I. dyeing: adding 2-4 parts by weight of penetrating agent, 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of formic acid, 0.2-0.8 part by weight of displaced tannin, 1-3 parts by weight of protein tannin, 1.5-3.2 parts by weight of melamine and 1.5-3.5 parts by weight of dispersed tannin, and performing rotation reaction for 60-80 min;
J. fat liquoring: carrying out greasing coating on the surface of the leather, wherein the PH value during greasing is controlled to be 5.0-5.5, the temperature is controlled to be 60-75 ℃, and the time is controlled to be 1-2 h;

The production process of waterproof leather according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step F is as follows: adding 160-180 parts by weight of 35-45 ℃ water and 1-4 parts by weight of dye, firstly rotating in a tanning machine for 20-30min, then adding 5-8 parts by weight of chromium powder, 2-4 parts by weight of fatty aldehyde and 3-5 parts by weight of tearing-resistant grease, continuing to rotate for 30-40min, then adding 3-5 parts by weight of waterproof oil, continuing to rotate for 10-15min, and in the whole process, controlling the temperature in the tanning machine between 37-39 ℃ and the pH value between 5.0-5.5.

The production process of waterproof leather according to claim 1, characterized in that: the raw materials used in the step K comprise cationic products, polyurethane resin, protein cationic products, oil wax, cationic oil, nonionic high-covering polymer and nonionic polyurethane resin, and the components in parts by weight are as follows: 45-55 parts of cationic product, 60-70 parts of polyurethane resin, 120 parts of protein cationic product, 90-110 parts of oil wax, 25-30 parts of cationic oil, 40-50 parts of nonionic high-covering polymer and 30-40 parts of nonionic polyurethane resin.

The production process of waterproof leather according to claim 1, characterized in that: the step L comprises a base coat, a middle coat and a top coat, wherein the base coat is prepared by using a coating in which a cationic wax agent and epoxy resin are dissolved in water and baking; the middle coating is to use leather to be connected with a coating in which epoxy resin is dissolved in water for middle coating and baking; the top coating is carried out by using a coating with epoxy resin, acrylic resin, leather cracking resin and leather pigment dissolved in water, and then baking.

The production process of waterproof leather according to claim 1, characterized in that: the raw materials used in the step O comprise acrylamide, glycidyl methacrylate, aqueous polyfluoro emulsion, defoaming agent, high-molecular hand feeling agent, organic bentonite, preservative and water, and the components in parts by weight are as follows: 40-50 parts of acrylamide, 5-10 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 30-40 parts of aqueous polyfluoro emulsion, 1-3 parts of defoaming agent, 3-5 parts of high-molecular hand feeling agent, 0.5-2.5 parts of organic bentonite, 1-3 parts of preservative and the balance of water.
