It will be appreciated that the rope trapping problem increases the wear of the first rope 112 itself and also significantly affects the hoisting operation.
The inventor has found that the main reason for the rope trapping problem is that the first rope 112 wound on the first reel 111 is in a loose state before hoisting the preset object, and when the first rope 112 is suddenly pulled, the rope trapping problem is easily caused. To this end, the inventors have added a pretensioning device 12, thereby reducing the probability of rope-trapping.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the hoisting apparatus 1 further includes a pre-tightening device 12, the pre-tightening device 12 is connected to the first rope 112, and the pre-tightening device 12 is configured to apply a pre-tightening force to the first rope 112 before the first rope 112 hoists the preset object, where the pre-tightening force is the same as a direction of a load force of the preset object to the first rope 112.
It will be appreciated that the pretensioning device 12 applies a pretensioning force to the first rope 112 to cause the first rope 112 to change from a loose state to a taut state prior to hoisting. Thus, when the first rope 112 hoists the preset object, the first rope 112 wound on the first reel 111 is already in a tight state, and the rope sinking problem is not easy to occur.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 1 to fig. 3, in this embodiment, the pretensioning device 12 is a second winch, specifically, the pretensioning device 12 includes a second winding drum 121 and a second rope 122, the second rope 122 is wound on the second winding drum 121, a free end of the second rope 122 is connected with a free end of the first rope 112, and the second winding drum 121 is configured to apply a pretensioning force to the first rope 112 through the second rope 122.
It is understood that the pretensioning device 12 includes a second driving motor (not shown), a transmission shaft of the second driving motor is used for driving the second winding drum 121 to rotate, and the second driving motor can apply a torsion force to the second winding drum 121, so that the second winding drum 121 can apply a pretension force to the first rope 112 through the second rope 122.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the first winch 11 includes a first driving motor (not shown), and when the pretensioning device 12 applies a pretensioning force to the first rope 112, the first driving motor applies a braking force to the first rope 112 through the first reel 111, which is opposite to the pretensioning force, so that the first rope 112 can be sufficiently tightened.
Of course, in other embodiments, the first driving motor may not be activated, the pretightening force is equal to the friction force between the first rope 112 and the first reel 111, and the first rope 112 may be in a relatively tight state.
