Although mechanical interlocking can be realized through centralized transmission, the problems of long transmission chain, complex structure, inconvenient cone box replacement, high no-load power consumption during the rolling of a throwing rack and the like still exist. Further, the output shaft of the motor and the input shaft of the gear train are vertically arranged or horizontally arranged in parallel, so that the arrangement mode is changed to adapt to different working condition requirements.
Furthermore, the two racks are in a 45-degree spatial orientation along the horizontal plane, form 90 degrees with each other and are aligned to the same rolling line to form a spatial arrangement with a top intersection of 45 degrees, so that the twistless rolling of the wire rod is realized.
Furthermore, the module rolling mill, the gear box and the motor are all located on the same side of the rolling line, and therefore the rolling mill can be replaced quickly conveniently.
Furthermore, two gear trains share one box shell, so that compact arrangement of the gear box is realized; or the two gear trains are respectively provided with independent box shells, thereby being convenient for reducing the cost and being simple and convenient to replace and maintain.
