The invention aims to improve the service life of a rotary electric connector.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of rotary electric connectors, and particularly relates to a high-speed long-life rotary electric connector.
Background
The rotary electric connector is a connector for realizing signal and electric energy transmission in relative rotation motion, and is widely applied to rotary electric transmission of a fixed end and a rotating end of equipment. Generally, the rotating electrical connector mostly uses the sliding contact between the electric brush and the conductive ring to realize the electrical transmission. To ensure electrical transmission reliability, the brushes require a certain pressure to maintain sliding contact with the conductive rings. Because sliding friction exists between the electric brush and the conducting ring, abrasion inevitably occurs between the electric brush and the conducting ring when the electric brush rotates and works. To achieve reliable electrical transmission at high speeds, it is necessary to increase the brush contact pressure, which leads to increased brush wear and makes it difficult to achieve long life spans of over a hundred million revolutions.

The technical problem of the invention is solved: the defects of the prior art are overcome, the high-speed long-service-life rotary electric connector is provided, and the service life of the rotary electric connector is prolonged.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention discloses a high-speed long-life rotary electrical connector, comprising: the device comprises a shell, an electric brush assembly, an insulating ring, a conducting ring, an insulating bush, a bearing end cover, a shaft sleeve, a shaft, a bearing I and a bearing II;
the shaft is horizontally arranged in the shell through a bearing I and a bearing II which are arranged at two ends, and a bearing end cover is arranged at the tail end of the shell; the shaft realizes high-speed relative rotation in the shell through the bearing I and the bearing II;
the insulating bush and the shaft sleeve are sleeved on the shaft;
the insulating ring and the conducting ring are arranged on the insulating bush;
the brush assembly is disposed outside the housing.
The invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention discloses a high-speed long-life rotary electric connector, which realizes stable electric contact at high rotating speed through multipoint electric contact of a fiber electric brush; the contact pressure of the fiber electric brush is accurately adjusted and controlled through an adjusting screw arranged on the electric brush component; thereby realizing a long service life exceeding one hundred million revolutions.
(1) The invention discloses a high-speed long-life rotary electric connector, which is superior to the traditional rotary electric connector in the electric contact stability and the service life at high speed.

As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the high-speed long-life rotary electrical connector includes: the electric brush comprises a shell 1, a brush component 3, an insulating ring 4, a conducting ring 5, an insulating bush 6, a bearing end cover 7, a shaft sleeve 8, a shaft 9, a bearing I12 and a bearing II 13. The shaft 9 is horizontally arranged in the shell 1 through a bearing I12 and a bearing II 13 which are arranged at two ends, and the tail end of the shell 1 is provided with a bearing end cover 7; the insulating bush 6 and the shaft sleeve 8 are sleeved on the shaft 9; the insulating ring 4 and the conducting ring 5 are arranged on the insulating bush 6; the brush assembly 3 is disposed outside the housing 1. The shaft 9 realizes high-speed relative rotation in the shell 1 through a bearing I12 and a bearing II 13; furthermore, the conducting ring 5 can rotate along with the shaft 9, and the brush component 3 is fixed on the shell 1, so that the relative rotation of the conducting ring 5 and the brush component 3 is realized.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the high-speed long-life rotary electrical connector may further include: a housing 2. Wherein, dustcoat 2 sets up in the casing 1 outside, and brush subassembly 3 is located between casing 1 and dustcoat 2.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the high-speed long-life rotary electrical connector may further include: a fiber brush 10. Wherein the fiber brush 10 is mounted on the brush assembly 3, and is in sliding electrical contact with the conductive ring 5 in relative rotation by virtue of the elasticity of the brush assembly 3.

It should be noted that the number of the conductive rings 5, the brush assemblies 3, the fiber brushes 10, the brush leads 14, and the conductive ring leads 15 is plural, and the number may be determined according to the number of the transmitted electrical signals and the magnitude of the transmitted current. Taking fig. 1 as an example, the rotary electric connector is provided with 8 conductive rings 5, and 2 groups of brush assemblies 3 are symmetrically arranged on the shell; the number of fiber brushes 10 is 4 times the number of conducting rings, and the number of brush leads 14 and conducting ring leads 15 is 2 times the number of conducting rings.
Preferably, the conducting rings 5 are insulated from each other; the conducting ring 5 is insulated from metal structural parts such as the shaft 9 and the housing 1.

the shaft (9) is horizontally arranged in the shell (1) through a bearing I (12) and a bearing II (13) which are arranged at two ends, and a bearing end cover (7) is arranged at the tail end of the shell (1); the shaft (9) realizes high-speed relative rotation in the shell (1) through a bearing I (12) and a bearing II (13);
the insulating bush (6) and the shaft sleeve (8) are sleeved on the shaft (9);
the insulating ring (4) and the conducting ring (5) are arranged on the insulating bush (6);
the electric brush component (3) is arranged outside the shell (1).
2. A high speed long life rotary electrical connector as recited in claim 1, further comprising: a housing (2); wherein, the outer cover (2) is arranged at the outer side of the shell (1), and the electric brush component (3) is positioned between the shell (1) and the outer cover (2).
3. A high speed long life rotary electrical connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the conducting ring (5) is rotatable with the shaft (9), and the brush assembly (3) is fixed to the housing (1) to effect relative rotation of the conducting ring (5) and the brush assembly (3).

A high speed long life rotary electrical connector as recited in claim 3, further comprising: a fiber brush (10); the fiber electric brush (10) is arranged on the electric brush component (3), and the fiber electric brush is in sliding electric contact with the conducting ring (5) in relative rotation by means of the elasticity of the electric brush component (3).

The high speed, long life rotary electrical connector of claim 4, further comprising: an adjusting screw (11); the adjusting screw (11) is installed on the electric brush assembly (3), and the adjustment and control of each fiber electric brush (10) are realized by adjusting the screwing-in depth of the adjusting screw (11), so that the pressure of each fiber electric brush (10) is kept consistent.
6. The high speed, long life rotary electrical connector of claim 5, further comprising: a brush lead (14); wherein the brush lead (14) is connected with the brush component (3).
7. The high speed, long life rotary electrical connector of claim 6, further comprising: a conductive loop lead (15); wherein the conducting ring lead (15) is connected with the conducting ring (5).

A high-speed long-life rotary electrical connector as claimed in claim 7, wherein the conductive ring (5), the brush assembly (3), the fiber brush (10), the brush lead (14) and the conductive ring lead (15) are each in plural numbers, the number being determined in accordance with the number of transmitted electrical signals and the magnitude of transmitted current.
9. High-speed long-life rotary electrical connector according to claim 8, characterized in that the conductive rings (5) are insulated from each other; the conducting ring (5) is insulated from the shaft (9) and the housing (1).
10. A high speed long life rotary electrical connector as claimed in claim 8, wherein the number of fibre brushes (10) is 4 times the number of conducting rings (5), and the number of brush leads (14) and conducting ring leads (15) is 2 times the number of conducting rings (5).
