Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6: the embodiment discloses electronic watch drain pan and protecgulum detaching device, including the base subassembly and go up the detaching assembly, the base subassembly includes base 1, jack catch 11, base 1 be equipped with watch drain pan profile assorted product groove 101, but jack catch 11 swivelling joint is in product groove 101, jack catch 11 is used for connecting the watch chain junction of wrist-watch. Specifically, the product tank 101 is provided with claw holes 102 at both ends thereof, the claws 11 pass through the claw holes 102, and the driving mechanism of the claws 11 is the clamp cylinder 12.
Go up and disassemble the subassembly and include profile modeling heating head 2, clamping jaw assembly connects in lifter plate 7, and lifter plate 7 can slide in the base subassembly relatively, and profile modeling heating head 2 passes through elastic guide 21 to be connected in lifter plate 7. The whole structure of the profiling heating head 2 is a red copper block, and a plurality of heating rods are arranged in the profiling heating head. The contour of the product connecting surface of the profiling heating head 2 is preferably capable of being attached to the upper surface of the product, which is beneficial to increase the heating area.
Specifically, the clamping jaw assembly comprises a clamping jaw sleeve 3, a plurality of sliding clamping jaws 8 arranged in the clamping jaw sleeve 3, and a clamping jaw sleeve driving device for driving the clamping jaws 8 to slide relative to the clamping jaw sleeve 3. The clamping jaw sleeve driving device of the embodiment is a pull rod 9, one end of the pull rod 9 is provided with a wedge-shaped head 91, the clamping jaw 8 is provided with a wedge-shaped surface connected with the wedge-shaped head 91, and the pull rod 9 is connected with the pull rod driving device. The pull rod driving device of the embodiment is a clamping jaw air cylinder 4, and the power output end of the clamping jaw air cylinder 4 is connected with a pull rod 9. The relative sliding between the wedge-shaped head 91 and the wedge-shaped surface of the clamping jaw 8 is realized through the expansion of the clamping jaw cylinder 4, and then the clamping jaw 8 is opened or closed.
The specific structure of the clamping jaw 8 slidably connected to the inside of the clamping jaw sleeve 3 in this embodiment is as follows: the clamping jaw 8 is provided with a guide post 81, the guide post 81 is inserted inside the clamping jaw sleeve 3 and is slidably connected to the clamping jaw sleeve 3, and a spring 82 for separating the clamping jaw 8 from the front shell is further arranged between the clamping jaw 8 and the clamping jaw sleeve 3. I.e. the resilience of the spring 82, is such as to drive the jaw 8 towards the wedge 91, ensuring that the wedge surface of the jaw 8 is able to abut closely against the wedge 91.
Because the front shell (figure 1) of the electronic watch is generally rectangular, in order to ensure that four surfaces of the front shell are stressed when the electronic watch is disassembled, four clamping jaws 8 are provided in the embodiment, the four clamping jaws 8 form a rectangle, and during work, the four clamping jaws 8 can simultaneously grab four edges of the front shell.
Specifically, this embodiment still includes riser 5, and riser 5 is the best perpendicular to base subassembly, and the gliding concrete structure of lifter plate 7 relative to base subassembly is: the lifting plate 7 is connected to the vertical plate 5 through a vertical slide rail 51. The vertical slide rail 51 is arranged on the lifting plate 7, and the slide block matched with the vertical slide rail 51 is arranged on the lifting plate 7, so that the lifting motion of the lifting plate 7 is realized, and the power of the lifting motion can adopt any one of the prior art such as an air cylinder, a motor screw assembly and the like.
The lifting plate 7 can be locked in the state after moving to a certain position, but the movement precision of the lifting plate 7 is usually not too high and is usually used for adjusting the whole working range, therefore, the lifting plate 7 of the embodiment is also connected with the motor 6, and the power output end of the motor 6 is connected with the pull rod driving device through the lead screw assembly 61. The motor 6 is preferably a servo motor with high transmission precision, and the screw assembly 61 is preferably a ball screw with high transmission precision, because the gap between the inner edge of the front shell and the base is small, and the clamping jaw 8 has a certain thickness, so that the clamping jaw 8 can accurately enter the gap between the inner edge of the front shell and the base, and high transmission precision is required. The ball screw is connected with the power output end of the servo motor, and a nut matched with the ball screw is arranged on the pull rod driving device (namely the clamping jaw air cylinder 4). The movement of the entire jaw assembly relative to the product is achieved by rotation of the motor 6.
During operation, place the inside of product groove 101 with wrist-watch bottom shell, realize the locking of jack catch 11 to the product through the shrink of die clamping cylinder 12. Then the whole lifting plate 7 is driven to descend, so that the whole upper disassembly assembly descends, the profiling heating head 2 is tightly attached to the upper surface of a product, and the elastic guide rod 21 is in a certain compression position, so that the profiling heating head 2 can apply a certain attaching force to the product, and heat conduction is facilitated. The profiling heating head 2 is electrified, after the heating temperature and the heating duration meet the heating requirement, the clamping jaw assembly is driven to descend through the rotation of the motor 6, the clamping jaw 8 descends to the position where the clamping jaw can be clamped with the front shell, then the clamping jaw air cylinder 4 contracts, the wedge-shaped head 91 and the wedge-shaped surface of the clamping jaw 8 slide relatively (see figure 6), and then the clamping jaw 8 is opened horizontally, so that all the clamping jaws 8 can clamp the front shell. Then, the motor 6 rotates reversely, the front shell and the bottom shell can be pulled to be separated by driving the clamping jaw assembly to ascend, and the clamping jaw 8 is kept in an opening (clamping) state at any time in the separation process. In fact, when the front shell is clamped by the clamping jaws 8, the front shell can be separated from the bottom shell by directly lifting the whole upper disassembling assembly.
Because the separating force of preceding shell and drain pan is probably great, consequently in order to avoid dismantling the in-process, the drain pan is not hard up because of jack catch 11 is not enough because of clamping-force, and this embodiment still is equipped with the splint 71 that is used for connecting jack catch 11 at lifter plate 7, and at the in-process of dismantling, splint 71 can firmly the both ends of centre gripping jack catch 11, avoids jack catch 11 not hard up.
After the disassembly is finished, the wedge-shaped head 91 is loosened through the clamping jaw cylinder 4, and the clamping jaw 8 can be separated from the front shell under the action of the spring 82.
Compared with the prior art, this embodiment can carry out separation after heating earlier to the product, and the joint strength that the heating process made sealed glue descends, easily realizes the separation of preceding shell and drain pan. The clamping jaw 8 of this embodiment can be opened in step, can block four faces of preceding shell simultaneously, makes to disassemble power more even, avoids disassembling the process and damages the product.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
