that shown.
A resource management method according to a first embodiment of the present invention is applied to a terminal, and in this embodiment, the resource management method includes:
step S10, when receiving the sub account creating instruction, creating a sub account in the current parent account;
in this embodiment, the operation of entrusted financing (also called as "principal financing") refers to the action of a professional manager accepting the entrusted by an asset owner to operate and manage the asset to realize the value increment of the entrusted asset or other specific targets, and generally refers to the entrusted financing in a stock market, that is, an investment bank is used as a manager to collect and manage entrusted funds with an independent account, and the intermediary operation of entrusted fund increment or other specific targets is realized by the combination of financial instruments such as stocks, funds, bonds, futures and the like invested in the stock market. Such a commission financing business has the following inconveniences: 1. the threshold is high, the procedure is complex, and a relevant contract is required to be signed; 2. for some remote locations, there is a lack of relevant services; 3. the investor and the client are difficult to establish a trust relationship. With the development of the internet, more and more users manage money through the internet, and the problems are well solved.
As mentioned above, in the household financing, parents have little knowledge about financing products, lack relevant financing knowledge and often give own money to children to help the children to carry out the financing. Generally, the money of children and the money of parents are mixed together, the fund of both parties is used for financing as a whole, the use condition of the principal and the related income of the parents cannot be known in real time, and when the income of the parents and the children is distributed, a large amount of accounting and checking are needed, the financing management cost is increased, and meanwhile, accounting errors are easy to occur.
In view of the foregoing drawbacks, in this embodiment, a resource management method is provided, where a sub-account creation instruction is received, a sub-account is created in a current parent account, then a resource is allocated to the sub-account based on a preset resource configuration policy, then a resource usage policy is determined, and an operation corresponding to the resource usage policy is executed on the resource allocated to the sub-account. According to the technical scheme, for various resources, corresponding sub-accounts are established according to different sources of the resources for resource management, and the resource use strategies are combined to execute use operation on the corresponding resources, so that the resources of different types can be operated and checked respectively, traceability is provided for the generation and use of the resources, great convenience is provided for users, and meanwhile, the resource management cost is saved.
Specifically, upon receiving a child account creation instruction, a child account is created in the current parent account. Taking family financing of a micro-public bank as an example, a father account is a primary account number, and is an account of an adult, a child and a person with financing capacity, and the child account can be an account number of other relatives such as a father and a mother. For the process of creating the sub-account, for example, a sub-account creation instruction is triggered by clicking a menu or a key corresponding to the parent account, after the resource management terminal detects the instruction, the sub-account is created in the current parent account, and the resources in the parent account and the sub-account can be transferred in or out.
Step S20, distributing resources for the sub-accounts based on a preset resource configuration strategy;
in this embodiment, after the child account is created in the parent account, there is no resource in the current child account, and resource allocation needs to be performed for the child account, so that the child account performs related operations. It should be noted that, a plurality of sub-accounts may be provided, and each sub-account independently manages allocated resources, so that the resources of the sub-accounts can be operated and checked respectively, traceability is provided for generation and use of the resources, great convenience is further provided for users, and resource management cost is saved.
Specifically, step S20 includes:
step S21, when the preset resource configuration policy is internal resource configuration, obtaining a first allocation quota;
step S22, when the first quota is less than or equal to the resource in the parent account, transferring the resource corresponding to the first quota from the parent account to the child account.
In this embodiment, the resource configuration policy refers to an obtaining route of a resource when configuring a resource for a child account, and the resource configuration policy refers to internal resource configuration, where the resource is from a parent account and the parent account allocates the resource to a part of the child account. For convenience of description, the capital resources in the family financing of the micro-bank are taken as an example for description. Firstly, a first quota degree is obtained, namely the fund amount transferred to the sub-account from the parent account specified by the user, a fund transfer instruction can be triggered by clicking a menu or a key corresponding to the sub-account, and the fund amount is input on a fund transfer page.
Then, when the resource management terminal acquires the fund limit (i.e. the first allocation limit), the fund limit to be transferred to the child account needs to be compared with the fund amount in the parent account, and when the fund limit is larger than the fund in the parent account, the fund limit needs to be modified if the setting of the fund limit is unreasonable, and the user can be notified to modify the fund limit in a reminding manner. When the fund amount input by the user is less than or equal to the fund in the parent account, the resource management terminal can successfully transfer the fund from the parent account to the child account, meanwhile, the fund balance in the parent account is updated, and the balance is equal to the sum of the fund in the parent account minus the fund amount transferred to the child account.
Further, the step S20 further includes:
step S23, when the preset resource allocation strategy is external resource allocation, a second allocation limit is obtained;
step S24, after the connection is successfully established with the external resource account, the resource corresponding to the second allocation amount is obtained from the external resource account, and the resource corresponding to the second allocation amount is transferred to the sub-account.
In this embodiment, the resource configuration policy refers to an obtaining path of the resource when the resource is configured for the sub-account, and the resource configuration policy refers to external resource configuration, where the resource is from a path other than the parent account, such as a bound bank card, and the resource is obtained from the external resource account and allocated to the sub-account. Firstly, a second allocation amount is obtained, namely the fund amount of the external resource account transferred to the sub-account specified by the user, a fund transfer instruction can be triggered by clicking a menu or a key corresponding to the sub-account, and the fund amount is input on a fund transfer page.
Then, when the resource management terminal acquires the fund limit (i.e. the second allocation limit), the resource management terminal needs to establish a connection with the external resource account. After the resource management terminal is successfully connected with the external resource account, the resource management terminal can successfully transfer funds from the external resource account to the sub-account. It should be noted that, when the fund amount is greater than the balance in the external resource account, the external resource account returns a prompt message indicating that the transfer is failed, and the user can modify the fund amount according to the prompt message and re-perform the related operation of allocating resources to the sub-account.
Step S30, determining a resource usage policy, and executing an operation corresponding to the resource usage policy on the resource allocated in the sub-account.
In this embodiment, the resource usage policy refers to a relevant operation that can be performed on the resource in the sub-account, and the resource usage policy may include: transferring the resource in the sub account to the parent account; browsing links through the shared sub-account, and checking historical data of resources in the sub-account in real time at a preset terminal; unbinding the child account in the parent account, etc. And after the resource use strategy is determined, executing the operation corresponding to the use strategy on the resource in the sub-account according to the resource use strategy.
Specifically, step S30 includes:
step S31, when the resource management policy is resource transfer, obtaining a transfer-out amount;
step S32, when the transfer quota is less than or equal to the resource in the sub-account, transferring the resource corresponding to the transfer quota from the sub-account to the parent account.
In this embodiment, when the resource management policy is resource transfer, the transfer amount is first acquired, and the fund transfer instruction is triggered by clicking a menu or a key corresponding to the sub-account, so as to output the fund amount on the fund transfer page.
Then, when the resource management terminal acquires the money transfer-out amount, the money transfer-out amount needs to be compared with the money amount in the sub-account, when the money transfer-out amount is larger than the money amount in the sub-account, the unreasonable setting of the money transfer-out amount is described, the money transfer-out amount needs to be modified, and a user can be notified of the money amount modification in a reminding mode. When the transfer-out amount input by the user is less than or equal to the funds in the sub-account, the resource management terminal can successfully transfer the funds from the sub-account to the parent account, and meanwhile, the fund balance in the parent account is updated, and the balance is equal to the sum of the funds in the parent account minus the amount of the funds transferred to the sub-account.
Further, step S30 further includes:
step S34, when the resource management policy is to unbind the sub-account, determining whether there is resource in the sub-account;
and step S35, when the sub account has no resource, deleting the sub account in the current parent account.
In this embodiment, unbinding the sub-account refers to deleting the sub-account from the parent account, and when the resource management policy is to unbind the sub-account, it is first necessary to determine whether there are resources in the sub-account, and if there are resources in the sub-account, executing an operation of unbinding the sub-account may prompt that the operation is failed, and the operation of unbinding the sub-account may be executed only after all the resources in the sub-account are transferred. When no resource exists in the sub-account, the sub-account can be successfully deleted in the current parent account, and the sub-account is successfully unbound with the parent account.
Further, between step S20 and step S30, the method further includes:
and step S40, when the sub-account is successfully created, acquiring an original authorization password based on a preset authorization password input interface, and storing the original authorization password in a preset storage area.
In this embodiment, the conditions such as the transaction records and the profits of the sub-accounts are supported to be checked at a preset terminal, and correspond to the family financing user, so that the fund owner of the sub-account can check the fund utilization condition in time conveniently, and traceability is provided for the generation and the use of resources. And at the preset terminal, through the browsing link of the sub-account provided by the resource management terminal, a preset terminal user can access the sub-account page to view related funds, benefits, transaction records and the like through verifying the authorized password. The specific process of setting the authorization password is that after the fact that the sub-account is successfully created is detected, an original authorization password is obtained based on a preset authorization password input interface and is stored in a preset storage area, and at the moment, the original authorization password is successfully set.
Further, after step S40, the method further includes:
and step S50, when an authorized password updating instruction is received, acquiring a new authorized password based on a preset updating interface, and replacing the original authorized password stored in the preset storage area with the new authorized password.
In this embodiment, the authorization password further supports updating, after the original authorization password is successfully set, an authorization password updating instruction of the sub-account may be triggered by clicking a menu or button corresponding to the sub-account, a new authorization password is obtained based on a preset update password interface, and the original authorization password stored in the preset storage area is replaced with the new authorization password.
According to the resource management method provided by the embodiment, when a sub-account creation instruction is received, a sub-account is created in a current parent account, then resources are allocated to the sub-account based on a preset resource configuration strategy, then a resource usage strategy is determined, and an operation corresponding to the resource usage strategy is executed on the resources allocated in the sub-account. For multiple resources, corresponding sub-accounts are established according to different sources of the resources for resource management, and the resource use strategy is combined to execute use operation on the corresponding resources, so that different types of resources can be operated and checked respectively, traceability is provided for the generation and use of the resources, great convenience is provided for users, and meanwhile, the resource management cost is saved.
Based on the first embodiment, a second embodiment of the resource management method of the present invention is proposed, in this embodiment, step S30 further includes:
step S33, when the resource management strategy is resource browsing sharing, acquiring a browsing link corresponding to the resource in the sub-account, and sending the browsing link to a preset terminal based on a preset format, so that the preset terminal can display the history data of the resource in the sub-account based on the original authorization code.
In this embodiment, for multiple resources, corresponding sub-accounts are established according to different resource sources to perform resource management, the resources in the sub-accounts are managed separately, and it is supported that funds, benefits and transaction records related to the sub-accounts are checked at a preset terminal, for example, in family financing, one sub-account is owned by a family member, and the family member can check related data in the corresponding sub-account on the terminal thereof.
Further, when the resource management policy is resource browsing sharing, the resource management terminal obtains a browsing link corresponding to the resource in the sub-account, and sends the browsing link to the preset terminal based on a preset format, so that the browsing link can be viewed by a user on the preset terminal. And clicking the browsing link by a user on the preset terminal, and checking the historical data of the resources in the sub-account corresponding to the browsing link in real time only by correctly inputting the authorized password.
According to the resource management method provided by the embodiment, the resource management terminal sends the browsing link to the preset terminal, the preset terminal performs identity verification by using the authorization password, and after the identity verification is passed, historical data of resources in the sub-account can be checked at the preset terminal, so that great convenience is provided for a user, and meanwhile, the resource management cost is saved.
