Abstract
The invention relates to preparation and application of a smoking substrate raw material of a heating non-combustible cigarette, wherein the tobacco raw material is subjected to steam microwave synergistic expansion, and then an extract liquid is uniformly added; storing for a period of time in a constant temperature and humidity environment until the extract liquid is uniformly absorbed by the tobacco raw material; crushing the tobacco raw material to the particle size of 100-200 meshes by a low-temperature crushing technology to obtain the raw material of the fuming substrate; and preparing the heating non-combustible fuming substrate by using the raw materials of the fuming substrate, and preparing the heating non-combustible cigarette after shredding. The cigarette which is made of the tobacco shred material and is not combusted by heating has the advantages of high smoke concentration, strong physiological satisfaction and prominent characteristic aroma, reduces the attenuation of smoke in the smoking process and improves the smoking quality.

Technical Field

3) after the extract liquid is added, storing the mixture for about 3 to 5 days in a constant temperature and humidity environment until the extract liquid is uniformly absorbed by the tobacco raw material;
4) the tobacco raw material for absorbing the extract liquid is crushed to the particle size of 100-200 meshes by a low-temperature crushing technology;
5) obtaining the raw material of the fuming substrate.
Further, the tobacco raw material in the step 1) is one or more of tobacco leaves, cut tobacco, cut stems or cut tobacco in formula.
Further, the steam microwave synergistic expansion in the step 1) adopts a superheated steam and microwave synergistic expansion process, and the temperature of steam is as follows: 100-150 ℃, microwave power: 5-25 KW.
Further, the extract liquid in the step 2) is a mixed liquid of one or more than one of tobacco extract, plant extract or characteristic incense extract; wherein the characteristic incense extract includes but is not limited to peppermint extract, costus root extract or jasmine extract.

4) the tobacco raw material for absorbing the extract liquid is crushed to the particle size of 100-200 meshes by a low-temperature crushing technology;
5) obtaining the raw material of the fuming substrate.
