Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner and a self-cleaning method thereof.
Background
When the indoor unit of the air conditioner operates in a cooling or heating mode, air in the indoor environment enters the indoor unit along the air inlet of the indoor unit and is blown into the indoor environment again through the air outlet after heat exchange of the heat exchange plates, in the process, impurities such as dust, large particles and the like mixed in the indoor air can also enter the indoor machine along with the air flow of the inlet air, although the dustproof filter screen arranged at the air inlet of the indoor unit can filter most of dust and particles, but a small amount of fine dust is not completely blocked and filtered, and with the long-term use of the air conditioner, the dust will gradually deposit and adhere to the surfaces of the heat exchanger fins, and since the dust covering the outer surfaces of the heat exchanger is less thermally conductive, it directly affects the heat exchange between the heat exchange fins and the indoor air, so that the indoor unit needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure the heat exchange efficiency of the indoor unit.
Generally, a cleaning method of an air conditioner indoor unit in the prior art mainly includes two modes of manual cleaning and air conditioner self-cleaning, wherein the air conditioner self-cleaning mode is that a refrigerant of an air conditioner firstly runs in a refrigerating flow direction (a frost condensation stage), and the output quantity of the refrigerant to an indoor heat exchanger is increased, so that moisture in indoor air can be gradually condensed into a frost layer or an ice layer on the outer surface of the heat exchanger, in the process, the condensed frost layer can be combined with dust, so that the dust is stripped from the outer surface of the heat exchanger, then the refrigerant runs in a heating flow direction (a frost melting stage), so that the condensed frost layer on the outer surface of the heat exchanger is melted, and the dust can be collected into a water receiving tray along with melted water flow, and therefore, the purpose of self-cleaning of the air conditioner can be. The parameter setting in the self-cleaning process of the existing air conditioner mainly considers the frost condensation effect of a frost condensation mode and the defrosting effect of a defrosting mode, such as the speed of frost condensation, the speed of defrosting, the thickness of a condensed ice layer and the like.
Because the pollutant components on the air-conditioning heat exchangers in different areas and different seasons are different, for example, in the aspect of air-conditioning products used in different areas, in the area with more dust in the north, the dust components in the pollutants deposited on the heat exchangers are more; for the southern region with humid climate, the heat exchanger has more fungi and bacteria of the pollutants while the pollutants are still available; the pollutant composition of the same air conditioning product can also be different when the air conditioning product is used in different seasons, for example, the pollutant composition is obviously different in winter and summer, dust is mainly used in winter, and bacteria and mold are mainly used in summer. Therefore, the parameter setting mode in the self-cleaning process of the existing air conditioner often cannot achieve the optimal cleaning effect.

Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of self-cleaning of an air conditioner according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for self-cleaning an air conditioner, the air conditioner having a self-cleaning mode for cleaning a heat exchanger and a sterilization mode, the self-cleaning mode of the air conditioner of the present invention includes, but is not limited to, an operation mode in which a cleaning process including a frost condensation process and a defrosting process can be performed, and the sterilization mode includes, but is not limited to, a high temperature sterilization mode, an ultraviolet sterilization mode, etc.; specifically, the specific work flow of the air conditioner self-cleaning method comprises the following steps:
s101, determining pollutant information of an environment where an air conditioner is located;
in an optional embodiment, the determining the pollutant information of the environment where the air conditioner is located in step S101 includes: inquiring weather information of an area where an air conditioner is located; determining pollutant information of the environment where the air conditioner is located based on the climate information and a preset incidence relation; and the incidence relation is used for representing the corresponding relation between the climate information and the pollutant information.
Optionally, the climate information at least includes one or more of the following types of information: season, temperature, humidity and main air pollutants of the area where the air conditioner is located; the pollutant information comprises the type and weight ratio of the pollutant; the contaminants include at least one or more of the following types: dust, bacteria and mold.
Pollutant components on heat exchangers in different regions and different seasons can be obtained through big data analysis, before an air conditioner leaves a factory, pollutant samples on the air conditioner heat exchangers in a plurality of different use environments are collected, one or more pollutant classification tables are obtained through analysis and summarization, and the pollutant classification tables summarize pollutant type combinations corresponding to different use environments and weight ratios of different pollutants in the combinations.
The different using environments mainly correspond to climate information, namely, the season, the temperature, the humidity, the main air pollutants and the like of the area where the air conditioner is located are used as characteristic combinations of the using environments, so that in the step of inquiring the climate information of the area where the air conditioner is located, one or more information types such as the season, the temperature, the humidity, the main air pollutants and the like of the area where the air conditioner is located are inquired; then, the use environment of the air conditioner can be determined according to the feature combination of the information types, and then the type combination of the pollutants corresponding to the current use environment and the weight ratio of different pollutants in the type combination are further determined by searching a pollutant classification table and the like.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner may be connected to the network server through a home wi fi network or other wired network, and may send and query one or more information types such as season, temperature, humidity, and main air pollutants in the area where the air conditioner is located via the data network, and receive a query result returned by the network server and carrying one or more information types such as season, temperature, humidity, and main air pollutants in the area where the air conditioner is located.
S102, determining cleaning parameters of the air conditioner based on the pollutant information;
in this embodiment, after one or more pollutant classification tables are obtained through analysis and summarization, and then, in the type combination of different pollutants, the adjustment parameter corresponding to the optimal cleaning effect achieved by the self-cleaning mode of the air conditioner is determined through experiments, and the adjustment parameter is used as the cleaning parameter corresponding to the type combination of the current pollutant. In this way, the correlation between the contamination information and the cleaning parameter can be further constructed and stored in the air conditioner.

In the embodiment, one or more starting conditions are preset in the air conditioner, and the starting conditions are associated with pollutant information;
an optional starting condition is that the pollutant information determined in step S101 includes one or more specific types of pollutants, for example, if the pollutant information determined in step S101 includes a type combination of mold, the starting condition of the sterilization mode is satisfied, and if the pollutant information determined in step S101 includes a type combination of mold, the starting condition of the sterilization mode is not satisfied; therefore, the self-cleaning process can perform important cleaning aiming at one or more specific types of pollutants, so that the cleaning of the self-cleaning mode of the air conditioner is more efficient and accurate.
Yet another optional starting condition is that the number of types of pollutants in the pollutant information determined in step S101 exceeds a set number, such that when the number of types in the pollutant information determined in step S101 exceeds a set number a, a starting condition of the self-cleaning mode is satisfied, and if the number of types in the pollutant information does not exceed the set number a, the starting condition of the self-cleaning mode is not satisfied; therefore, the self-cleaning process can start the self-cleaning mode under the condition that pollutants on the air-conditioning heat exchanger are relatively refuted, and the cleaning effect is effectively improved.
