Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an embodiment of the invention provides a stone-taking basket with a threaded guide head, which includes a handle 1, an outer tube 2 fixed at the front end of the handle 1, and an inner tube 3 arranged in the outer tube 2, wherein a guide rod 4 is arranged in the inner tube 3, the front end of the guide rod 4 is connected with a basket 5, and a driving member for driving the guide rod 4 to rotate is arranged on the handle 1; the front end of the basket 5 is provided with a guide head 6, and the outer wall of the guide head 6 is provided with threads 61; the handle 1 is provided with a slide switch 12 connected to the rear end of the inner tube 3.
When the calculus is required to be taken, the guide head 6 is moved to the calculus position, the guide rod 4 is driven to rotate by the driving piece, the guide head 6 is further driven to rotate towards the calculus, in the rotating process of the guide head 6, the guide head 6 can penetrate through the calculus more easily through the threads 61, so that the calculus is broken, the sliding switch 12 which is arranged on the handle 1 and connected to the rear end of the inner tube 3 is slid, the inner tube 3 is driven to slide backwards, the basket 5 is opened, and therefore the broken calculus is sleeved with the basket 5 and taken out.
In one embodiment, the guiding head 6 is cylindrical, and the front end surface of the guiding head 6 is a smooth curved surface. In the process that the calculus removing basket enters the inner walls of a bile duct and the like of a patient to reach the calculus position, the guide head 6 is located at the foremost end of the whole calculus removing basket, and in order to prevent the guide head 6 from scratching the inner walls of the bile duct and the like, the front end face of the guide head 6 is set to be a smooth curved surface, so that friction between the guide head 6 and the inner walls of the bile duct and the like is reduced, and scratching is prevented.
In one embodiment, the pitch of the guide head 6 is 10% -20% of the outer diameter of the guide head 6, and is specifically set according to the size and texture of the calculus. For example, the calculus is soft and brittle, and can penetrate through the calculus without excessive rotation of the guide head 6, the ratio of the screw pitch of the guide head 6 to the outer diameter of the guide head 6 can be selected to be 20%, conversely, if the calculus is not easy to penetrate through the calculus, the ratio of the screw pitch of the guide head 6 to the outer diameter of the guide head 6 can be selected to be 10%, and the guide head 6 with a proper screw pitch is selected under different conditions, so that the calculus can penetrate through the calculus conveniently. In another embodiment, the outside diameter of the guide head 6 is 1.1-1.3 times the inside diameter, in which range the efficiency of the guide head through stones may be increased.
In one embodiment, the crest of the thread 61 of the seeker 6 is curved. The crest of the thread 61 of the guide head 6 is the most protruded position of the thread 61 and is also the outer diameter surface of the guide head 6, and the crest of the thread 61 of the guide head 6 can contact the inner walls of a bile duct and the like of a patient in the process of removing stones, so that the crest of the thread 61 of the guide head 6 is a curved surface, and the inner walls of the bile duct and the like are prevented from being scratched.
In one embodiment, a threaded sleeve 7 is arranged in the handle 1, and the guide rod 4 is screwed on the inner wall of the threaded sleeve 7. The guide rod 4 can drive the guide head 6 to move synchronously, so that the rotation of the guide rod 4 is particularly important, in the embodiment, the threaded sleeve 7 is arranged, the driving piece drives the guide rod 4 to rotate in the threaded sleeve 7, the stability of the rotation of the guide rod 4 can be ensured, the guide rod 4 also moves back and forth while rotating, so that the guide head 6 rotates in the axial direction and moves back and forth in the radial direction, and the guide head 6 can conveniently penetrate through stones.
In one embodiment, the driving member comprises a gear train 8, and the gear train 8 is connected to the rear end of the guide rod 4. Because the guide rod 4 can be linked with the guide head 6 to move synchronously in a rotating and sliding manner, the guide rod 4 can be ensured to rotate stably, and the guide rod 4 is driven to rotate by the gear transmission group 8 in the embodiment, so that the guide rod 4 is ensured to rotate stably. It is obvious that other ways of achieving rotation of the guide rod 4 are possible, such as by providing a rotatable member fixedly connected to the guide rod 4 in the axial direction or by providing a linkage structure engaging with the outer wall of the guide rod 4.
Preferably, in an embodiment, the gear transmission set 8 includes a first bevel gear 81 and a second bevel gear 82 engaged therewith, and the second bevel gear 82 is threadedly connected with the guide rod 4. Specifically, the guide rod 4 is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve 7 and the second bevel gear 82, when the first bevel gear 81 rotates, the second bevel gear 82 is linked to rotate, and due to the threaded connection relationship between the guide rod 4 and the threaded sleeve 7, the guide rod 4 rotates and moves back and forth, so that the guide head 6 is linked to rotate and move back and forth, and the stone can be conveniently passed through.
In this embodiment, the second bevel gear 82 is provided with a hollow sleeve 821 at the front end, and the hollow sleeve 821 is rotatably connected to the rear end of the threaded sleeve 7, so as to ensure the stability of the second bevel gear 82 during rotation.
More preferably, in an embodiment, the handle 1 is provided with a rotary switch 11, and the rotary switch 11 is connected to the first bevel gear 81. In this embodiment, the rotary switch 11 is disposed on one side of the handle 1, and an operator only needs to rotate the rotary switch 11 to drive the first bevel gear 81 to rotate in conjunction with the second bevel gear 82, and further to drive the guide rod 4 to rotate and move back and forth, so as to control the seeker 6 conveniently and simply, and facilitate the operator to perform a stone extraction operation.
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments, the invention is not limited thereto, and various equivalent modifications and substitutions can be easily made by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
