Description

Cable winding and unwinding system for offshore seismic exploration
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of offshore cable pay-off and pay-off equipment, in particular to a cable pay-off and pay-off system for offshore seismic exploration.
Background
Marine seismic surveys are typically conducted by initiating a seismic source that is towed by a vessel close to the sea surface. Seismic energy propagates down through the earth and into formations, and during this propagation, after the seismic energy is reflected and/or refracted by fractures in the subsurface, a portion of the energy that is transmitted will return to the surface. The fracture is formed by the interface between layers with different elastic properties, known as a seismic reflector. The returned energy is recorded by seismic sensors at the sea floor or near the sea surface. In marine seismic exploration, two main methods are used to record the returned seismic energy. One is by using so-called hydrophone cables towed behind the vessel. Another approach is to deploy seismic sensors (geophones and hydrophones) on the seafloor.
To complete a marine seismic survey, a plurality of seismic streamers, each typically several thousand meters long and containing arrays of hydrophones and associated detection electronics distributed along their length, are towed at a speed of about 5 knots behind a seismic survey vessel, and the reflected signals are received by the hydrophones and associated electronics in the streamers, digitized and transmitted to the seismic survey vessel for processing, and an image of the earth formations in the area being surveyed is finally constructed, from which information about the earth formations in the designated area can be obtained and from which it can be ascertained whether there is an oil reservoir.
The existing marine seismic surveying device does not have a special system device for cable winding and unwinding work, and the cable winding and unwinding in the whole marine seismic exploration process is a heavy and labor-consuming process, so that the problem needs to be solved by providing a special cable winding and unwinding device for marine seismic exploration.

The cable collecting device 1 drags cables which are arranged in the sea and are provided with various detection devices to a detection ship, belongs to the beginning of a cable collecting and releasing system in the invention, the cable arranging device 2 is used for repeatedly and uniformly arranging the cables on a winding drum 41, the cable winch 4 can realize the winding and the releasing of the cables, the cable releasing device 3 is used for releasing the cables released from the cable winch 4 to a relevant sea area at a proper speed again for detection, and the cable collecting and releasing work in the offshore exploration is realized through the matching among the devices.
Receive cable device 1 and draw subassembly 10 and operation rack 11 including receiving, receive and draw subassembly 10 and operation rack 11 collineation arrangement to place, receive and draw subassembly 10 including receiving cable transfer chain 104, cable guide slot 12 and two sets of line ball units, cable guide slot 12 is fixed to be set up in 1 inlet wire end and the leading-out terminal of cable device, can make the cable more smooth and easy when passing in and out this cable device 1 from this, can not scrape and then play the effect of protection cable with other parts, interval installation is on the top of receiving cable transfer chain 104 around two sets of line ball units. The wire pressing unit is used for pressing the upper part of the cable so as to provide a certain positive pressure, and therefore, a corresponding friction force is generated between the cable and the conveying belt on the cable-retracting conveying wire 104 so that the cable moves forwards all the time. The operating platform 11 allows the worker to remove the detection devices attached to the cable at this location for subsequent cable reeling in the cable winch 4, the relative positions of the operating platform 11 and the take-up and pull assembly 10 being interchangeable.
The line ball unit comprises a mounting support 103, a swing arm support 102 and rolling wheels 101, the mounting support 103 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the cable-retracting conveying line 104, one end of the swing arm support 102 is hinged to the mounting support 103, the rolling wheels 101 are rotatably arranged at the other end of the swing arm support 102, the distance between the two sets of rolling wheels 101 is 875mm, a plurality of groups of weight holes 105 are uniformly distributed in the side wall of each rolling wheel 101 along the circumferential direction of the side wall, and weight rods 106 are fixedly arranged in the groups of weight holes 105 in a penetrating mode according to actual use requirements. The counterweight rod 106 is arranged in the counterweight hole 105 in a penetrating way, after the counterweight rod is completely penetrated, the limiting protrusion at one end part of the counterweight rod 106 is clamped into the limiting groove hole of the rolling wheel 101 to realize limiting, and the counterweight ring 107 is screwed at the end part of the counterweight rod 106 through threads to realize fixing at the other end of the counterweight rod 106.
Because many electronic devices are installed on the cable, the rolling wheels 101 are lifted when related electronic devices pass through the rolling wheels in the process of drawing the cable, if the same electronic device enters the two groups of rolling wheels 101 at the same time, the cable is not in contact with the rolling wheels 101, and the friction between the electronic device and the conveying belt is small, so that the cable cannot be drawn up continuously due to the fact that the cable slips. If the distance between the two sets of rolling wheels 101 is set too small, it is particularly easy to cause the two sets of rolling wheels 101 to be lifted simultaneously, which results in easy slipping and inconvenient cable pulling, and at the same time, because the installation space of the detection vessel itself is limited, the too large distance between the two sets of rolling wheels 101 results in increased size of the equipment itself and inconvenient installation. The interval that sets up between two sets of rolling wheel 101 in the in-service use is 875mm, both can avoid two sets of rolling wheel 101 by the condition of lifting up simultaneously, also can minimize the size of equipment as far as possible, save occupation space, conveniently survey on the ship installation, if in-service use if under the circumstances that installation space allows, can continue to increase this interval.
The cable arrangement device 2 comprises a cable arrangement conveying line 21 and a cable arrangement assembly 20, the cable arrangement assembly 20 is fixedly arranged at the top end of the cable arrangement conveying line 21, a cable guide groove 12 is fixedly arranged at the wire inlet end of the cable arrangement conveying line 21, the cable arrangement device 2 and the cable collection device 1 can be arranged at intervals, the cable arrangement assembly 20 comprises a cable arrangement guide rail 210, a cable arrangement trolley and a cable arrangement driving assembly, the cable arrangement trolley is arranged on the cable arrangement guide rail 210 in a sliding mode and slides in a driving mode through the cable arrangement driving assembly, and the cable arrangement driving assembly is fixedly arranged on the cable arrangement conveying line 21.
