7. The pet headgear of claim 1, wherein the first arcuate edge has a plurality of loops disposed uniformly around the edge thereof for engaging the collar of the pet's neck.
8. The pet headgear of claim 1, wherein a catch is provided at an edge of one side of the scallops for hanging placement.
9. The pet headgear of claim 1, wherein one side of the fan-shaped surface is provided with a waterproof oxford fabric layer, and the other side is provided with a plush fabric layer.
10. The pet head cover of claim 1 wherein a PE plastic ply is provided within the scallops.
