背景技术
用于小型汽油供以动力的内燃发动机的现代燃料供应***包括主燃料箱,低压燃料泵(通常是脉冲燃料泵,其利用由于活塞的往复运动引起的发动机缸体内的压力变化)从该主燃料箱抽吸。低压燃料泵将燃料从主油箱供应到联接到高压燃料泵的小型辅助箱,高压燃料泵将加压燃料供应到喷射器(或者在多缸内燃发动机的情况下将加压燃料供应到多个喷射器)。通常而言,燃料喷射是PFI(“端口燃料喷射”)类型,因此燃料被喷射到靠近吸入阀的吸入管道(因此在吸入阀的上游)内。

低压燃料泵4将燃料从主箱3循环地送到辅助箱8,从而保持辅助箱8基本上总是满的。低压燃料泵4的尺寸设计成提供至少等于内燃发动机2的最大可能燃料消耗的燃料流率,并且因此辅助箱8基本上总是满的(当辅助箱8是满的时,低压燃料泵4不能将任何额外的燃料供给到辅助箱8中然后停止)。
当泵送装置9运行时,泵送装置9通过吸入管道10从辅助箱8抽吸燃料,对其加压并在压力下通过供应管道11将其送至燃料喷射器7。由于泵送装置9的作用,流动通过吸入管道10的燃料在文丘里阻风器12的中间由于已知的文丘里效应(或流体动力学悖论)而导致低压(depression),由此当其速度降低时流体流的压力增加。基本上,在文丘里阻风器12处,燃料流速必须增加,并且因此在文丘里阻风器12处,燃料压力必须降低,从而确定低压的开始。在文丘里阻风器12的中间形成的低压通过脱气管道13(其起始于辅助箱8的顶板并精确地流入到文丘里阻风器12的中间)抽吸(吸入)位于辅助箱8的上部部分中的燃料蒸汽。换言之,在文丘里阻风器12的中间形成的低压用于将位于辅助箱8的上部部分中的燃料蒸汽取回(抽吸,吸入)到吸入管道10内并通过脱气管道13。
在辅助箱8内形成的燃料蒸汽,显然位于辅助箱8的上部部分中,由脱气管道13“吸入”,脱气管道13在底部处连接到沿吸入管道10布置的文丘里阻风器12(紧接在泵送装置9的上游)。沿着吸入管道10,即沿着文丘里阻风器12利用燃料速度,在脱气管道13的出口处产生的低压取回位于辅助箱8的上部部分中的燃料蒸汽。因此通过脱气管道13被吸入的燃料蒸汽与泵送装置9内的液相燃料一起被引入,然后由于离开泵送装置9的压力而成为溶液。
由于脱气管道13和文丘里阻风器12的共同作用,避免了辅助箱中燃料蒸汽的过量积聚以及所谓的“蒸汽锁”现象的发生,“蒸汽锁”会导致(或多或少暂时地)阻塞高压燃料泵5。
图6-图11示出高压燃料泵5的不同实施例,其中除了其他之外,由于一些元件的不同形状,其与图2-图4中所示的高压燃料泵5不同。特别地,图6-图11中所示的高压燃料泵5与图2-图4中所示的高压燃料泵5的不同之处主要在于(但不仅仅是)容器14和盖17的不同形状。
图6-图11中所示的高压燃料泵5与图2-图4中所示的高压燃料泵5的不同之处在于,由于辅助箱8内部存在过滤器24(如图7和图8中所示)而具有保留燃料中存在的任何杂质的功能。过滤器24直接连接到管18,管18通过供应管道6接收来自低压燃料泵4的燃料。因此,过滤器24从内部向外部施加其过滤作用,即来自管18的燃料进入过滤器24,然后通过过滤器24的穿孔壁离开过滤器24。换言之,过滤器24包括袋子,该袋子布置在辅助箱8的内部,由穿孔壁界定,并且管18进入到其内。过滤器24的功能是在由于缺乏经验和草率的用户而被移除布置在上游(通常在主箱3内的燃料入口处)的燃料过滤器的情况下提供抵抗异物进入的附加屏障。在这方面,重要的是要注意内燃发动机2很小并且通常用于实施园艺工具等,并且在该使用范围内,可能发生缺乏经验和草率的用户或多或少有意识地移除主箱3中的燃料过滤器。
图6-图11中所示的高压燃料泵5与图2-图4中所示的高压燃料泵5的不同之处还在于存在单向阀25(如图11中所示),其被布置紧接在过滤器24的上游(例如在管18内部或紧接管18的下游)并且允许燃料仅朝向箱8流动。根据优选实施例,阀25由橡胶制成并且以具有燃料出口狭缝的喷口结束。单向阀25的功能是防止燃料从高压燃料泵5到低压燃料泵4的任何可能的返回而损坏低压燃料泵4。
图6-图11中所示的高压燃料泵5与图2-图4中所示的高压燃料泵5的不同之处还在于存在容纳文丘里阻风器12的环形体26(图7-图10中所示)。
在不脱离本发明的保护范围的情况下,本文描述的实施例可以彼此组合。
上述高压燃料泵5具有许多优点。
特别地,上述高压燃料泵5制造起来特别简单且便宜。由于存在沿着吸入管道10布置的文丘里阻风器12和通向文丘里阻风器12的中间的脱气管道13,因此实现了该结果。这样,不需要在车辆倾覆的情况下密封脱气管道13的翻转截止阀,并且一旦达到预定的最大水平,就不需要溢流阀来关闭进入辅助箱8的燃料入口,从而允许获得明显且显著的生产成本节省。实际上,即使通过脱气管道13吸入燃料也没有问题,因为通过脱气管道13吸入的燃料将直接与来自辅助箱8的其他燃料一起进入吸入管道10并且将然后由泵送装置9泵送。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于内燃发动机(2)的燃料泵(5),其中所述燃料泵(5)包括:
辅助箱(8),所述辅助箱(8)设计成接收来自低压燃料泵(4)的燃料流;
泵送组合件(9),所述泵送组合件(9)通过吸入管道(10)从辅助箱抽吸燃料;以及
脱气管道(13),所述脱气管道(13)起始于辅助箱(8)的顶板;所述燃料泵(5)的特征在于:
所述燃料泵(5)设置有至少一个文丘里阻风器(12),文丘里阻风器(12)沿吸入管道(10)布置;以及
脱气管道(13)通向文丘里阻风器(12)的中部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述文丘里阻风器(12)包括抽吸管道(10)的流动截面的逐渐和局部减小。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述文丘里阻风器(12)包括:
具有截锥形状的会聚段(21),其中流动截面逐渐减小,直到流动截面在文丘里阻风器(12)的中间达到最小值;和
具有截锥形状的发散段(22),其中流动截面从最小值逐渐增加到文丘里阻风器(12)的上游和下游存在的值。
4.根据权利要求3所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述文丘里阻风器(12)包括具有恒定截面的中间段(23),脱气管道(13)通向中间段并且中间段布置在会聚段(21)和发散段(22)之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述脱气管道(13)具有垂直的端部段,使得文丘里阻风器(12)低于辅助箱(8)。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于包括容器(14),所述容器(14)限定辅助箱(8)并容纳泵送装置(9)、设置有文丘里阻风器(12)的吸入管道(10)和脱气管道(13)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述容器(14)具有由垂直体(15)形成的倒L形,所述垂直体(15)容纳泵送装置(9)并且设置有侧凸起(16),在侧凸起(16)内部限定辅助箱(8)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述容器(14)设置有螺纹盖(17),所述盖在顶部处界定所述辅助箱(8)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于第一管(18)和第二管(19)穿过盖(17)布置,第一管(18)设计成连接到来自低压燃料泵(4)的第一供应管道(6),以及第二管(19)设计成连接到指向燃料喷射器(7)的第二供应管道(11)。
10.根据权利要求8所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于穿过盖(17)布置有电源插座(20),所述电源插座向操作泵送装置(9)的电动马达供电。
11.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于包括:
第一管(18),来自低压燃料泵(4)的第一供应管道(6)设计成连接到第一管(18),并且第一管(18)终止于辅助箱(8)中;以及
过滤器(24),所述过滤器(24)连接到第一管(18)的出口。
12.根据权利要求11所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述过滤器(24)包括袋子,所述袋子布置在辅助箱(8)内部,由穿孔壁界定并且所述第一管(18)进入所述袋子中。
13.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于包括:
第一管(18),来自低压燃料泵(4)的第一供应管道(6)设计成连接到第一管(18),并且第一管(18)终止于辅助箱(8)内;以及
单向阀(25),所述单向阀(25)沿第一管(18)布置并且允许燃料仅朝向辅助箱(8)流动。
14.根据权利要求13所述的燃料泵(5),其特征在于所述阀(25)由橡胶制成,并且以具有燃料出口狭缝的喷口结束。
