Background
The rotary electric connector is a connector for realizing signal and electric energy transmission in relative rotation motion, and is widely applied to rotary electric transmission of a fixed end and a rotating end of equipment. Generally, the rotating electrical connector mostly uses the sliding contact between the electric brush and the conductive ring to realize the electrical transmission. To ensure electrical transmission reliability, the brushes require a certain pressure to maintain sliding contact with the conductive rings. Because sliding friction exists between the electric brush and the conducting ring, abrasion inevitably occurs between the electric brush and the conducting ring when the electric brush rotates and works. To achieve reliable electrical transmission at high speeds, it is necessary to increase the brush contact pressure, which leads to increased brush wear and makes it difficult to achieve long life spans of over a hundred million revolutions.

The invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention discloses a high-speed long-life rotary electric connector, which realizes stable electric contact at high rotating speed through multipoint electric contact of a fiber electric brush; the contact pressure of the fiber electric brush is accurately adjusted and controlled through an adjusting screw arranged on the electric brush component; thereby realizing a long service life exceeding one hundred million revolutions.
