Claims (8)

1. A multifunctional shaping device with air shaping is used for packaging tea bags corresponding to various tea leaves and is characterized by comprising a rack, a sealing device, a material receiving mechanism, a shaping mechanism, a sealing mechanism and a vacuumizing and inflating device, wherein the sealing device is arranged on the rack;
the sealing device comprises a fixed shell and a movable shell which is matched with the fixed shell and is opened and closed towards the fixed shell, the fixed shell and the movable shell are matched with each other to form a sealed cavity, the vacuumizing inflation device is connected with the cavity, and the vacuumizing inflation device vacuumizes or inflates air into the cavity;
the shaping mechanism comprises a second driving device, a first shaping block and a second shaping block, the second driving device is arranged on the movable shell, the first shaping block and the second shaping block are oppositely arranged and are fixedly arranged on the second driving device, the first shaping block is positioned in a cavity of the fixed shell, the second shaping block is positioned in the cavity of the movable shell, the second driving device simultaneously drives the first shaping block and the second shaping block to repeatedly move up and down, and after the fixed shell and the movable shell are mutually matched, a gap is formed between the first shaping block and the second shaping block, so that the tea bag can be vacuumized or air can be filled into the tea bag;
when fragile tea is packaged, the vacuumizing and inflating device inflates air in the cavity, so that the tea bag is packaged after being opened by air; when the flexible tea is packaged, the vacuumizing and inflating device vacuumizes the cavity.

The multifunctional shaping device with the air shaping function according to claim 1, further comprising a switching block, wherein a sliding groove is formed in one side, close to the first shaping block, of the second shaping block, and a sliding rail matched with the sliding groove is arranged on the switching block.
3. The multifunctional shaping device with the air shaping function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the movable housing is provided with a through hole for communicating the cavity with the vacuum pumping and inflating device.

The multifunctional shaping device with the air shaping function according to claim 1, wherein the material receiving mechanism comprises a first driving device, a fixed seat and a material receiving hopper, the first driving device is arranged on the fixed shell, the fixed seat is fixedly arranged on the driving device, the material receiving hopper is fixedly arranged on the fixed seat, and the first driving device drives the fixed seat and the material receiving hopper to move up and down repeatedly;
first drive arrangement includes first motor, first gear, first rack, first connecting element and head rod, first motor is fixed to be set up on deciding the casing, and its output and first gear connection, first gear drives first rack up-and-down motion, first connecting element one end is fixed to be set up on first rack, and the other end passes decides the casing and stretches into the die cavity, head rod one end is connected with the first connecting element other end, and its other end is connected with the fixing base.

The multifunctional shaping device with air shaping function according to claim 1, wherein the second driving device comprises a second motor, a second gear, a second rack, a first connecting member, a second connecting rod, a third connecting rod and a fourth connecting rod, the second motor is fixedly arranged on the movable housing, the output end of the second motor is connected with the second gear, the second gear drives the second rack to move up and down, the first connecting member is fixedly arranged on the second rack, two ends of the second connecting rod are respectively connected with the first connecting member and the second connecting member, one end of the third connecting rod is connected with the first connecting member, the other end of the third connecting rod penetrates through the movable housing to be connected with the second shaping block, one end of the fourth connecting rod is connected with the second connecting member, the other end of the fourth connecting rod penetrates through the fixed housing to be connected with the first shaping block, the second motor drives the second gear to rotate, the second rack is driven to repeatedly move up and down, and the first shaping block and the second shaping block are driven to repeatedly move up and down through the first connecting piece, the second connecting rod, the third connecting rod and the fourth connecting rod.

The multifunctional shaping device with air shaping function according to claim 1, wherein the sealing device further comprises a third driving device, the third driving device comprises a first cylinder, a fixed plate and four first guide posts, the fixed housing and the fixed plate are both disposed on the frame, the first cylinder is fixedly disposed on the fixed plate, the end of the piston rod of the first cylinder is connected to the movable housing, one end of each first guide post is fixedly disposed on the fixed housing, the other end of each first guide post is fixedly disposed on the fixed plate, and the first cylinder drives the movable housing to repeatedly open and close along the four first guide posts.

The multifunctional shaping device with the air shaping function according to claim 1, wherein the sealing mechanism comprises a first heat-sealing chuck, a second heat-sealing chuck, a fourth connecting piece and a second air cylinder, the second air cylinder is fixedly arranged on the movable shell, one end of the fourth connecting piece is fixedly arranged at the tail end of a piston rod of the second air cylinder, the other end of the fourth connecting piece penetrates through the movable shell and extends into the cavity, the second heat-sealing head is fixedly arranged at the other end of the fourth connecting piece, the first heat-sealing head and the second heat-sealing head are oppositely arranged and respectively arranged in the cavity corresponding to the fixed shell and the movable shell, and the second air cylinder drives the second heat-sealing head to be close to or far away from the first heat-sealing head.

The multifunctional shaping device with the air shaping function as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a blanking device, wherein the blanking device comprises a blanking cylinder and a pushing block, the blanking cylinder is mounted on the frame, the pushing block is mounted at the tail end of a piston rod of the blanking cylinder corresponding to the material receiving hopper, and the pushing block is pushed by the blanking cylinder to reciprocate back and forth along the material receiving hopper.
