Technical Field

Background
At present, the calibration coefficient of a device measurement unit is obtained by adopting a static calibration method for the thrust and the torque of a marine model propeller shafting in China, the thrust and the torque are respectively calibrated, the method is not in line with the actual working condition, the calibration of the thrust and the torque of a propeller model cannot be realized from the in-situ state, only the primary evaluation can be carried out on the consistency of a test system on the whole, and the accuracy and the reliability cannot be deeply evaluated.
In order to realize the simultaneous calibration of high-accuracy rotation torque and thrust, a novel composite calibration device for the torque and the thrust of the power meter needs to be developed, the accurate loading and transmission of standard thrust under the rotation condition of a shafting of the power meter are realized, and the calibration of the thrust of the power meter is realized through the comparison of a thrust measurement unit of the power meter and a standard thrust sensor/standard weight. The loaded axial force only has a translation direction, no corner and certain rigidity in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction. Meanwhile, in order to realize the calibration of the rotating torque, the connecting end of the standard torque sensor cannot be influenced by the axial force, the influence of the axial force on the torque needs to be isolated, and the loaded dynamic load needs to be the pure torque after the friction force and the damping are overcome, so that the axial force isolation component needs to be designed and additionally arranged on the shaft.

The invention provides a composite calibration isolation structure for thrust and torque based on flexible support aiming at the requirements of composite calibration for on-site torque and thrust of a power instrument, which enables the shafting torque and the thrust to be not influenced by each other by simultaneously adopting the structures such as the flexible support, a bearing, a corrugated pipe and the like, realizes the isolation of the metering magnitude, can simultaneously carry out loading and high-accuracy calibration on the shafting torque and the thrust, solves the problem that the power instrument statically calibrates the torque and the thrust respectively for a long time, enables the calibration condition to be consistent with the actual working condition, and is more beneficial to evaluating the power instrument and a ship model.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a thrust and torque composite calibration isolation structure based on flexible support is provided with a power meter main shaft, a driving mechanism for driving the power meter shaft to rotate, a standard torque sensor and a standard thrust sensor, wherein one end of the standard torque sensor is connected with the driving mechanism, the other end of the standard torque sensor is connected with the power meter shaft through a corrugated pipe, the standard torque sensor realizes the measurement level isolation of the thrust part of the power meter main shaft through the corrugated pipe, so that the thrust of the power meter main shaft cannot be transmitted to the standard torque sensor, the driving mechanism drives the standard torque sensor, the corrugated pipe and the power meter main shaft to rotate, the standard torque sensor outputs a torque value, and the torque of a power meter shaft system is calibrated; the power meter main shaft is connected with the two flexible supports through the two high-precision bearings arranged in the shaft sleeve, the lower end of the shaft sleeve is connected with the standard thrust sensor through the dowel bar, the flexible support seat is combined with the high-precision bearings to isolate the torque and the thrust calibration part of the power meter main shaft, so that the metering magnitude isolation is realized, and the standard thrust sensor outputs data to calibrate the axial force of the power meter main shaft.

In conclusion, the flexible support-based push-torsion composite calibration isolation structure disclosed by the invention utilizes the zero-rigidity principle of the flexible support, comprehensively utilizes the corrugated pipe and the high-precision bearing, and carries out magnitude-metering isolation on the torque and the thrust of the shafting. The structure has the advantages of ingenious design concept and simple structure, controls the measurement uncertainty introduced by the mutual influence of the torque and the thrust within 0.1 percent, and can realize the composite calibration of the torque and the thrust. The flexible support 16 is adopted to combine with the high precision bearing 8, so that the shafting torque is isolated from the thrust calibration part. The bearing 8 is arranged in the shaft sleeve 9 and is fixed by the pressure ring 7 and the butterfly washer 10, and the friction torque of the high-precision bearing 8 can be removed through test measurement, so that the metering level isolation is realized.
The sleeve is supported by two flexible supports 16. The standard thrust sensor is calibrated on site and is realized by a portal frame 13, a pulley 14 and a standard weight 15. After calibration is completed, the weight 15 is unloaded, and the thrust of the dynamometer is calibrated on line by the standard force sensor 18. The zero stiffness characteristic of the flexible support 16 ensures that the axial thrust can be transmitted to the standard thrust sensor 18 without loss, so that the isolation of torque from the thrust is realized, the axial force is calibrated by data output by the standard thrust sensor 18, the influence of the torque on the uncertainty of the thrust calibration is within 0.1%, and the magnitude-of-measurement isolation is realized.
