Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of kitchen furniture, and particularly relates to a pull-out basket.

Background

With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the pull-out basket in furniture products is generally applied, and the pull-out basket is a common hardware in a cabinet in a kitchen and can be used for placing bowls, dishes, spoons, chopsticks and the like. The conventional cabinet pull basket is mostly of an integral structure made of steel wires or an integral structure formed by assembling four side blocking pieces around a bottom plate, and a chassis is fixedly connected with the side blocking pieces in modes of welding and the like. In order to improve the use function of the pull-out basket, the existing pull-out basket is generally provided with a water receiving disc below a chassis, so that water left by tableware cleaned in the pull-out basket is conveniently accumulated; however, the existing pull basket with the water receiving disc realizes internal draining by arranging a plurality of drain holes on the chassis, but the draining mode easily causes water accumulation on the bottom plate, and the draining effect of the pull basket is not ideal. When bacteria are easy to breed or stains are stained on the pull-out basket chassis due to long-term water accumulation, a user is inconvenient to clean the chassis due to the fact that the chassis cannot be detached independently.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a pull-out basket which is good in draining effect and convenient for a user to clean.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Referring to fig. 1 to 5 and 10, in an embodiment, a corner receiving seat 311 is disposed on an inner side of a lower corner of a frame body 2, the corner receiving seat 311 is provided with a corner fixing groove 321 adapted to a corner of the screen frame 10, further, adjacent side stoppers of the frame body 2 are connected by an upright post, the upright post is a corner of the frame body 2, the corner receiving seat 311 is disposed at a lower end of the upright post, and the corner fixing groove 321 is communicated with the fixing groove 32 of the side stopper; by means of the arrangement, the interference between the frame edge 12 and the bearing seat 31 or the corner bearing seat 311 to influence the assembly of the bottom net 1 is avoided, and the structural design is reasonable.

Referring to fig. 3 to 8, in an embodiment, the water receiving tray 6 is further included, a connecting portion 61 is respectively disposed at a lower end of one set of opposite side stoppers of the frame body 2, a hanging rod 63 is connected between two opposite connecting portions 61, the water receiving tray 6 is hung below the frame body 2 through the hanging rod 63, specifically, the frame body 2 includes a front side stopper 201, a rear side stopper 202, a left side stopper 204 and a right side stopper 203, four side stoppers are enclosed at an edge of the bottom net 1, the receiving seat 31 is respectively disposed at inner sides of the left side stopper 204 and the right side stopper 203, connecting portions 61 are respectively disposed at lower sides of the two opposite front side stoppers 201 and the rear side stopper 202, the connecting portions 61 and the corresponding side stoppers are integrally formed, preferably by extrusion molding, stretch molding or injection molding, and the water receiving tray 6 is connected with the connecting portions 61 through the hanging rod 63; through setting up like this, convenience of customers dismantles and clearance water collector from the peg, and convenient to use keeps off piece and the integrative production of part corresponding service function, simplifies production technology.

Referring to fig. 3, 4, 9 to 11, in an embodiment, an insertion structure is provided between the end of the side barrier and the upright post 7, the insertion structure includes an insertion groove 25 provided at the end of the side barrier, and an insertion portion 72 provided at the corresponding side of the upright post 7, and the insertion portion 72 is inserted into the insertion groove 25; because the adjacent side blocking pieces are connected through the same upright post 7, the two sides of the upright post 7 are provided with the insertion parts 72, the insertion parts 72 on the two sides are arranged at 90 degrees, and the two ends of the side blocking pieces are respectively provided with the insertion grooves 25; by adopting the structure, the side blocking piece and the upright post 7 are convenient to assemble, and the assembling efficiency is high.

In one embodiment, the periphery of the end of the insertion part 72 is provided with a guide part 73 which is convenient to be inserted into the insertion groove 25, the guide part 73 is designed into a slope structure, and the guide part 73 can be obtained by chamfering; by adopting the structure, the quick assembly between the inserting part 72 and the inserting groove 25 is facilitated, and the assembly efficiency is further improved.

In one embodiment, the four side blocking pieces are all formed by profile extrusion or stretching, the side blocking pieces are convenient to produce, and the assembly procedures are reduced. Further, the bottom net 1 is made of an aluminum alloy or stainless steel material, and the thickness of the bottom net 1 is 0.5-2 mm; by adopting the structure, the structural strength of the bottom net 1 is effectively improved, and the deformation caused by long-time use of the bottom net 1 is avoided.

Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in one embodiment, the end portions of the side stoppers are fastened to the corresponding pillars 7 by screws, so that the side stoppers are further reinforced and the structure of the side stoppers is firmer with the pillars 7. In one embodiment, the device further comprises a second side blocking member, the second side blocking member comprises a second rear blocking member 205, a second left blocking member 207 and a second right blocking member 206 respectively disposed above the rear blocking member 202, the left blocking member 204 and the right blocking member 203, ends of the second side blocking member are respectively connected with an upper portion of the upright post 7 through a second inserting structure, so that a height of a front side of the pull-out basket is lower than heights of the left side, the right side and the rear side of the pull-out basket to form the placing inlet 41 of the placing cavity 4, the second inserting structure is similar to the inserting structure, specifically, the second inserting structure comprises a second inserting portion 721 disposed at an end of the second side blocking member and a second inserting groove 251 disposed at a corresponding side portion of the upright post 7, the second inserting portion 721 is inserted into the second inserting groove 251, two sides of the upright post 7 are also provided with two second inserting portions 721 disposed at 90 degrees, two ends of the second side blocking member 251 are respectively provided with the second inserting grooves 251, the guide portion 73 is also provided on the outer periphery of the end portion of the second insertion portion 721, and this arrangement further improves the structural strength of the side portion of the basket.

Similarly, the second rear-side stopper 205, the second left-side stopper 207 and the second right-side stopper 206 are also formed by profile extrusion or stretch forming, a middle partition plate 262 is arranged in the middle of the second rear-side stopper 205, the second left-side stopper 207 and the second right-side stopper 206, a tubular part 261 is arranged in the middle of the middle partition plate 262, and connecting threads corresponding to the connecting holes 74 of the upright post 7 are arranged at two ends of the tubular part 261.

Referring to fig. 9 to 11, in an embodiment, the upright post 7 includes a body 701 and a cover 702, wherein two sides of the body 701 are provided with a corresponding insertion structure and a second insertion structure, an installation cavity 703 is provided outside the body 701, the cover 702 is detachably connected to the body 701 through a fastening structure, the cover 702 is used to cover the installation cavity 703, two sides of the installation cavity 703 are provided with connection holes 74, screws are fastened to the upright post 7 through the connection holes 74, and the second side stopper is used to cover the installation cavity 703. Further, the fastening structure includes a hook 704 disposed on the side of the cover 702 and a fastening hole 705 correspondingly disposed in the mounting cavity 703, and the hook 704 is detachably connected to the fastening hole 705; through the arrangement, after the side blocking piece and the second side blocking piece are fastened and connected with the upright post 7, the screw can be hidden in the upright post 7 through covering the cover body 702, so that the overall appearance of the pull-out basket is more attractive.

referring to fig. 3 to 5 and 12, the main difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that the supporting member 33 is a plurality of supporting tubes 11 connected to the frame 10, the plurality of tubes form the supporting net 30, the plurality of supporting tubes 11 are arranged side by side on the frame 10, and preferably, the supporting tubes 11 are connected to the frame 10 by welding; by this arrangement, the bottom net 1 is supported more effectively by the supporting member 33 formed by the strip supporting pipe body 11.

In one embodiment, the bowl rack further comprises a plurality of bowl rack tubes 39, the bowl rack tubes 39 are arranged on the side portion of the supporting tube 11 in parallel, the plurality of bowl rack tubes 39 form a bowl rack for placing bowls, one end of each bowl rack tube 39 is connected to the frame edge 12 of the net frame 10, the other end of each bowl rack tube 39 is connected to the frame edge 12 of the corresponding group in series through a connecting tube, and preferably, the frame edge 12 of the net frame 10 is connected with the bowl rack tubes 39 in a welding manner; through the arrangement, various types of tableware can be placed on the pull-out basket conveniently.

In one embodiment, a partition 53 is arranged in the placing cavity 4, the partition 53 divides the placing cavity 4 into a plurality of compartments 57, the partition 53 comprises a long partition 54 and a short partition 55, the length of the long partition 54 is matched with the distance between one set of opposite side stoppers, hooks 56 are arranged on the upper sides of two ends of the long partition 54, the long partition 54 is hung on the two opposite side stoppers through the hooks 56, a hook 56 is arranged on the upper side of at least one end of the short partition 55, and the short partition 55 is hung on the other partition 53 or the side stoppers through the hooks 56, so that the compartments 57 are formed between the long partition 54 and the side stoppers; through the arrangement, the placing cavity 4 is divided into a plurality of compartments 57 through the partition parts 53, and the users can place kitchen supplies conveniently in a classified mode.

The pull basket according to claim 1, wherein the supporting member comprises two supporting tubes, two ends of the two supporting tubes are respectively connected with a set of opposite sides of the net frame, an insertion region is formed between the two supporting tubes, the net frame is provided with more than two supporting members, and a tableware rack placing region is formed between the insertion regions of two adjacent supporting members; the tableware rack is characterized by further comprising a tableware rack, wherein supporting feet are arranged on the lower sides of the two ends of the tableware rack corresponding to the inserting areas, and the tableware rack is arranged between the inserting areas of the two adjacent supporting elements through the supporting feet.

4. A drawer basket according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the cutlery rack comprises at least one of:

the bowl rack comprises a bowl net component and bowl rack supports, wherein the bowl net component is provided with a plurality of bowl body placing positions, the bowl rack supports are vertically connected to two ends of the bowl net component, the lower end of each bowl rack support extends to a position below the lower end of the bowl net component to form a supporting leg, a limiting element is arranged on the lower side of the lower end of the bowl net component, two ends of the limiting element are respectively connected with the bowl rack supports, and when the supporting legs are arranged in the splicing region, the bowl racks are placed on the supporting elements through;

the dish rack comprises a dish net component with a plurality of dish body placing positions and dish rack supports vertically connected to two ends of the dish net component, the lower end of the dish rack support extends to the lower end of the dish net component to form support legs, a limiting element is arranged on the lower side of the lower end of the dish net component, two ends of the limiting element are respectively connected with the dish rack supports, and when the support legs are arranged in the splicing region, the dish bodies are placed on the supporting element through the limiting element;

the shelf comprises a net body and shelf supports vertically connected to two ends of the net body, the lower ends of the shelf supports extend to the lower ends of the net body to form the support legs, and when the support legs are installed in the splicing area, the net body is placed on the supporting element.

5. The pull basket according to claim 4, wherein the bowl frame support is a tube frame, the lower side of the tube frame is horizontally arranged, and the upper end of the tube frame is used as an extraction part;

the dish rack support is a pipe body frame, the lower side of the pipe body frame is horizontally arranged, and the upper end of the dish rack frame is used as an extraction part;

the supporter support is a pipe body frame, the lower side of the pipe body frame is horizontally arranged, and the upper end of the pipe body frame is used as a drawing part.

6. A pull basket according to claim 1, wherein the support member is a plurality of support tubes attached to the frame, the plurality of tubes forming a support web.

7. The pull basket of claim 6, wherein a divider is disposed within the placement chamber, the divider dividing the placement chamber into compartments.

8. The pull basket according to any one of claims 1 to 3 and 6 to 7, wherein a corner receiving seat is arranged on the inner side of the lower corner end of the frame body, and the corner receiving seat is provided with a corner fixing groove matched with the corner of the net frame.

9. The pull basket of claim 2 wherein said support tube adjacent said rim is adjacent said inner surface of said receptacle.

10. The pull basket according to claim 1, further comprising a water receiving tray, wherein the lower ends of one set of the opposite side blocking members of the frame body are respectively provided with a connecting portion, a hanging rod is connected between the two opposite connecting portions, and the water receiving tray is hung below the frame body through the hanging rod.
