Abstract
The invention provides an adjustable butt joint device for a plum blossom-shaped round contact of a handcart type vacuum circuit breaker. The clamp comprises a spring ratchet clamp type butt joint, clamp handles, a power-assisted spring and a tripping device, wherein the spring ratchet clamp type butt joint is arranged at the front ends of the two clamp handles connected through a rotating shaft, a wiring terminal is arranged on the outer side of each clamp handle and used for connecting a test wire, the power-assisted spring is connected to the inner sides of the two clamp handles, and the spring ratchet clamp type butt joint is tightly butted with a plum blossom-shaped round contact through the power-assisted spring and the tripping device. The tripping device comprises a rack, a ratchet wheel, a pawl and an extension spring, the rack is connected between the tail parts of the two clamp handles, the ratchet wheel meshed with the rack is arranged on one of the two clamp handles, the pawl which is limited and fixed through the extension spring is arranged on the outer side of the ratchet wheel, and one end of the clamp handle is fixedly connected to an adjustable insulating plate. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a handcart type vacuum circuit breaker in the field of electric power, in particular to a butt joint device of a plum blossom-shaped round contact of the handcart type vacuum circuit breaker.
Background
At present, a handcart type circuit breaker is one of important devices in a high-voltage switch cabinet, and is easy to generate heat or cause faults due to poor contact of a plum blossom-shaped round contact in the operation process; in the maintenance process, the contact condition of the contact and the conducting rod can be observed manually only by naked eyes, so that errors are easy to cause, and the condition of the contact surface of the contact spring cannot be found effectively; in the test process, a test wire with 100A current is required and can only be clamped on the plum blossom-shaped round contact spring and cannot be well contacted, so that the data is inaccurate.
The inner diameter and the vertical distance of the quincunx round contacts of the three main models (630A, 1250A and 2000A) of the handcart circuit breaker need to be designed with three devices which are suitable for large current and can be in close contact, and the prior art is improved.
