Abstract
The invention discloses a PCB back drill cleaning system, which comprises a first conveyor belt, wherein fixed clamping plates are arranged on two sides of the first conveyor belt, and are connected with push-pull devices; a back drilling mechanism and a mounting frame are arranged above the first conveyor belt, a first lifting device is arranged on the mounting frame, the first lifting device is connected with a baffle, and a first proximity switch is arranged on the baffle; the tail end of the first conveyor belt is provided with a plate turnover mechanism, the second conveyor belt is matched with the plate turnover mechanism, and the cleaning and drying mechanism is matched with the second conveyor belt; the cleaning and drying mechanism comprises oppositely arranged frames, a plurality of pulleys are connected to the frames through rotating shafts in a shaft mode, and grooves are formed in the circumferential directions of the pulleys in a concave mode; the rotating shaft is provided with outer ring teeth which are connected through a toothed belt. The invention has simple structure and convenient use, can rapidly position the PCB without presetting a positioning hole on the PCB, and realizes automatic cleaning and drying of the PCB.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of machinery, and particularly relates to a PCB back drill cleaning system.
Background
PCB boards typically have a multi-layer board structure where in the fabrication of multi-layer boards, e.g. 12-layer boards, we need to connect layer 1 to layer 9, typically we drill through holes (one-pass) and then copper is deposited. Thus, layer 1 is directly connected to layer 12, and in practice we only need layer 1 to layer 9, layers 10 to 12 are like a column because there is no wiring connection. This post affects the signal path and can cause signal integrity problems in the communication signal. This extra post (known in the industry as a STUB) is drilled off the back (secondary drill), called the backdrill. But need to clean the dust in the hole after back drilling, at present, the cleaning is carried out manually, which wastes manpower.

The invention aims to design a novel PCB back drill cleaning system, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, capability of rapidly positioning a PCB without presetting a positioning hole on the PCB, and realization of automatic cleaning and drying of the PCB.

the PCB back drill cleaning system comprises a first conveyor belt, wherein fixed clamping plates are arranged on two sides of the first conveyor belt, and the fixed clamping plates are connected with a push-pull device; a back drilling mechanism and a mounting frame are arranged above the first conveyor belt, a first lifting device is arranged on the mounting frame, the first lifting device is connected with a baffle, and a first proximity switch is arranged on the baffle; the tail end of the first conveyor belt is provided with a plate turnover mechanism, the second conveyor belt is matched with the plate turnover mechanism, and the cleaning and drying mechanism is matched with the second conveyor belt; the cleaning and drying mechanism comprises oppositely arranged frames, a plurality of pulleys are connected to the frames through rotating shafts in a shaft mode, and grooves are formed in the circumferential directions of the pulleys in a concave mode; the rotating shaft is provided with outer ring teeth which are connected through a toothed belt; one of the rotating shafts is connected with a rotating device; a water spray head and a drying spray head are arranged along the conveying direction of the pulley; the upper part and the lower part of the frame are provided with a water spray head and a drying spray head.

The PCB back drill cleaning system shown in figures 1-3 comprises a first conveyor belt 1, wherein fixed clamping plates 2 are arranged on two sides of the first conveyor belt 1, and the fixed clamping plates 2 are connected with a push-pull device 3; a back drilling mechanism 5 and a mounting frame 4 are arranged above the first conveyor belt 1, a first lifting device 41 is arranged on the mounting frame 4, the first lifting device 41 is connected with a baffle 42, and a first proximity switch 43 is arranged on the baffle 42; the tail end of the first conveyor belt 1 is provided with a flap mechanism 6, a second conveyor belt 7 is arranged in cooperation with the flap mechanism 6, and a cleaning and drying mechanism 8 is arranged in cooperation with the second conveyor belt 7; the cleaning and drying mechanism 8 comprises a frame 81 which is arranged oppositely, a plurality of pulleys 83 are connected to the frame 81 in a shaft way through a rotating shaft 82, and grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the pulleys 83 in a concave way; the rotating shaft 82 is provided with outer ring teeth and is connected by a toothed belt 84; one of the shafts 82 is connected with a rotating device 85; a water spray head 86 and a drying spray head 87 are installed along the conveying direction of the pulley 83; a water spray head 86 and a drying spray head 87 are installed above and below the frame 81.
The back drilling mechanism 5 comprises a drill bit 51, the drill bit 51 is connected with a rectangular block 52, the rectangular block 52 is slidably arranged in a guide block 53, a mounting groove 54 matched with the rectangular block 52 is formed in the guide block 53, a pressure sensing piece 55 is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove 54, the guide block 53 is connected with a rotating device 56, the rotating device 56 is connected with a transverse screw rod mechanism 57, the transverse screw rod mechanism 57 is connected with a longitudinal screw rod mechanism 58, and the longitudinal screw rod mechanism 58 is connected with a vertical screw rod mechanism 59.
The transverse screw rod mechanism 57, the longitudinal screw rod mechanism 58 and the vertical screw rod mechanism 59 have the same structure, and each comprises a rotary motor 510 and a sliding rod 511, and the rotary motor 510 is connected with a screw rod 512.
The rotating device 56 is a drill motor.
The turning plate mechanism 6 comprises an inclined plate 61, the inclined plate 61 is connected with a transverse plate 62, and a pressure sensor 63 is arranged on the transverse plate 62; the bottom of the inclined plate 61 is connected with a connecting shaft 64, and the connecting shaft 64 is connected with a turnover motor 65.
Also mounted above the first conveyor belt 1 is a machine identification system 9.
The application method of the invention is as follows: placing the PCB on a first conveyor belt, then blocking the PCB by a baffle plate 42 and sensing the PCB by a first proximity switch 43, pushing the fixed clamping plate 2 by the push-pull device 3 to lower the PCB to clamp the PCB, realizing the positioning of the PCB, and ensuring the positioning accuracy by a machine identification system 9; then the back drilling mechanism 5 descends, so that the drill bit 51 presses the PCB, after the pressure sensing sheet 55 senses the pressure to reach the threshold value, the drill bit 51 rotates to start back drilling, after the back drilling is finished, the baffle plate 42 lifts the PCB and is transported to the turnover plate mechanism, the pressure sensor 63 senses the PCB and then the turnover motor 65 rotates, the PCB is reversely buckled on the second conveyor belt 7, the PCB is conveyed between the pulleys 83 which are oppositely arranged, and the water spray nozzles 86 are dried by the drying spray nozzles 87 after being washed.
