4. A wall penetrating pipe assembly according to claim 3, wherein the inner wall of said second collar is provided with a rubber ring against which the end face of said first collar abuts.
5. A wall penetrating pipe assembly according to claim 4, wherein said first collar is an interference fit with said second collar.
6. The wall pipe assembly of claim 1, wherein the ratio of the outer diameter of the water stop ring to the wall thickness ranges from 1:5 to 1: 3.
7. A wall penetrating tube assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6 wherein said water swellable water stop material is a water swellable rubber.
8. A wall penetrating pipe assembly according to any of claims 1 to 6 wherein said sealing material is a sealant or paste.
