And the elastic arm 33 is installed such that the angle between the first arm 331 and the second arm 332 changes after the snap fit portion 32 is turned to the fitting position, and in order to overcome the change in angle, a restoring force is generated to be applied to the snap fit portion 32 so that the head portion 320 of the snap fit portion will be pressed toward the inner surface 1b of the panel 1 by the fixing member 2, thereby fixing the fixing member 2.
