Abstract

从淫羊藿提取物中分离纯化淫羊藿苷的方法,涉及植物提取物中单体的分离纯化的技术领域,旨在解决现有方法存在的工艺复杂、制备成本高、污染环境等技术问题。该方法包括:1)用体积分数88%‑96%丙酮水溶液对淫羊藿提取物进行打浆;2)过滤,收集滤饼,用体积分数50%‑75%乙醇水溶液溶解滤饼;3)溶解完毕后,过滤,收集滤液,将滤液浓缩去除乙醇后得浓缩液;4)在第一温度下,向浓缩液中加入丙酮均匀混合,待充分溶解后,将温度降低至第二温度,进行结晶;5)待结晶完毕后,过滤,收集滤饼,滤饼经干燥处理后即得淫羊藿苷粗品。应用该方法可获得含量高达98%以上的淫羊藿苷单体,足以满足注射剂的高纯度要求。
