The double-track tensioning fixing structure and the method for local railway deformation are characterized in that an adjusting structure is adopted, the adjusting structure comprises an internal and external extrusion fixing structure, the internal and external extrusion fixing structure comprises a middle structure, an upward motor (11) is arranged on a shell of the middle structure, the motor (11) upwards comprises a power shaft, a power bevel gear (10) is fixed on the power shaft, the power bevel gear (10) drives systems on two sides to act together, and the systems on the two sides respectively comprise an extrusion bevel gear, a horizontal threaded shaft (9) and a side structure; a power bevel gear (10) is simultaneously meshed with two horizontally arranged extrusion bevel gears, the extrusion bevel gears are positioned on a horizontal threaded shaft (9), the horizontal threaded shaft (9) is installed in a middle structure through a bearing, the end part of the horizontal threaded shaft (9) is threaded into a threaded sleeve (6) of a side structure, and when the horizontal threaded shaft (9) rotates, the threaded sleeve (6) and the side structure can move left and right relatively;
the bottom of each side structure at two sides comprises a limiting system (8), each limiting system (8) comprises a sliding seat (81) and a sliding rail (82), each sliding rail (82) is positioned in a groove of each sliding seat, so that the middle structure and the three side structures at two sides are positioned in a line to move, the sliding seats (81) and the sliding rails (82) are integrally cast below the middle structure and cannot move, and the side structures and the sliding seats (81) integrated with the side structures can move along the sliding rails (82);
the subsequent protocol is any one of the following:
A. the two sides of the side structure respectively comprise a groove, and the grooves on the two sides are respectively an outer extrusion groove (4) and an inner extrusion groove (5); when internal extrusion is carried out, the motor (11) drives the extrusion bevel gear and the horizontal threaded shaft (9) to rotate so as to further drive the side structure to extrude outwards, the outer extrusion groove (4) can be extruded on the inward surface (19) of the rail, when external extrusion is carried out, the motor (11) drives the extrusion bevel gear and the horizontal threaded shaft (9) to rotate so as to further drive the side structure to extrude inwards, the inner extrusion groove (5) can be extruded on the outward surface (21) of the rail, and the extrusion groove (5) and the middle groove (7) extrude the rail body together;
B. the side structure outwards comprises an extrusion protrusion (22), the other side of the side structure comprises an inner extrusion groove (5), when external extrusion is carried out, the motor (11) drives the extrusion bevel gear and the horizontal threaded shaft (9) to rotate so as to further drive the side structure to inwards extrude, the inner extrusion groove (5) can extrude the rail outwards (21), and the extrusion groove (5) and the middle groove (7) extrude the rail body together; when internal extrusion is carried out, the motor (11) drives the extrusion bevel gear and the horizontal threaded shaft (9) to rotate so as to further drive the side structure to extrude inwards, and the extrusion bulge (22) can be matched with the inwards-facing surface (19) of the rail to realize the internal extrusion;
the shell with the upward middle structure comprises a jack groove (12) in which a jack can be placed; the jack is upward and can support the wheel-shaft;
and combining any one of the tools, adopting an external extrusion mode in the scheme A or B, and tensioning the rails on two sides by the side structures on two sides.

A method of providing a railway warning as claimed in claim 9 wherein the force sensors are connected to a remote system via internet of things communication, the remote system being capable of monitoring the magnitude of the force at any time and providing a warning of an abnormally large force.
