本发明提供了一种班组建设超链接管理***，包括管理模块、图形链接模块和网页链接模块，图形链接模块和网页链接模块分别与管理模块连接；本发明解决了班组文档分散、文档传递不便、文件查找不易的问题，帮助班组构建集中的文件超链接管理界面，便于班组内部统一管理文档实现资源共享。

本发明涉及一种班组建设超链接管理***。
背景技术
传统班组管理模式下，班组的台账、文件、图纸资料主要由电子档和纸质档组成，随着信息化办公进程的推进，电子档已经目前班组各种文件、台账、图纸资料存放的主要方式,然而在工作当中，因为文件管理不集中、不规范，常会出现因查找电子档文件困难、费时等情况耽误工作进度的情况，究其原因是因为存放杂乱，没有规范统一存放路径，无统一存放平台造成的，再则班组是一个集体并非个人，个人存放的文件可能只有自己知道存放位置，这就使得班组内部资料不能得到共享，产生许多重复性工作，导致班组工作效率下降。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种班组建设超链接管理***。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种班组建设超链接管理***，包括管理模块、图形链接模块和网页链接模块，图形链接模块和网页链接模块分别与管理模块连接；
所述管理模块用来进行后台设置、建立工作日志、管理库存和备忘提醒；
所述图形链接模块用来进行班组管理；
所述网页链接模块用来显示常用的网页。

所述后台设置模块用来显示本机信息、设置共享电脑IP、开启或关闭本机电脑共享、设置网页名称和链接地址、创建或删除文档、更换窗口皮肤；
所述工作日志模块用来记录“填写日期”、“记录人”、“班组人数”、“出勤人数”、“缺勤人员”、“缺勤原因”、“文件学习”、“班前会”、“班后会”及“其他记事”内容；

所述备忘提醒模块用来提醒当天需要开展的工作或事项，由列表框、日期框、文本框、添加提醒按钮和删除按钮组成，将提醒内容添加至文本框，点击“添加提醒”按钮，将内容写进数据库，点击“删除”按钮，将列表框中的内容删除。

下面进一步描述本发明的技术方案，但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
如图1所示，一种班组建设超链接管理***，包括管理模块、图形链接模块和网页链接模块，图形链接模块和网页链接模块分别与管理模块连接；

进一步地，在工作日志模块可选择日期来查看某天的日志记录情况，另外界面上设置有“添加”、“修改”、“重置”、“班前会打印”及“班后会打印”按钮，点击“添加”按钮则可将当前填写内容添加至数据库中，点击“修改”按钮则可将当前内容修改后保存数据库中，点击“重置”按钮则可将当前内容全部清空，点击“班前会打印”或“班后会打印”按钮，将会按照设计好的打印样式进行班前会或班后会打印，形成纸制的记录。而传统的班组长工作日志是采用纸质记录，由于每天都要进行工作日志的记录，在记录内容上，会造成重复性内容多，从而工作量大，直接导致工作效率低下。本发明能够替换目前的手工记录方式，然而又不同于使用word文档记录方式，word文档的记录方式会产生太多文档不利于保存、查找以及浏览，本发明采用ACCESS数据库存储数据，通过查看每日的记录，可以方便、快捷、准确的录入、修改、删除班组工作日志信息，并且能够一键打印班前会、班前会记录，对班组日志台帐记录实现集中统一的规范管理，实现无纸化，减少班组长手写记录台账的时间，以提高班组工作效率；
所述管理库存模块有“库存”和“出库”2个功能，“库存”用以显示物资代码、物品名称、型号规格、数量、单位、单价、总价、入库人员、入库时间、存放位置以及备注信息，“出库”用以显示物资代码、物品名称、型号规格、数量、单位、单价、总价、领用人员、领用时间、用途、以及备注信息；
进一步地，记录了班组日常消耗备品，解决了台账混乱、库存不准等问题，轻松实现班组备品备件快速管理，还可对物品信息关键字进行精准和模糊查询，从而快速掌握班组库存情况以提高查找备品备件速度；
所述备忘提醒模块用来提醒当天需要开展的工作或事项，由列表框、日期框、文本框、添加提醒按钮和删除按钮组成，将提醒内容添加至文本框，点击“添加提醒”按钮，将内容写进数据库，点击“删除”按钮，将列表框中的内容删除。

所述网页链接模块用来显示常用的网页。
